Help! Five Beast Alphas Want To Breed Me!!(BL)

Asa;

My magic hums softly around me as I walk. The wind carries the fabric of my dress softly, but my mind is only on one thing currently.

Magic hums faintly through stone corridors, coiling lazily around pillars and doorframes. Nagari’s magic has always been childlike and gentle for ages now.

It’s nothing beside mine, yet somehow, I appreciate it.

Gentle hisses travel like whispers with the wind, and somewhere far off, a fountain runs unbothered.

I make a bend, and the guards outside Elián’s chambers stiffen the moment they see me.

Of course they do.

I am still new here. Still unfamiliar... Still wrong in a place that thrives on order. I also know that the twins must have warned them to be wary of me.

”Lady Asa,” one of them greets, as he steps forward, with his hand lifting slightly.

”Sorry to stop you, but you can’t go in there right now. The young master is resting, and the Alphas forbade any disturbance.” He informs, and I stop.

Tilt my head, and smile.

It’s soft, polite... Harmless-looking. The kind of smile people always underestimate.

”I won’t be long. Besides, I’m not a bother to master Elián.” I say gently, and the guards hesitate.

They exchange a glance amongst themselves, and the one who stepped forward sighs.

”He’s resting,” He breathes. ”He’s really tired.” He adds, and I take a deep breath.

”I know,” I reply.

”That’s why I’m here,” I add, and this time all I get from them are long, suspicious looks.

I grit my teeth in annoyance before rolling my eyes.

I really didn’t want to do this, but I know for a fact that these men will not let me through.

Magic stirs beneath my skin, without needing to speak or words. I don’t weave anything grand or special.

I simply reach into their subconscious. A gentle nudge.

I allow a gentle pressure to slip into their awareness, the sudden certainty that they’ve forgotten something important somewhere. A distraction, accompanied by a whisper that says they should step away. Just for a moment.

Their eyes unfocus. The first guard blinks as he turns to the others.

”Did you hear that?”

The second raises his brows in confusion.

”Hear what?”

”Thought I— never mind.” The first guard replies, and just like that, they step aside without realising they’ve done it.

I pass between them, quiet as breath, and press my palm to the door.

The door opens quietly, and as I step in, it shuts behind me.

The room is bright with morning sun light, and sleeping shirtless on the bed, with a pillow cradled between his arms and legs, is Elián.

He looks... small.

Like a vulnerable child worthy of protection and so much love.

My chest tightens at the sight of him.

Three days.

I had stayed away for three days, telling myself I needed distance. Telling myself that if I stayed any closer, something in me would crack beyond repair.

But standing here now, watching him breathe unevenly in sleep, I know exactly what that was.

Cowardice.

I move closer, each step careful, as if the floor itself might betray me with a sound too loud.

I sit on the edge of the bed, staring at him.

The mattress dips slightly beneath my weight, and Elián stirs, brow furrowing as a soft, broken sound slips from his throat.

”...hurts,” he mumbles, barely audible.

”My back... hurts... It won’t stop...” He croaks as he moves softly, as if searching for comfort in his sleep.

The sight pierces straight through me, and before I can stop myself, I lift my hand.

Mana hums under my outstretched palm as I will the ache away.

Once I’m done, I drop my hand, and I watch a small smile form on his face.

I brush his hair back from his face, and my fingers sink into silk-soft strands.

His breathing shudders in response to my touch, and I freeze. I watch his body tense up... then relax, as he feels the absence of his backache.

However, I can tell that his body still hurts in different places.

I close my eyes, and this time, I don’t hesitate.

My magic answers immediately, warm and responsive, flowing from me in a quiet stream.

I don’t reshape the world, conjure illusions or bend reality...

I simply ease. I simply breathe into the right corners of his joints.

The tension in his muscles softens under my touch. The ache unwinds, thread by invisible thread, until the sharp edge of discomfort dulls into nothing more than a distant memory.

He exhales in response. A long, deep, relieved smile that causes a proud smile to creep up my face, and wasn’t to flood my heart.

Just then, his eyes flutter open.

For one terrifying moment, I freeze. What if seeing me here scares him!?

What if he misunderstands my being here? What if he screams??

I move back in fear, but Elián only blinks at me — sleepy and unfocused.

He looks about like a confused cat before his gaze drifts up to settle on my face.

”Asa...?” he whispers, and I swallow.

”Yes... It’s me.” ” I say quietly, and he squints, as if trying to determine whether I’m real or part of a dream.

”Thought you... left.” He whispers with a small pout and I smile.

”I did,” I admit, and his brows knit together, confusion clouding his expression.

”Where’d you go? I was so worried. You were gone. Three days.” He asks with worry, and I nod as I reach out to adjust the pillow beneath his head.

I nod before replying. ”I know.”

There’s no accusation in his tone. No hurt. Just a simple, concerned question that makes my chest ache worse than his anger ever could.

”Why?” he asks, voice still thick with sleep, and I draw my hand back slowly, folding it into my lap to keep from touching him again.

”The conversation we had,” I say after a moment.

”About my baby. About... losing it...” I begin, and his eyes soften immediately.

”I shouldn’t have—” he starts, but I shake my head.

”No,” I interrupt gently.

”You did nothing wrong,” I add with a bitter smile, and he blinks at me.

It’s the truth. Painful, but inconvenient truth.

”It just... stirred things,” I continue, and he listens even though there’s still heavy sleep in his eyes.

”Things I thought I’d buried better. I needed space. Somewhere quiet. Somewhere, no one would look at me like I was fragile.” I explain, and his soft voice follows.

”So you left,” he says, and I look down at my nails.

”I secluded myself in the woods. Used magic to conceal my whereabouts.” I reply, and he studies me, gaze steady despite his exhaustion.

”Are you okay now?” he asks, and the simplicity of the question nearly breaks me.

”Yes,” I say softly. ”I am.”

He nods once, as if satisfied with that answer, and his eyes begin to droop again.

”Good,” he whispers.

The word barely leaves his before sleep claims him again.

I watch his breathing even out, chest rising and falling in a steady rhythm.

I should leave. I know that.

Instead, I stay.

I watch as his body relaxes fully, his lips part slightly, and another whisper slips free. So quiet I almost miss it.

”I’m sorry,” he breathes.

”About... the godmother thing.” He says, and my heart stutters.

”I shouldn’t have put that on you,” he continues with the words slurring as sleep drags him under.

”It’s okay if you don’t want to. I just thought... but it’s okay.” He adds, turning his face into the pillow, and curling in on himself again.

I have stood before kings without trembling. I have faced down execution without flinching. I have survived loss that should have hollowed me out completely.

But this?

This quiet kindness... This instinctive consideration for my pain, even while drowning in his own.

It devastates me.

I reach out again, unable to help myself, and smooth his hair back one last time.

”You have no idea,” I whisper.

No idea what you’ve already done to me.

I sit there for a long time, watching him sleep, memorising the shape of his peace while I still can. The curve of his lashes. The soft crease between his brows that never quite fades, even in rest.

This boy is not cruel. He is not manipulative.

He is not a pawn, no matter how desperately the world wants him to be.

He is gentle. Thoughtful. Infuriatingly good... And somehow... he trusts me.

Somehow, he cares.

I stand at last, every movement reluctant.

I walk to the door and stop. I shut my eyes and rest my forehead against the door.

”I’d be honoured... to be her godmother,” I whisper into the quiet room.

Elián does not stir, but my heart does.

For the first time, I spoke words which didn’t feel like a crushing lie.

I promise, I will look after his baby, and protect her like she were my own.

He somehow was able to reach into the darkness and hold me... touch me... offer me a shawl against the blizzard of life, and this... this will be my recompense for that.

I will protect him and his baby at all costs. She’s my goddaughter now.

Funny. The BeastHeaven’s heir, now has a witch for a godmother.
