Genshin x Minecraft: Building the Temple of Virtue

A month...

Lumine pursed her lips and said in a serious tone,

”A month is far too long!”

”Miko, you don’t understand Ryen’s world. In a month, that world could undergo even greater changes.”

”You have to remember, Liyue went from its previous state to this incredibly strong form in just over four months.”

”Right now, Ryen and the others are exploring the Twilight Forest. There are even more mysterious and valuable treasures there.”

”In a month, we’d fall even further behind in progress.”

Hearing this, Yae Miko frowned slightly.

”Is that so…”

”That’s right, Yae Miko,” Ayaka said with a nod and a sigh.

”For example, in Snezhnaya— they may have just assigned people yesterday, but in about a week, a base would be established in that world. Large-scale exploration would start, resources would be gathered.”

Lumine glanced at Miko, noticing she hadn’t made a clear judgment. Without another word, she pulled out a pile of wooden blocks.

Under Miko’s bewildered gaze, Lumine spent ten minutes assembling a building about 200 square meters on the cliff edge. She even included doors and windows — the construction was surprisingly complete.

When she finished, she said quietly,

”Once you’re familiar with that world, you can make a village in an hour. A day is enough to build a large base, complete with farms, livestock pens, and mining operations.”

”In a month, they could cover vast distances, unlock new modules. Miko, every second we delay now is time lost.”

”The Snezhnaya side just joined, so it’s fine if they fall behind, but you all…”

”Even if you cooperate later, you need to reach a stage of mutual support quickly.”

”If you fall too far behind, just catching up will take a long time.”

Looking at the floating structure, Miko felt a flood of frustration.

That world… was just absurd!

Who builds a house by stacking a pile of blocks? And where does the construction team even come in?

What kind of world is this?!

Yet seeing Lumine’s efficiency with her own eyes, Miko realized just what could happen in a month.

In this world, for someone like her, an immortal, a month is almost no different from a day.

But… Teyvat moves like an ordinary person, one step at a time.

That world… is an airplane!

Liyue used four months to surpass her 3,700 years of accumulated progress.

Who knows where they’d fly in just one month?

That plane… must be boarded as soon as possible!

Frowning, Yae Miko lowered her gaze to the sealed area.

”If that’s the case… we’re in danger…”

”I won’t hide it from you — I can break Ei’s seal.”

”But at the same time, Ei will definitely know what’s happened. You’ll need to escape Inazuma quickly and only return after reviving Makoto.”

”Once that’s done, everything can be resolved.”

Lumine pursed her lips and said quietly,

”And you?”

Yae Miko raised an eyebrow and smiled lightly.

”Me? Don’t worry, that one won’t dare kill me.”

”Although… a little trouble is inevitable. Ah, it’s so bothersome.”

”For the sake of you little ones, I’m going to suffer a lot.”

Lumine pondered for a moment, then softly asked,

”If your power were enhanced, could you, without alerting her, allow us into the consciousness space to take Makoto’s consciousness fragment?”

Yae Miko rolled her eyes with a chuckle.

”You think I’m a god of war? Little one, that’s Ei we’re talking about! Among the gods of war, she’s one of the strongest.”

”Although, my control over consciousness is slightly more skilled than hers.”

”Still, the gap in raw strength can’t be erased.”

Lumine pursed her lips and pulled a staff from her bag. Lightning danced around it, and the moment it appeared, Yae Miko felt a thrill in her heart. Her intuition told her this staff was precious — a supreme treasure for her.

”The Thunder Staff. Unconditionally increases Electro power by 45%, enhancing all aspects.”

”Will this be enough?”

Yae Miko narrowed her eyes and asked softly,

”Also a treasure from that world?”

Lumine nodded.

”Yes. We spent about a week finding dozens of them… which is why a month is far too long. We can’t wait that long.”

Yae Miko nodded slightly.

”Truly powerful… Honestly, little one, my fox-hunting instincts are telling me I should snatch your staff right now.”

Lumine didn’t mind Miko’s half-joking, half-serious words. She simply repeated seriously,

”Will it be enough if you use this staff?”

Yae Miko narrowed her eyes.

”Almost half an increase in elemental power across the board… the boost in strength isn’t just double.”

”No problem! It can be done!”
