Primordial 'Dual Cultivator' Dragon With System

As the members of the natural races, Ling Xi and the others were naturally sensitive to the elements, but the elves were much more sensitive to the wood element, and the three female elves could sense it from Ling Yun’s body.

”He did it!” They exclaimed as soon as Ling Yun’s body was enveloped in a green aura.

Nu Yuanshi immediately withdrew her finger and looked closely at Ling Yun. {He already has the primordial chaos dragon bloodline, half-soul, skeleton, and bone marrow. Therefore, he only needs to gather the eyes, the heart, the core, and the other half-soul to become the next one. Additionally, he also has the primordial spiritual veins, the Yin-Yang Golden Body. Soon, he will obtain the tenth element, so he will become the perfect challenger for the Chaos and replace its position.}

”What do you mean by Ling Yun replacing the Chaos?” Ling Xi inquired as she and Zhou Yu floated to Nu Yuanshi’s side.

{The chaos is indeed the core of this universe, but this universe will never be peaceful as long as it still exists. The only way to bring peace to this universe is to defeat the chaos and take its place, and this little boy will become its core if he can do it.}

”Is that even possible? How can Ling Yun replace the chaos?” Ling Xi and Zhou Yu felt doubtful about that.

{The primordial chaos dragon is the direct son of the chaos, so he has the chance to surpass it. Once he succeeds in surpassing it, he must absorb it and become the next chaos.}

”How can Ling Yun surpass the Chaos?”

{Long Hun once said that he was born imperfect, but the only thing that could perfect him was in his father’s hands, so this little boy had to snatch it from the Chaos.}

”The Celestial Chaos Body.” Ling Xi and Zhou Yu spoke at the same time.

Nu Yuanshi nodded at them. {Once he obtains the Celestial Chaos Body and fuses with it, he will be able to surpass the Chaos. At that time, he will be able to defeat it, and he will gain the most omnipotent ability after absorbing it. He will become the master of this universe in its place, and this universe will be under his will.}

”Ancestor, doesn’t that mean Ling Yun will lose his form and merge with this universe?” Nu Shen suddenly asked.

{The chaos has no form, so he will also lose his form.} Nu Yuanshi’s answer shocked Ling Xi and Zhaou Yu. {You all don’t need to worry about that because he can create a new form as his new existence, just like when the chaos created this universe and its inhabitants.}

Ling Xi frowned before asking. ”It’s not without risk, right?”

{If he absorbs the chaos and replaces it, he will never be able to enter this universe, and he will have to stay outside it for the rest of his life.}

”I believe that Ling Yun will never do that.” Zhou Yu said this with a shake of his head. ”He has a strong bond with us and his other wives, and he will never leave us. Unlike him, we cannot enter the chaos, and forcing our way there will kill us.”

{I died a long time ago, but you guys are still alive. I can’t do anything to bring this universe into peace, but all of you can do it, so the choice is yours.} Nu Yuanshi then turned to Nu Shen. {You should go with him.}

”Eh?” Nu Shen was surprised. ”Ancestor, I—”

{Our elf race does need a leader to stay united, but their unity is useless if the universe is destroyed. Therefore, you should go with him to help him, and I will help you find the perfect candidate to be your successor.} Nu Yuanshi gestured toward their main city, prompting a burst of white light to shoot in that direction. {Go and meet the woman who got it, and you can appoint her to be your successor.}

”Yes, Ancestor.” Nu Shen then led Lyra and You Xian to leave the place.

{He has succeeded in getting the wood element, so I have to go now.}

”Wait—” Ling Xi sighed as she still had many questions for her, but Nu Yuanshi had already disappeared. She then looked at Ling Yun, and the green aura covering his body became even brighter.

Ling Yun still had not opened his eyes, especially since he still had to do the next thing, which was to form his wood Qi core. In a few minutes, a green pillar emerged from his body and rose into the sky, which shocked the elves. Gradually, the green pillar shrank and formed a green ball, which was his wood Qi core.

Ling Yun’s colorful Qi core suddenly came out, and it instantly absorbed his wood Qi core, merging it into one. Thereafter, he began to form his wood Qi soul, and it didn’t take him long to do so, especially since he had already formed ten souls when he broke through to the soul realm.

”Doesn’t this mean his life has increased by one, Big Sis?” Zhou Yu inquired as she gazed upon Ling Yun’s infant wood soul.

Ling Xi nodded in agreement. ”Ling Yun already had ten souls before, and he has a new soul now, so it’s the same as increasing his life by one. However, his wood soul is still an infant, making it the weakest among all his souls. The problem is that he only has one woman with the wood element, so he will have a challenging time raising his wood soul unless he uses a lot of the resources we got in the mysterious tower.”

”Hehe.” Zhou Yu chuckled. ”Ling Yun doesn’t have any other women with the wood element right now, but I think he might find some in the supreme realm later.”

”I hope so.” Ling Xi nodded in response. ”By the way, the earth elemental seed shouldn’t be too important, especially since Ling Yun already has the earth element, so we don’t need to waste time returning to the earth. Instead, we should look for the metal and poison elemental seeds, so we should head to the Star Field Realm and the Venom Mist Realm after this.”

Zhou Yu remembered something. ”Big Sis, Ling Yun is already planning to pick up the rest of the people on earth, such as Xiao Feng, Jiang Yuan, Long Weishan, and the female disciples from the Lotus Sect. Therefore, we have to go there, and we can also look for the earth elemental seed.”

Ling Xi let out a heavy sigh, as she never cared about those people, but she knew Ling Yun had other plans for them, especially since some of them were close to some of her women. Xiao Feng raised Xiao Xiao, and she already considered him as her grandfather. The female disciples from the Lotus Sect were like family to Ling Ling and Lian Bing, so he couldn’t possibly forget them.

Sometime later, Ling Yun had already inserted his wood soul and Qi core into his soul and body. He immediately opened his eyes, stood up, and spoke to the two spirit women. ”Our next stop is Earth to pick up those people, and we will go to the Star Field Realm and the Venom Mist Realm after that. Our final stop is the Holy Land of Sword, and we will go to the supreme realm after we talk to Jian Xian and Yun Liang.”

”Let’s meet Nu Shen and the others first, and we’ll leave for Earth straight after.” Your journey continues on freewebnovel

When they returned to the palace, they found Nu Shen talking to some old elves and a young elf woman kneeling before her. Ling Yun then asked. ”What is that little princess planning?”

Ling Xi sighed and told Ling Yun about Nu Yuanshi’s previous appearance, and she also told him about their conversation, causing him to frown.

”Do you want to absorb the chaos and take its place?”

Ling Yun shook his head immediately. ”I’m working hard to strengthen myself for all of you, so how could I possibly leave you all behind? The chaos is an absolute power, and I’m tempted to get it. However, it’s useless if I have to lose all of you, so I won’t do something stupid like that.”

Ling Yun’s words made Zhou Yu and Ling Xi exchange glances with smiles of joy on their faces, especially since they and their other sisters never wanted to part with him.

”Where are we headed next?” Feng Huang asked as she and Yue Mengyi approached them. ”Moreover, this little queen suddenly wants to pass on her throne to that young elf woman, and she seems to want to follow you.”

Ling Yun told Feng Huang about his plans, which surprised them. Yue Mengyi immediately spoke. ”The last time I set foot on Earth was thousands of years ago, and the planet must have changed a lot by now, so a short visit is no problem.”

Feng Huang nodded. ”My daughter grew up on that planet, and I want to meet the family that raised her. Fortunately, we have the Shidai, and Ling Yun’s mastery of the void element is quite high, so we won’t waste too much time.”

”Let’s wait for Nu Shen to finish with her business, and we will immediately go to Earth.” Ling Yun spoke.
