Reborn in the Eighties as a Housewife with a Space

Chapter 884: Chapter 878 Women have advantages_1

After hearing this, Qin Xue thought that if it were as Chu Molin suggested, then Nangong Susu must have experienced some horrific event in her childhood that she couldn’t forget, causing her to be unable to overcome her psychological barrier, and making her unafraid of all surgeries except brain surgery.

“I understand now, anything else I should know? Tell me everything in one go,” Qin Xue tugged at Chu Molin’s sleeve.

“Also, the son of Vice Dean Liao Yifan you mentioned, his specialty is various research equipment, but I don’t know why he chose to be a doctor,” Chu Molin had been puzzled about this when he had heard about it. He had even thought that after the young man’s graduation, if he could recruit people from the hospital, he would recruit that young man into his team.

“No wonder he seemed so confident when I saw him. But confidence alone isn’t enough to be a doctor,” Qin Xue said. A doctor needed to wield various surgical knives and have substantial knowledge and technical skills. She wondered how capable he actually was.

“That’s also something I don’t understand. His father is the Vice Dean, so he shouldn’t have made this choice, but things developed just like that,” Chu Molin continued. In any case, based on the wealth of knowledge the young man possessed, he was determined to recruit him into his team. If he was a doctor as well, then the people he would be recruiting would be talents in all respects.

“Is this another one of your schemes?” Qin Xue asked him. The more she heard, the more she felt like it was. Otherwise, why was he investigating so thoroughly?

… “The one who knows me best is Xue’er,” Chu Molin happily admitted that he had plans.

“As expected. I knew there was no way you, the cunning fox, would do something thankless,” Qin Xue laughed when she heard this.

“Hehe, you know that the reason I came here is to cultivate talent, to build a team that can reach a certain level in all aspects. Surely I should pay attention to talents at all levels, shouldn’t I?” Chu Molin said.

“Chu Molin, when you are recruiting, don’t forget to consider some women,” Qin Xue imagined that in future generations, women were in no way inferior to men.

“Women? Tell me your opinion,” Chu Molin had never really considered including women.

Now, after hearing his wife’s words, he asked her. Ever since finding out about her background, he had always been receptive to her suggestions. He knew that she had ideas and wouldn’t say such things without cause.

“You know that women have certain advantages over men in some areas, right?” Qin Xue said, looking at Chu Molin.

“For instance?” Chu Molin pondered for a while before asking.

“Know about spies?” Qin Xue asked Chu Molin.

“I know, you mean women should be the same as men,” Chu Molin’s experience had been mainly with men, so he wasn’t very familiar with female spies.

“Yes, women should be trained the same as men, with no preferential treatment. But once trained well, women can have many more advantages than men. Take for example, if you want to steal some classified documents from a highly secured place, wouldn’t people be very vigilant if a man appears there?

What if a geisha or a woman of ill repute were to appear instead?” Qin Xue believed that saying this much, Chu Molin would understand what she meant.

“Xue’er, you are truly amazing,” Chu Molin thought about the scenario for a moment, looking at Qin Xue happily, and said with fervor. He really wanted to hold her in his arms and kiss her deeply. Why had they always considered things only in terms of men and not from the perspective of women?

It was because in their Hua Country, men always believed that women needed their protection. Hence, many women in Hua Country were weak, and there were very few who could fight. Now that his wife had said this, his thinking suddenly became much clearer.
