The Female Lead Decides to Act Wickedly

Chapter 1713: Chapter 622: The Female Lead Reversed (Part 11)

He Yingying wanted to overthrow the female lead and replace her as the novel world’s new female lead, which wasn’t easy.

The original female lead, He Tiantian, not only had a protagonist halo but was also characterized as a Lucky Girl.

Everyone who tried to harm her would suffer backlash.

As a Wild Writer, He Yingying was no exception.

Initially, He Yingying didn’t believe in such nonsense, thinking that as a writer herself, she shouldn’t easily be harmed.

Yet she tripped flat on her face, got a cut on her head, and learned a bloody lesson—it gave her a real feeling——

The original female lead really was uncanny!

He Yingying didn’t give up; she indeed lacked the mysterious powers of the original female lead.

But she had a Golden Finger!

She was familiar with the plot.

She knew all the ”lucky moments” of the original female lead.

He Yingying quickly changed her strategy; on the one hand, she restrained her malice towards He Tiantian, while on the other, she began desperately snatching the opportunities that belonged to the original female lead according to the plot.

For example, when He Tiantian wanted some wild game, she would casually stroll in the mountains and find a mysteriously dead wild rabbit or bird.

He Yingying would secretly follow behind He Tiantian and seize the wild game at the moment it appeared, using her agile skills.

You know, the amount of ”mysteriously dead” wild game every day is limited.

No matter how much of a Lucky Girl He Tiantian was, God couldn’t be too biased.

After all, if it appeared too strange, it would draw suspicion and even doubt from people.

If anyone were to awaken, this Small World could still face the danger of collapsing.

The share of wild game mysteriously killed today was snatched by He Yingying, leaving He Tiantian to return empty-handed.

Conversely, He Yingying actually ”picked up” some wild game.

The situation between the two cousins was completely reversed—the one who was supposed to be richly rewarded ended up empty-handed, while the one with seemingly no Qi Fortune returned full-handed!

This obvious comparison wouldn’t make the villagers or the He Family immediately doubt He Tiantian’s luck, but it would still cause them to wonder.

He Yingying intended to plant a seed of doubt in everyone’s mind, so when the time was ripe, she could completely destroy He Tiantian’s Lucky Fish persona!

Once, a rockfall near He Family Village blocked the only path leading out of the village.

The village chief summoned the young and strong villagers to move rocks and clear the road.

In the original script, He Tiantian suddenly had a bad feeling and desperately stopped her father from going.

Granny Li, who firmly believed in He Tiantian’s ability, saw her obstructing like this and knew that something might happen, so she spoke to stop He Youliang.

Not only did she prevent He Youliang from going, but she also didn’t want the eldest son, He Youtian, to go.

However, the village chief had given the order that each family must send one able-bodied man.

Granny Li strongly blocked her two sons but couldn’t explain the reason.

He Youtian, as the Eldest son, felt a heavy responsibility on his shoulders and feared that his family not sending someone would provoke dissatisfaction from the villagers and the village chief.

While Granny Li wasn’t paying attention, he sneaked off.

In less than half a day, He Youtian was carried back drenched in blood.

It was said that while clearing rocks with others, he was struck on the head by a rock flying from who knows where.

Granny Li:... I knew this would happen, yet you fool didn’t listen!

This event made the He Family, who had doubts about He Tiantian’s ”ability,” completely believe in her.

From this moment on, even He Youtian’s family, who used to resent Granny Li for favoritism, joined the faction that ”favored” He Tiantian.

He Yingying, familiar with the plot, certainly didn’t want such a thing to happen.

So when He Youtian tried to sneak off to help, He Yingying pretended to be sick, tying up He Youtian.

Additionally, He Yingying managed to send He Youliang to the ”clearing scene” at the village entrance.

This time, without leaving the house, He Youtian remained uninjured.

Instead, He Youliang, who was supposed to avoid disaster, was sent by He Yingying to the accident site, got hit, and was bloodied.

The significance of this event was profound!

He Yingying not only ”proved” that He Tiantian wasn’t so magical but successfully kept her parents from falling into He Tiantian’s big hole.

Even Granny Li couldn’t help but wonder: How did Fubao’s luck not protect her own father?

Subsequently, He Yingying intercepted luck again and again, completely pulling He Tiantian down from her altar of good fortune.

Even during the pivotal ”Beauty Saves Heroes” event that changed He Tiantian’s fate, He Yingying had a hand in it.
