”You surprised me earlier with your lightning-fast speed, itʼs good to know that you can move in a flash, I was not aware that you could move like this, you completely caught me off guard earlier, you have grown so much”yohan whispered as he caressed diyaʼs hair as they standing in the hallway right in front of diyaʼs room, hearing yohanʼs words diya raised her head and she looked at him in a gentle manner, her eyes were carrying the different light as she felt somewhat happy to hear yohanʼs words, indeed this is the first time he praises her for her growth.

”I am doing my best to catch up with you, little by little I am controlling my strength and trying to understand the essence of the true spirit soul realm”

”Well, you were already reached in true spirit soul realm when we were inside the hundred poison valley sector, just dont think about catching me you are way ahead than me in cultivation wise,”yohan took diyaʼs face in his palms and said to her with a smile, diyaʼs white beautiful face slightly turned red when she looks into yohanʼs eyes, she shook her head and placed her palm over his palm.

”I just want to fight alongside you, promise me yohan you will let me by your side when the time comes, I will not let you fight alone not this time, just promise me you are not going to do things alone like you always do...”

”Diya what are you saying?”yohanʼs facial expression changed when he heard diyaʼs words and saw the determination on her face, his heart sank when he heard her talking about fighting alongside him, not in his wild dream, yohan never thought about involving diya into battle, he always wanted to keep her safe for any kind of danger, diya noticed that hesitant look on yohanʼs face and she understands that he was not expecting those words from her mouth afterall he was afraid of her safety because of the past events.

”I am not that helpless diya anymore, I changed just like you said, I donʼt need your saving I can look after myself, just promise me you are not going to stop me when the time comes”diya exclaimed and she took yohanʼs hand in her hands and looked him in pleading ways.

Hearing diyaʼs words yohan took a deep sigh and he shook his head, he was not convinced by diyaʼs words.

”I know you are a capable person and someone who can I rely on, trust me diya I dont doubt on your strength but you donʼt have to think this way, I just donʼt want to involve in any kind of battle, and moreover grandpa Leon and grandpa lin will be there right beside me, we are more than enough to face any kind of enemy, I just want you to stay right beside jasmine and others when times comes,”

”Grandpa Leon will not be there for you, he left the river shore city a few hours ago, it was his wish that I can fight beside you”

”What did you say?”yohanʼs facial expressions changed the moment diya mentioned about grandpa Leon, Yohan was taken aback by diyaʼs words as he couldnʼt believe what he just heard, it was a few hours ago since he met him and everything was fine, but knowing he is no longer inside the river shore city is not making any sense to him.<

”Yes he left the city a few hours ago when you were with jasmine, he explained too many things before leaving the city,”diya responded to yohan in a sad manner.

”Come with me, letʼs go inside my room. This is not the right place to discuss that kind of serious matter, I want to know everything, ”yohan said to diya, and with those words he took diya inside his room while holding her hand.

Clang!

Yohan shut the door from inside and a moment later he took a seat on the sofa along with diya, sweat could be seen on his face after all he knew that he was counting on Leon, and if he left just like that he will lose the edge, last time his grandpa Leon saved him from commander Kruger and general Sabrina that women who fought him neck to neck.

”Diya explains everything that you know, I want to know why grandpa Leon left so suddenly without saying a word to me. How could he leave just like that?”Yohan asked as he looked at Diya with a worried face.

Diya exhaled deeply and took his left hand in her hand and started explaining everything about Leon, she even explained about those fourteen leaders of the branch clans and she even told him about that summons letter that his grandpa received earlier.𝒇𝒓𝒆𝒆𝙬𝒆𝒃𝓷𝒐𝓿𝙚𝙡.𝒄𝓸𝒎

”A sudden summon letter out of nowhere? I didnʼt even know that there are fourteen branch clans that serve under the banner of the Azazel clan and grandpa is the leader of lion Danes!, I had a conversation with my mother regarding the Azazel clan but she never told me anything related to those branch clans, she just told me that she had too many cousins brothers, and sisters, damn it who thought things are that serious over there”yohan tilted his head and looked at diya who is sitting beside him holding his hand and looking at him in a calm manner.

”He wants me to stay beside you and accompany you on the battlefield, I donʼt care whether they are royals or the xian clan, I will be there when the time comes and I am going to honor grandpa Leonʼs wish afterall I gave him words and promised him that I will be there for you”diya exclaimed as she looked at yohan with a serious gaze.

Yohan nervously gulped and looked at her with a weird expression, she was looking damn serious and intended to fight beside him, yohan felt helpless in front of diya and he inwardly cursed Leon for making things hard for him.
