Reincarnated as a Mosquito, I Sucked the Reborn Empress to Tears

The Dark Tiger Demon Lord finished the last spicy strip in his hand, licking his fingers, still wanting more.

”That mosquito didn’t attend Teacher Chu’s class tonight. It must have already left Drake City.”

”I will go to the other cities tomorrow and see if I can find it.”

”However, you can’t let your guard down either. You must continue the investigation.”

”Report to me immediately if you find any clues about that alien mosquito.”

”Understood?”

The Slime stood to the side, bowing and scraping. ”I understand, my Lord. Please rest assured. Even if you’re not in Drake City, I will continue to search for that mosquito’s whereabouts with all my might.”

The Dark Tiger Demon Lord nodded in satisfaction.

He picked up all the spicy strips the Slime had painstakingly saved up from the table, then stood up and walked out.

The Slime watched the Dark Tiger Demon Lord’s retreating back.

Or more accurately, he was watching the large bag of spicy strips in the Demon Lord’s hand.

He opened his mouth several times, wanting to say something.

But in the end, he swallowed his words.

’You greedy bastard!!!’

The Slime didn’t dare to curse him viciously in his heart until the Dark Tiger Demon Lord’s presence had completely vanished from Drake City.

After the Dark Tiger Demon Lord left, the Slime called for a subordinate.

”Sir, I’ve already ordered the servants to use all their resources to find that mosquito,” the subordinate said, trying to curry favor.

He had overheard the conversation between the Dark Tiger Demon Lord and the Slime and assumed the Slime would strictly follow the Demon Lord’s orders.

So he’d taken the initiative and sent the servants out to search ahead of time.

He was just waiting for the Slime to praise and reward him.

Who would have thought that the Slime would suddenly turn and slap the subordinate’s head several times.

”Search for jack shit!”

”It’s a tiny mosquito! Where the hell am I supposed to find it?!”

”With that kind of free time, you’d be better off pulling in more Nibugens to attend Teacher Chu’s class.”

”Getting more spicy strips and earning more Outer Realm Crystals—that’s what really matters.”

”Relay my orders!”

”All Nibugens in the city hall are to move out at once!”

”Any Nibugen in Drake City and all the surrounding villages who has not attended Teacher Chu’s class...”

”...must go to Village Number Eight and attend Teacher Chu’s class within three days!”

”And they must go in my name!”

”If anyone dares to disobey, I’ll tear them limb from limb!”

”Yes, yes! I understand!”

The subordinate, dizzy from the Slime’s blows, hastily and meekly agreed.

After the subordinate left, the Slime walked to the window, looking in the direction of Village Number Eight with a look of longing on his face.

’Only a psycho would go looking for a mosquito.’

’Attending Teacher Chu’s class is so much better.’

’You can earn Outer Realm Crystals and eat all sorts of delicacies you’ve never tasted before.’

Meanwhile, the ”mosquito” the Slime spoke of...

...had already begun its grand plan of expansion.

Chu Sheng first sought out Gu Shou.

As one of Chu Sheng’s first ”victims,” Gu Shou was now living quite comfortably.

He was living off the weekly interest from his Outer Realm Crystals and the steamed buns and spicy strips he earned by recruiting others.

He was living so well that he no longer needed to perform acrobatics at the village entrance to make a living.

When Gu Shou saw Chu Sheng coming to find him in person, he was incredibly excited.

He hurried forward to greet him respectfully.

”Teacher Chu! What brings you here?”

”If you needed something, you could have just sent any Nibugen to call for me. There was no need for you to come all this way yourself.”

”Whatever you command, I, Gu Shou, would go through hell and high water to help you!”

”It’s like this,” Chu Sheng began slowly.

”As you saw today, more and more students are coming to my class.”

”It’s grown from a few hundred at the beginning to tens of thousands now.”

”I’m just one Nibugen; I can’t manage them all anymore.”

”You were one of the first to follow me, and you’re the student I trust the most.”

”You’ve grasped my philosophy almost completely.”

”So, I want you to become a teacher as well. Go and lecture the other Nibugens, and lead everyone toward common prosperity.”

”Teacher Chu, I... Can I really do it?”

Gu Shou’s eyes held anticipation and a lack of confidence, but most of all, excitement.

”Trust me.”

Chu Sheng patted Gu Shou’s thigh earnestly.

”You can definitely do it.”

”Of course, I won’t have you lecture for free.”

”For every student you develop who deposits Outer Realm Crystals with me, you will receive a certain percentage as a commission.”

”You’ll also get a commission from the downline they develop.”

”And so on. As long as they are a Nibugen developed through your line, you will get a cut.”

”The more Nibugens you develop, the more you earn.”

After hearing this, Gu Shou’s eyes went wide.

’It can work like this?!’

’You can earn Outer Realm Crystals like this?!’

’Has something this amazing really happened to me?!!’

”Teacher Chu!!!”

With a THUD, Gu Shou fell to his knees at Chu Sheng’s feet.

He babbled incoherently with excitement, ”From now on, you’re my own father!”

”No! You’re my own grandfather!”

”I, Gu Shou, am following you for the rest of my life!”

”If you tell me to go east, I’ll never go west!”

”If you tell me to catch a dog, I’ll never chase a chicken!”

Only then could Chu Sheng reach Gu Shou’s head, and he patted it in satisfaction.

”Good lad. Work hard.”

”Stick with me, and I guarantee you’ll be eating the finest and drinking the best!”

”You’ll become the wealthiest Nibugen on the entire Nibugen planet!”

”YES!!!”

Gu Shou nodded heavily, his eyes filled with fanaticism.

After duping Gu Shou, Chu Sheng found nine other ”activists” from Village Number Eight.

These were the Nibugens who were most active in recruiting others and who worshipped Chu Sheng the most.

Without exception, Chu Sheng developed all of them into his Level One distributors.

After listening to Chu Sheng, these nine Nibugens...

...reacted exactly the same as Gu Shou.

One by one, they wept with gratitude, wishing they could acknowledge Chu Sheng as their ancestor on the spot.

After developing ten Level One distributors, Chu Sheng didn’t look for any more Nibugens.

Controlling the number of Level One distributors to create healthy competition among them and make them work their tails off for him was the most efficient management method.

Besides, Chu Sheng had another, very important matter to attend to.

「A few days ago.」

He had seen a Nibugen die of old age in its home in the village.

He was planning to find an opportunity to secretly recover the corpse and gain some Life Essence.

He followed the dead Nibugen’s body to a large factory outside Drake City.

The dead Nibugen’s family handed the body over to the staff at the factory gate and then left.

Then, the body was pushed into the factory.

It never came out again.

And no ashes were ever sent out.

Chu Sheng once asked that Nibugen family what had happened to their relative.

The Nibugens of that household shook their heads. ”We don’t know either.”

”After any Nibugen dies, they are sent to a factory like this.”

”It’s the rule.”

And then,

...there was nothing more.

Chu Sheng made a point to investigate this later.

He discovered that every city had a factory like this.

The factories were heavily guarded and under strict security.

One could only see staff in uniform going in.

But no one had ever seen a single staff member come out.

Despite his repeated investigations, Chu Sheng couldn’t figure out how these factories disposed of the bodies.

He guessed it definitely couldn’t be simple cremation.

Otherwise, there would be no need for such a high level of secrecy.

There had to be some unspeakable secret hidden within.

Until now, Chu Sheng had been busy with his grand pyramid scheme and hadn’t had time to deal with this matter.

Now that he had distributors to develop his downline and manage the classes for him...

...he no longer had to handle everything himself.

Chu Sheng decided to infiltrate this mysterious factory.

He had to see just what the hell this Alien Race was up to!
