Genshin x Minecraft: Building the Temple of Virtue

As for the threat of a military advance…

The Miko wasn’t worried at all.

The Kanjō Commission wouldn’t dare defy Liyue.

Most likely, they were already frantically mobilizing resources to pay the compensation.

”Anything else?”

The Miko became slightly more serious and looked at Yuki.

After a moment of thought, Yuki spoke softly:

”We didn’t investigate the dragon group or the Alcor in detail—getting too close might have exposed us.

”When Miss Kamisato returned, she seemed to bring a lot of resources. Later, Head of the Kamisato House arrived and instructed General Kujou to distribute the resources along the way, then took Miss Kamisato away.”

The Miko raised an eyebrow and smiled:

”Kamisato Ayato, huh? Rarely sees him coming to his sister’s aid.”

Yuki pursed her lips and shook her head:

”Grand Priest Yae, perhaps without Head of the Kamisato House, General Kujou wouldn’t have dared act against Miss Kamisato.”

The Miko narrowed her eyes slightly and spoke softly:

”Because of that traveler?”

”Mm…”

Thinking of the seemingly delicate young girl, whose background was actually so terrifying, Yuki felt that this situation was beyond what Inazuma could decide on.

”That traveler… her identity is rather…”

Yuki didn’t know how to continue. The Miko sighed lightly:

”Yuki, don’t be so hesitant—people dislike that.”

Yuki looked at the Miko resignedly and whispered:

”That traveler seems to be an Honorary Knight of Mondstadt, a close friend of the Anemo Archon.

”She’s also the god-sibling of Liyue’s Tianquan Star, and a close friend of the Geo Archon.

”She can command the Fatui forces and summoned many Electro Cicin Mages.

”The most critical part is…”

Yuki paused and whispered:

”Her brother appears to be the ruler of the Abyss Order!”

Now the Miko straightened up, her playful smile gone, eyes flashing as her Vision glimmered with faint lightning.

”The Abyss Order… that’s no small matter!”

”Is this information reliable?”

Yuki nodded.

”We saw it with our own eyes. They indeed summoned the Fatui forces. The news about the Anemo and Geo Archons isn’t fully confirmed, but it’s mostly accurate.

”As for the Abyss Order…

”On their way back to the Kamisato House, they encountered many Abyss Mages. These mages seemed to be attacking,

”But in reality, it looked more like they were confirming the traveler’s whereabouts. After a brief skirmish, they left immediately.”

The Miko’s eyes widened with understanding.

That made sense.

Given the Abyss Order’s style—deep hatred toward the seven nations’ citizens and guaranteed death upon confrontation—leaving after a simple fight was abnormal.

It was likely that the traveler’s brother really is the ruler of the Abyss Order.

Things were getting complicated…

”Tch… so Liyue sent us a ticking time bomb, huh?”

The Miko pouted in displeasure.

Yuki whispered:

”Should we inform the Shogun? If anyone in Inazuma harms that traveler, I fear the Abyss Order will deploy their full force…”

The Abyss Order was no ordinary Seven Nations’ faction.

If the ruler of the Abyss Order gave the command, the Abyss Mages would gladly lay waste to all of Inazuma.

After all, the Seven Nations and the Abyss Order shared a blood-soaked grudge.

The Miko thought for a moment and shook her head:

”No need. I’m sure Kujou Sara will tell me about that old friend. No matter how reclusive that person is, they should understand what must not be done.

”Perhaps… that traveler will even be the chance to change everything.”

”Chance?”

Yuki wanted to scoff inwardly.

Chance? That was clearly a storm capable of destroying Inazuma!

With the Abyss Order ruler’s sister in Inazuma, even the slightest mishap could kill half the population.

The Miko leisurely pinched a piece of fried tofu and took a bite, speaking softly:

”Yuki, send someone to the Kamisato House. Invite Kamisato Ayaka and that traveler to visit the Grand Narukami Shrine.”

Yuki nodded and instinctively asked:

”Understood, Grand Priest Yae… anything else?”

The moment the words left her mouth, she felt the danger.

Sure enough, the Miko’s eyes sparkled as she smiled:

”Then… bring me some fried tofu on the way, make sure it’s piping hot.”

”…Understood.”

”And also, go to Yae Miko. Have Kuroda do whatever it takes to make Master Makura submit the manuscript within ten days!

”If there’s no new draft this month, I’ll be very unhappy.”

”…Mm.”

”And! Contact the rebel army’s big dog again. It’s time for a reply from our dear senior sister Hina.”

”…”

Yuki fell completely silent.

She didn’t understand why, as a shrine maiden, she was suddenly doing all the errands.

Wasn’t a shrine maiden supposed to sit in the shrine praying or be sent down the mountain to exorcise evil spirits?

Seeing the Miko about to keep giving her more orders, Yuki hurriedly said:

”Grand Priest Yae, I’ll first arrange for Miss Kamisato and the traveler to be brought here.”

With that, she didn’t wait for a response and quickly left the backyard.

If she stayed any longer, her errands for the rest of the month would already be stacked up.

The Miko pouted:

”You really are a humorless little Yuki!”

After her complaint, her gaze drifted across the sea toward Liyue.

”Archon… Osial…

”Liyue, the traveler…

”What is the connection between all these events?
