Help! Five Beast Alphas Want To Breed Me!!(BL)

Song for this Chapter: Dreams by AURORA

Elián;

I know I am dreaming the moment this warmth reaches me.

It’s not the fleeting warmth of blankets, or the dull comfort of sleep... This is something deeper. Older. A warmth that sinks past flesh and bone and settles directly into every fragment of one’s soul.

I do not open my eyes immediately— afraid that if I do, this warmth will vanish.

For a moment, I simply exist in it.

Then a hand strokes through my hair.

Slow, patient... Familiar in a way no one else’s touch has ever been.

My breath stutters when I have an idea who it is.

”...Goddess Thalyra?” I whisper, and soft laughter answers me.

A giggle so delicate it sounds like it was made for no one else to hear.

I open my eyes instantly, and air gets sucked from my lungs.

The world around me is not Nagari. Not my room, not stone or silk or... vines.

I am lying under an endless sky, the colour of pearl and a setting sun.

The sky looks like an oil painting even Van Gogh would envy.

The grass beneath my feet glows faintly as though it’s absorbed just enough sunlight to be magical.

This is unpolluted beauty— nature displaying elegance with ease.

I look up, and there she is.

Goddess Thalyra.

She is exactly as I remember her... And at the same time... nothing like it at all.

Her hair spills down her back like molten sunlight... her skin glows gently in a way that soothes one, and through that glow, I see tiger-like patterns much similar to the ones that appear on me when I tap into my powers.

She stares at me, and I stare back in awe. Her eyes are deep and endless... carrying galaxies and lullabies in equal measure.

I inhale sharply, and tears spring to my eyes before I can stop them.

”I haven’t seen you in so long,” I breathe, and she smiles at me.

To be honest, I tried to stop thinking about her because I felt she had forgotten me.

Ever since that night, she said nothing to me, and neither did she appear to me.

It felt like... Like she was upset with me. I couldn’t figure out why, so I just let it be.

”Oh, little heart,” she mutters with her smile ever constant.

”I’m with you always.” She breathes, and before I can respond, her arms open.

One would think I would hesitate. But I don’t. I crawl into her arms without hesitation, and the peace that follows is too pure for words.

She gathers me against her chest, and for a moment, I forget that I’m a man.

For a moment... I allow myself to be a child. My face presses into the warmth of her robes, and my fingers curl into the fabric that feels like stardust somehow woven together.

She eases us down, settling into the grass, and I end up lying with my head in her lap like a child too tired to pretend he isn’t one.

Her fingers find gentle paths through my hair as she strokes my head calmly, and I close my eyes.

Then I feel it. A shift in the air.

A presence I have lived with for so long, I do not need to see to recognise it.

The air ripples beside us, and when I open my eyes again, he is there.

Elien.

He stands a short distance away at first, shoulders squared, posture rigid, as he watches us — though he expects this to be taken from him at any moment.

His red-tipped hair carries gently in the wind, and his face holds that usual... fierceness he always has.

One I have come to understand isn’t him being rude... but just who he is.

Goddess Thalyra lifts her gaze, and when she sees him, she smiles.

”Come here, dear,” she says softly, and he hesitates.

Of course he does.

Elien never accepts gentleness easily. He has always worn his strength like armour, and his caution like a blade.

But eventually, slowly, he moves closer.

Goddess Thalyra reaches out, taking his hand, as she guides him down until he is seated beside her.

She lowers him till his head is resting against her other thigh, and I can’t help but smile.

For a moment, he remains stiff.

Then her hand settles on his hair, too.

The tension drains from him like water from a cracked pot instantly.

He exhales.

We lie there together, one on each side of her lap, two halves of a soul cradled by something infinite.

Neither of us speaks for a while.

The silence is not empty, though. It is full.

”Elian,” Goddess Thalyra eventually breaks the silence.

I hum softly, too comfortable to move.

”You are carrying many questions.” She teases, and I chuckle softly.

”I always am,” I admit, and she takes a deep breath.

”And you,” she continues, turning her attention to Elien, ”are carrying many fears.” She notes, and he lets out a breath that sounds like it has been trapped in his chest for years.

”...Yes.” He replies flatly, and I tilt my head slightly, glancing toward him.

His eyes are closed, lashes dark against his skin, and his expression unguarded in a way I never knew was possible.

A small smile splits my face as my heart reckons how grateful I am for him.

He feels like a sibling I never had and never knew I needed.

He’s my brother and my friend. He deserves so much happiness and peace, and I would give whatever is necessary to get him that happiness.

”Will everything be okay?” I ask goddess Thalyra quietly, and there’s silence.

Elien doesn’t open his eyes, but his jaw tightens.

”Yes,” he adds, voice lower.

”Will it?” He probes, and her hands still.

Not withdrawing. Just pausing.

”Everything is already moving as it should,” she replies, and I raise a brow as that was not the answer to the question.

”Fate is not a straight path, my sons. It bends. It tests. But it does not wander without purpose.” She adds, and I swallow.

”So there will be trouble,” I repeat what I could understand from her words, and Elien’s voice follows.

”There always is.” He snorts softly, and I pout at him.

”That wasn’t comforting.” I rant, and Goddess Thalyra’s laughter hums through her chest. We both feel it.

”There will be trouble,” she replies gently,

”And you will endure it. Together. You already are.” She replies as her fingers resume their motion, slow and rhythmic.

This time, Elien opens his eyes and looks up at me. I stare at him too and realise that the heaviness in my chest doesn’t ease.

”Goddess—” I begin, but she cuts me off.

”Call me mother, Elián. Both of you. You’re my children. So act like it.” She says, and I swallow.

Elien blinks at me, and I take a deep breath.

”...Mother,” I murmur.

”Yes! Yes, little heart?” She replies enthusiastically, but I hesitate.

Then Elien speaks first.

”Our child,” he says.

”Is she safe?” He asks, and I stare at him.

Somehow, Elien came up with the theory that our baby is a girl. He’s so confident about it that I’ve started leaning into the belief, but I’m not really sure.

Goddess Thalyra’s smile softens as she replies.

”Yes.”

My breath leaves me in a rush.

”Is she—” I begin, but stop, not knowing how to phrase the question.

”Elien is right, darling. She is a girl,” She says, and my jaw drops.

The words bloom in my chest like light, and when I look up at Elien, the pure happiness on his face only heightens my joy.

A girl. I’m having a girl... our baby is a girl!! A little princess!!

I laugh softly, as tears escape me. My hand drifts instinctively to my stomach, even in the dream.

”A daughter,” Elien repeats, gleefully.

”She will be wonderful,” Goddess Thalyra continues. ”Curious. Fierce in her own quiet way. Loved more deeply than you can yet imagine.” She adds, and more tears slip free.

I don’t wipe them away.

Elien’s hand finds mine without him looking, fingers lacing with mine, grounding me.

We lie there like that for a while, absorbing the knowledge.

Finally, I ask the question that has been hovering at the edge of my heart, though.

”Did I do the right thing?” I whisper.

Goddess Thalyra looks down at me, and I look away in guilt and uncertainty.

”Asking Asa to be our baby’s godmother,” I clarify.

”I... I felt it was right. But I don’t know if—” I begin, but trail off.

I look up at Goddess Thalyra, and she doesn’t answer.

She only smiles.

Not cryptically. Not dismissively. Just... knowingly.

Her hand cups my cheek, thumb brushing beneath my eye.

”You are doing well,” she says instead. ”Both of you.”

She then leans down and presses a kiss to my forehead.

An act that causes warmth to flood me.

She does the same to Elien, lingering just a heartbeat longer, as if anchoring something fragile.

”Rest,” she tells us, and I blink. ”You have carried much.”

The light around us begins to thin, and my heart breaks as I know she’s leaving.

”Wait,” I breathe in panic.

”Don’t go yet,” I call after her, but she rises, with her form already beginning to blur.

”I am never far,” she says gently, and then she is gone.

The sky dims, the grass fades, and only Elien and I remain, in the quiet remnants of the dream.

”...A girl,” he whispers, and I smile.

”A wonderful one,” I whisper back, and he smiles at me.

”I can’t wait to meet her.” He says so softly I almost miss it, and I smile.

Me too, Elien.

Me too.
