The Invincible Strongest Student

Chapter 1150: Chapter 1150: None of Them Are Any Good

”Thank you.” After acknowledging with a nod, Jiang Pan Die held up the wine glass and first sniffed it. Aside from a faint alcoholic aroma, there was a rich and mellow fruit scent.

This is fruit wine.

Her red lips touched the glass, and Jiang Pan Die took two small sips.

Bai Shishi watched her with a smile in her eyes, seemingly anticipating her feedback.

”How is it?” Bai Shishi asked.

”This wine is very fragrant and sweet, the taste is very smooth, it should be considered a beverage, right?” Jiang Pan Die smiled lightly as she put down the glass; she loved drinking, whether it was refreshing beer, mellow red wine, or fiery rice wine.

And this fruit wine, the alcohol content wasn’t high, about the same as beer, but drinking it was better than beer, likely to be more popular.

”Haha, this is indeed fruit wine, it’s our new product from Qiansimei. Currently, there are only four flavors: strawberry, orange, blueberry, and apple. Of course, it’s not just a simple beverage, it’s also medicinal wine, with many herbs added inside, strengthening the body, enhancing qi and blood, nourishing yin and yang.” Bai Shishi said with a laugh.

”Oh? That’s amazing?” Jiang Pan Die was slightly surprised, initially thinking that Qiansimei was brewing wine, but unexpectedly it was medicinal wine.

”What are its effects?” Jiang Pan Die asked.

Bai Shishi nudged the foodie next to her and said, ”This new product was brought out by Lin Tian, why not let him introduce it to you? I’m not really sure about the specific effects.”

Lin Tian put down the crab leg he was holding, wiped his hands with a napkin, and said, ”This wine was originally brewed by me for some elders in the family to drink. Later, Shishi said it could be launched as a new product, so I gave her the brewing method and prescription. Although the medicinal effects have been diluted, the benefits Shishi mentioned are still very significant. The specific effects vary from person to person.”

”Diluted? To save costs?” Jiang Pan Die asked.

Lin Tian shook his head, ”Saving costs is one aspect, the other is that the alcohol content of this wine is low and it tastes good, many people might drink it like beer, having several bottles at once is quite normal. But it’s best to have this medicinal wine in moderation, drinking too much can have the opposite effect, hence it’s diluted.”

”Oh, I see.” Jiang Pan Die nodded understand incompletely, after all, it was their company’s business, she didn’t need to delve into it.

Tong, sitting next to Jiang Pan Die, asked softly, ”Are you planning to make an advertisement for this wine this time?”

With a new product and new advertisement, coupled with Qiansimei’s reputation and Jiang Pan Die’s fame, this wine was bound to be a hit.

Bai Shishi shook her head with a smile, ”This wine still needs some time before hitting the market, Lin Tian heard you love wine, so he’s gifting you some first. Drinking half a cup before bed is really beneficial for skincare.”

”Oh, is that so, then thank you very much.” Jiang Pan Die said with a smile.

As they say: a soft mouth when eating, a short hand when taking.

This wine sounded valuable, gifting it so generously must mean there’s business to discuss. Jiang Pan Die was really familiar with such social dynamics. Besides, Lin Tian had helped her so much, whether it was singing on stage or promising to record a new song and MV, she felt embarrassed to refuse anymore.

Without waiting for Bai Shishi and others to bring it up, Jiang Pan Die took the initiative to say, ”The concert has already ended a few days ago. I actually have no urgent gigs these days, why not shoot the promotional ad for your company first?”

The managers of Qiansimei’s advertising and PR departments were present, obviously planning to talk business, Jiang Pan Die might as well take the lead and openly discuss it.

”Haha, that’s our intent. We were just planning to discuss the script with you, it’s perfect that you’re available now.” Bai Shishi said.

Jiang Pan Die smiled and said, ”Let’s have some food first, you need energy to work. Besides, discussing the script and details on set would be more effective.”

Bai Shishi was momentarily stunned, but then smiled and agreed, ”Haha, it’s not quite suitable to talk about work while eating, let’s discuss it after eating.”

Jiang Pan Die felt that Bai Shishi, as a chairman, seemed overly accommodating, probably really valuing this advertisement.

Since there was more work in the afternoon, everyone only had a little fruit wine, relaxed briefly, and then headed to the set.

Qiansimei, being a big company, had abundant resources as their characteristic. With money, things become much easier.

The leading actress was Jiang Pan Die, the domestically top-rated queen of popularity, and the director was the multiple award-winning Mr. Yu Qianming, responsible for filming and production. As for the location, it would be shot in an indoor studio in the suburbs.

When Lin Tian and his group arrived at the studio, Mr. Yu was already busy inside.

Yu Qianming was a middle-aged man in his fifties, not balding, but with half white, half gray hair, wearing glasses, and with an average build. He seemed to be a very meticulous and not-so-easy-to-talk-to person.

Both Lin Tian and Jiang Pan Die were celebrities, so after Bai Shishi briefly introduced them, they got along like old friends. After shaking hands and exchanging pleasantries, they sat at the edge of a square table and began discussing the script.

”There are two scripts, both with plots, and they’re quite different. I think it’s better for everyone to discuss together.” After saying this, Yu Qianming gave his assistant a look. The assistant then handed out copies of the script to the three people.

Generally speaking, a director of Yu Qianming’s caliber is hard to hire, and whatever script he decides to shoot is usually followed without much consultation. Because that’s his leverage, after all, he’s a highly awarded director.

Seeking everyone’s opinion now was merely a gesture of humility.

Lin Tian took the script, although called a script, it was only three pages, one cover page, with the remaining two pages being different substantial scripts. Since they were shooting an ad, it would not exceed a minute, one A4 page was sufficient.

Lin Tian’s reading speed was several times faster than the average person, he browsed through it swiftly and understood the stories. Meanwhile, Bai Shishi and Jiang Pan Die had only reached the beginning of the first script.

”I think both scripts are not up to par.” Lin Tian said, placing the script down.

”What?” Mr. Yu looked at Lin Tian as if he hadn’t heard clearly.

Lin Tian reiterated, ”I think both scripts are not good. How to put it... the creativity is average, the first commercial seems exaggerated, and the second one is too common and ordinary.”

Bai Shishi tugged at Lin Tian’s sleeve and whispered, ”What are you doing? You haven’t even finished reading it and you’re already speaking out of turn.”

Not just Bai Shishi, everyone felt the same way, including Mr. Yu. In his view, this young man merely flipped through the script and started big talking. It was irresponsible behavior! It could even be said to be disruption!
