I Reincarnated as a Support Character with an S-Rank Harem, So What?

Not even a single day had passed since Ryan became the support member and he was already going through many problems.

Although in terms of combat he had been fighting a lot in the dungeon, after coming out they experienced real danger when they fell from the dungeon in the sky.

But now a direct threat was in the elven forest.

”The black dragon came to attack us!”

”A black dragon... It’s been a long time since I heard of one...”

Panic quickly spread. The King ended the gathering and sent his soldiers to prepare.

The elders, children, and women went to take refuge in a place reserved precisely for dangerous situations.

”It will burn everything if we don’t hurry.” said one of the guards with concern, alerting the King.

Helen and Mirian approached Ryan and whispered in his ear.

”I think that dragon is following our trail.”

”Are you serious?”

”Yes. Just think about it. It must be the same one that threw us into the dungeon, and dragons are very proud.”

”That’s true. It must have noticed our scent when we came out of the dungeon and followed us to the forest. Since it can’t see us, it’s burning the forest trying to force us out.” Mirian commented.

’Damn, so these people are in danger because of us.’

Ryan looked around.

The elven guard had gathered.

And the vulnerable elves had already taken shelter.

”Helen, Mirian, then we must fight it ourselves. Do you agree?”

”Yes. I already wanted my rematch with that dragon. This time I’ll finish it.”

”I think the same. We must handle it.”

Footsteps were heard. Someone was running toward Ryan and the heroines from behind while they were planning. When Ryan turned around, it was Irina.

”What are you doing here? I thought you had gone to take refuge.”

”No. I only directed the evacuation. I’m going to fight.”

The king approached where Ryan and Irina were.

”Did I hear you say you will fight? No way. You will stay here with our guests. The guard is already ready; they will finish that dragon before it causes more disasters.”

”But, father...”

”No buts. You will stay here.”

”Forgive me, Your Majesty.” Ryan intervened.

”We will take care of that dragon. Do not worry. Helen, Mirian, and I will go out to fight. You do not have to interfere.”

”Did you hear? The heroes will fight by our side.” Cries of excitement spread among the elven guard.

”But you are not obligated to do that. You are our guests.” said the king.

Helen stepped forward and stood in front of the king, looking at him confidently.

”Just let us handle it. It’s like Ryan says. With just us, it will be enough.”

Hearing the confidence with which Helen spoke, Irina looked at her with shining eyes, as if admiring her.

”Very well. Then the elven guard will go with you.” ordered the king.

”No.”

Mirian stepped forward, then crossed her arms. She sighed lightly and then spoke.

”Please understand. We will not be able to fight properly if we have to protect you. We will not allow anyone to die, and the best way to avoid that is for no one else to be present.”

”...”

”Very well, I understand. You are S-class heroes. There is nothing we can do. I leave it to you. Please, protect our forest.”

”Yes!”

The three affirmed and went directly to the exit.

In the distance of the forest, the dragon was flying over the area. It kept burning everything in its path. It looked like an uncontrolled flamethrower.

”That bastard... How dare it burn our forest?”

”?”

The group of heroes turned toward the voice.

”But what are you doing here? I clearly said I don’t want you to interfere.” Mirian said scolding Irina. She had sneaked in to go with them.

”I’m sorry, but I don’t need protection. I can’t let foreigners simply take care of our forest.”

’Even though it’s our fault that the dragon is here, but I won’t say anything.’

”Let her. If she wants to fight, let her.” Helen smiled at Irina. ”I like your courage. I hope you don’t die. Although with us here, you won’t have anything to do.”

They all went deeper into the forest toward the dragon. They ran to move faster. When they were halfway through the forest, already far from the entrance of the village.

The dragon noticed their presence and approached. It flew at great speed, continuously expelling a thick line of flames that burned everything in its path.

’It’s time to test that...’

”All of you behind me. Quickly.”

”Yes!”

”Fire Wall!”

Immediately a wall of fire deployed and collided with the dragon’s flames. The dragon stopped without ceasing to breathe fire. But the wall of fire that served as a shield did not allow the dragon’s attack to pass.

The dragon’s flames dissipated just like the fire wall and, noticing it did nothing to them, the dragon flapped its wings and began to roar. It landed on the ground with its four legs roaring fiercely.

”Incredible, he stopped the dragon’s attack.”

’The defense of these gloves is very strong.’

”Naturally. It’s a rare weapon after all.” Mirian responded calmly.

”Helen, Mirian, are you ready?” Ryan turned to look at them. They nodded while preparing their weapons.

”Physical Enhancement, Almighty, Mental Blow!”

Their bodies glowed and immediately Helen ran at great speed and completely cut off the dragon’s right wing.

From behind the dragon, Helen said: ”What do you think? I’m stronger now. It was a mistake for you to come here, lizard.”

The dragon roared in pain and anger and raised its two legs. Fire gathered in its mouth when Mirian’s arrows pierced its neck, making it swallow its own flames.

”You’re incredible!” shouted Irina.

The dragon, stunned, slowly began to fall. And Helen jumped, spun, and completely cut off the dragon’s head and, when she landed on the ground, she fell over the dragon’s head and pierced it with her sword.

”This is over.” Helen said while smiling.

”You were incredible. So this is the power of an S-rank hero.”

Everyone was happy for defeating the dragon, but because of that they had forgotten something important.
