I Became the Strongest Villain in One Piece

Chapter 90: SVOP: Chapter 90

Leaving a sentence, Vladimir walked to the bedside, gently leaping, and disappeared into the darkness.

After he left, Diamante, said with doubt, ”This is Phantom’s member, one of the Shichibukai, the Nine-Tailed Fox? Doesn’t feel like much.”

”Don’t say stupid things, you didn’t see his true form,” a muscular strong man said in a low voice, ”All of us combined might not be able to beat him.”

...

Putting aside what Doflamingo and his group thought, after Vladimir obtained the Devil Fruits, he quietly returned to the beach.

The surroundings were quiet, empty.

”Phantom, how many fruits are needed to upgrade Sea Dragon to 4 stars?”

”First Transformation Sea Dragon, 2 stars to 3 stars, requires 3, 3 stars to 4 stars, requires 6, a total of 9!”

Hearing this, Vladimir was stunned, ”Nine-Tailed only needed 5 to upgrade to 4 stars, why does Sea Dragon need 6?”

”Devil Fruits also have strengths and weaknesses, 5 is just an average concept, the 10 fruits in your hand are just the most ordinary.”

”Alright, then absorb them, upgrade to four stars in one go!”

Saying this, Vladimir opened the treasure chest, pressing his hand on the Devil Fruits. ℯ

A peculiar power emanated from his body, instantly absorbing a fruit, this fruit lost the power it should have had, and immediately turned into a pile of dust.

Then, Vladimir went to absorb the remaining 8.

After nine fruits were absorbed, he immediately felt a power that was so full that it was about to explode, filling every cell in his body, the next moment, he transformed into Sea Dragon.

This time’s Sea Dragon transformation was different from the previous state of 20 meters long, it was growing at high speed.

30 meters... 40 meters... 80 meters... 100 meters!

In less than a minute, Vladimir’s body had grown 5 times, the dragon scales on his body emitting a dark luster under the moonlight, like black gems, with a brilliant radiance.

If the previous Sea Dragon was just a young dragon, then at this moment, Sea Dragon was an adult dragon.

At the same time, the information about Sea Dragon in Vladimir’s mind was updated.

First Transformation: Sea Dragon

Star Level: ★★★★☆

Ability 1: Sea Current Control

Ability 2: Dragon’s Might

Ability 3: Summon Wind and Rain

Ability 4: True Dragon Bloodline

Ability 5: Not Unlocked

Using True Dragon Blood to mass-produce giant marine life, that was Vladimir’s plan, but after thinking carefully, there seemed to be not small troubles.

Overnight, Vladimir was constantly familiarizing himself with new abilities, stirring up wind and rain in this sea area.

He gradually discovered a problem, first of all, his ”True Dragon Blood” wasn’t endless.

After using 20 drops of True Dragon Blood continuously, the effect of the subsequent True Dragon Blood seemed to weaken.

Further on, at 30 drops, even Vladimir himself felt a problem, he became a little weaker.

Of course, this weakness wasn’t much, it didn’t affect his strength, it was similar to a person feeling hungry, he could recover in just half a day.

After several experiments, Vladimir came to a conclusion.

”Without affecting myself, I can only create 50 drops of True Dragon Blood in one day, of which 20 drops are the most effective, and the effect of the subsequent 30 drops continues to weaken.”

After understanding this, Vladimir decided that he still had to restrain himself a little in the future, although letting out some blood wasn’t much to him, it still took time to recover.

In the end, overnight, Vladimir used this time’s 50 drops of True Dragon Blood to create a small marine life legion.

This legion had a total of 20, and the leader was a Ghost Shark.

Besides the initial drop, Vladimir fed it 4 more drops, a total of 5 drops of True Dragon Blood, this magical Ghost Shark had grown to 5015 meters in size, and its swimming speed, destructive power, and skin defense had greatly improved.

Even Vladimir had to use some force to kill this Ghost Shark, ordinary swords, fists, and feet were probably like tickling to it.

”It’s a pity, this Ghost Shark has reached its limit, if I continue to feed it, it will explode and die,” Vladimir thought with regret.

Putting aside this Ghost Shark, among the remaining 19 creatures, there were Sea Kings with a length of 100 meters, as well as large octopuses, and even a nimble electric eel, etc., these were fed 2 to 3 drops each, possessing a certain amount of combat power.

At this moment, these twenty marine creatures all looked towards Vladimir, a special kind of radio wave emitted, and neat voices rang out in his mind.

”Lord Master!”

”Very good, from now on you are the sea beast legion under my command!” Vladimir spoke in a human voice, his tone calm, ”Ghost Shark, I hereby appoint you as the squad leader of the legion, leading 19 sea beasts. Now I give you the first task, patrol this sea area, and immediately report to me as soon as you discover a large Navy fleet. Understand?”

”Yes, Lord Master.”

The Ghost Shark, baring its sharp teeth, nodded its head.

Although this group of sea beasts that absorbed True Dragon Blood couldn’t yet speak human language, they could communicate with Vladimir from a distance, as for how far the distance was, he didn’t know yet, he hadn’t tried it.

Having received the order, a group of sea beasts immediately left under the leadership of the Ghost Shark.

Watching them disappear into the depths of the ocean, Vladimir immediately turned around, heading towards the depths of the New World.

”I only use 20 drops of True Dragon Blood a day, each drop with the maximum effect, as long as one or two months, I can create a legion of several hundred.”

Vladimir was pondering how to use this power.

”In the future, if there are enough, I can let them explore the deep sea, Devil Fruits are ’treasures of the sea’, they must exist at the bottom of the sea, that way, I have another source of fruits, and I don’t have to bother buying them myself.”

The idea was very good, Vladimir felt that True Dragon Blood was really too useful.

Swallowing True Dragon Blood was equivalent to possessing a bit of True Dragon Bloodline, if Vladimir wanted to, using the bloodline advantage, he could easily let the other party die, therefore the sea beast legion was absolutely loyal.

”Besides quantity, quality is also very important, the Ghost Shark can only swallow 5 drops, its combat power is so-so, I have to find some more powerful sea beasts!”

Next, Vladimir began a journey of developing, familiarizing himself with his abilities, and searching for powerful marine life.

...

Three days later, on a deserted island.
