Reincarnation Paradise Park

Chapter 441: Chapter 13: Mud

Bang.

A dull crash came from the back of the cabin, and the seat under a Contractor opened up, causing him to fall directly out of the plane.

”Ah!!”

The shout gradually faded away as the plane began to drop Contractors.

”Hey, wait, I don’t have a parachute, Paradise, I’m begging you, can you give me one for free?”

The Contractor without a parachute was pale, his eyes filled with utter terror.

Bang, bang...

One Contractor after another was thrown from the plane, and it quickly reached the Contractor without a parachute.

He looked at the hole beside his seat, below was an island, its area not small, surrounded by the sea.

”Wait, Paradise, listen to me, I’ve completed so many tasks for you...”

This Contractor was thinking too much. In Su Xiao’s view, Reincarnation Paradise follows contracts and regulations, it won’t favor anyone, you get as much benefit as you contribute.

The Contractor without a parachute felt the seat beneath him loosening.

”Wait, I...”

Bang.

The seat opened, and the Contractor without a parachute was thrown out of the plane.

”Reincarnation Paradise, I RNMMP!!!!!!!”

The voice grew more distant, Su Xiao estimated this guy was doomed, perhaps he would hit the ground and turn into a Scarlet Card?

This was a fall from 4,000 meters in the air, survival without a parachute was unlikely.

”Woof.”

Beside him, Bubu Wang was very nervous, after all, it had never even heard of skydiving.

Su Xiao wasn’t too nervous, this was the fun of adventuring in Reincarnation Paradise; without a strong heart, you couldn’t roam in Reincarnation Paradise.

Bang.

The seat under Su Xiao vanished, and he, along with Bubu Wang, was thrown from the plane.

His body fell rapidly, Su Xiao and Bubu Wang were not far apart; even if their weights differed, they would land at roughly the same time, because of the formula h=1/2gt², a physical law.

Su Xiao fell swiftly, the strong wind blew against him, lifting his short hair.

Below was a huge island, with a diameter of at least several hundred kilometers, more like a small country than an island.

”Bubu, glide in that direction.”

Su Xiao pointed to a small town below, from above it looked only the size of a cigarette box.

Caw!

A sharp bird’s cry came, Su Xiao looked up and squinted.

A Black Hawk, at least five meters in length, was circling at high altitude, its formidable appearance, and black feathers looked as if forged from steel.

This Black Hawk circled high in the air, judging by its size alone, it was certainly not an ordinary creature.

The Black Hawk flew above Bubu Wang, whose fart was almost scared frozen, the opponent wanted to grab it.

”Aw~.”

Bubu Wang let out a dry howl, causing the Black Hawk to pause.

”Caw!”

”Aw~, Woof Woof!”

”Caw~.”

A dog and a hawk actually began to ’negotiate’, seemingly not going well, as the Black Hawk menacingly charged toward Bubu Wang.

Su Xiao drew the Black and White Guns from his thighs, just about to aim at the Black Hawk, Bubu Wang performed an unexpected move.

”Caw!”

Don’t misunderstand, this time it wasn’t the Black Hawk that called out, but Bubu Wang.

The diving Black Hawk was confused, it began to circle near Bubu Wang, seemingly wanting to figure out what kind of creature this was, as the call just now sounded somewhat like its mate.

Bubu Wang miraculously made friends with the enemy, who knows how a dog could make that kind of sound, it seemed to be a desperate act.

”Ah~!!”

A drawn-out scream echoed nearby, Su Xiao looked towards the source of the sound, surprisingly it was the Contractor without a parachute.

This guy had already wet himself in fright, doing a free-fall from such a height without a parachute was utterly despair-inducing, if he miraculously survived, he would likely always keep several parachutes handy.

”Brother, save me, we can share a parachute and land together.”

Umbrella Brother attempted to get close to Su Xiao, but failed several times.

”Goodbye, no, farewell forever.”

The cry caught the Black Hawk’s attention, while Bubu Wang had already befriended the enemy, the Black Hawk wouldn’t attack it for the time being, and Su Xiao would look like trouble, so the Black Hawk was drawn to that Contractor.

”Farewell? What do you mean?”

Due to the angle, Umbrella Brother didn’t see the Black Hawk.

A sharp whistling sound approached, and by the time Umbrella Brother sensed danger, it was too late.

The sharp talons of the eagle pierced through Umbrella Brother’s body, revealing bloody claws. The hooked beak of the Black Hawk pecked at Umbrella Brother’s neck, tearing off a strip of flesh.

Blood sprayed in the high air, and the intense pain nearly made Umbrella Brother faint.

Despite being in a dire situation, Umbrella Brother, who had completed the ascension task as a Contractor, did not give up.

”Touch of ice.”

Kaka~.

A layer of ice enveloped both Umbrella Brother and the Black Hawk, freezing them together as they fell downward.

The survival trial’s danger is evident here, facing a crisis before even reaching the island.

Conservatively, that Black Hawk’s agility attribute must be over 40 points, and its power attribute is not low either.

This was just a chance encounter; there must be even more terrifying creatures on the island.

Su Xiao and Bubu Wang quickly descended, and at 500 meters, the parachute automatically opened.

Their descent slowed from a rapid fall to a drift.

Su Xiao had thought too much before; he intended to land in a small town, but parachuting isn’t simple.

Now the landing point was left to chance, with a vast grassland below and a few tall trees scattered sparsely.

Su Xiao couldn’t control the parachute; he could only pray not to get caught in the trees, which were inexplicably tall, at least several dozen meters high.

The grassland had five trees, and Su Xiao flew straight toward one of them, crashing into the branches, breaking many small twigs.

Crash.

Su Xiao broke through the branches, the parachute narrowly avoiding getting caught several times. It was thrilling, but he miraculously landed without getting stuck.

This put Su Xiao in a good mood. Considering his luck, even though there were only five trees on the grassland, he was the type who would inevitably get caught.

Cutting the parachute straps on him, Su Xiao stood on the ground.

Falling freely in the air didn’t feel good; attacks were hard to respond to; it felt more secure with feet on solid ground.

Looking around, Su Xiao searched for a long time without seeing Bubu Wang.

”Woof!”

A familiar bark came, and Su Xiao looked over to see Bubu Wang hanging from a tree, looking like a hanging doll.

The parachute strap was tight around Bubu Wang’s throat, making him roll his eyes, with a look that seemed to say: ’Master, come save me, I’m stuck.’

Su Xiao estimated that Bubu Wang was hanging at a height of at least ten meters, not a good idea to climb up.

Not to mention climbing trees is not easy; there must be lots of snakes, insects, rats, and ants on this tree.

Drawing Dragon Slash, a faint blue blade aura sliced out.

The blade aura sliced precisely above Bubu Wang, cutting the parachute strap, and Bubu Wang let out a pitiful cry as he fell to the ground.

Bam!

Bubu Wang landed face-first, in a headlong position.

Bubu Wang was dazed from the fall, but after getting up, he rushed straight toward the big tree, gnawing fiercely with wood chips flying everywhere.

With Bubu Wang’s temper, he wouldn’t stop until this tree was chewed down; this time, it was the tree that attacked first.

Su Xiao didn’t pay attention to Bubu Wang chewing the tree at first, but a few seconds later, he felt something was wrong. A feeling of extreme terror came from directly below, as if a needle was stabbing at his forehead.

”Bubu, run!”

Su Xiao ran toward Bubu Wang, who immediately stopped gnawing the tree and ran quickly to Su Xiao.

Su Xiao flipped onto Bubu Wang’s back, quickly pointed the direction, and Bubu Wang ran desperately without hesitation.

Boom!

Cracks appeared in the ground, and a massive bloody maw burst from the earth, filled with rows and rows of sharp fangs.

Without looking back, Su Xiao tossed an alchemy bomb, which exploded, resonating across the grassland with fire soaring into the sky.

Using the explosion’s shockwave, Su Xiao and Bubu Wang ran far away.

The head of a centipede two meters in diameter emerged from the surface, its body length unknown.

After running a great distance, Su Xiao’s mind became dizzy, and a few seconds later, the scene before his eyes began to change.

[You have escaped Perception misdirection.]

The prompt from Reincarnation Paradise let Su Xiao know what just happened. Now, the scene before him changed; it was still the grassland, but the soil had turned blood-red.

In Reincarnation Paradise’s introduction earlier, Su Xiao clearly remembered this sentence.

[Tip: Hunter, do not enter the Red Soil Area. The difficulty of the Red Soil Area exceeds Lv.17.]

Su Xiao’s landing spot was exactly in the Red Soil Area!
