Primordial 'Dual Cultivator' Dragon With System

“Hmm?” Xing Jiangjun, the battle immortal, who was hiding in the distance along with the other two immortals, raised his eyebrows as soon as he saw almost all of Ling Yun’s women walking out of the tower. “Does that kid really want to clear the top few floors by himself?”

“Isn’t that a given?” Hua Xianren responded with a shake of her head. “That kid’s strength was too great for floors 1 to 30, and the beasts on this floor died too easily in his hands, so it would be better if he rushed to floor 31. Otherwise, he won’t be able to face Zhu Ling when he arrives at this tower, and the entire universe will suffer if he falls into his hands.”

“You are right, Xianren.” Yun Xian replied with a nod. “However, I will not stand idly by if Zhu Ling wants to kill Ling Yun, especially since Huang Lingzhu sent me specifically to protect him. Even so, I will not act if he is not in a desperate situation, and I want to witness his determination to protect himself and those closest to him first.”

“Haha.” Hua Xianren laughed softly upon hearing Yun Xian’s words. “Among all of us, you are indeed the gentlest, and Huang Lingzhu is the cruelest. Despite their close relationship and their status as the first and second living beings in our universe, she felt no regret for killing Long Hun. In fact, I always envisioned them as a couple, but now that he’s dead, Ling Yun has inherited some parts of his body.”

“Yeah.” Yun Xian let out a sigh of regret, especially since he himself still regretted Long Hun’s death. He looked into the distance. “Shiwang Zhizhu seems to like those four female demons, and he even gave them a lot of useful items.”

“You’re wrong about that.” Hua Xianren also looked towards Shiwang Zhizhu’s hiding place. “He is the most selfish living being, and he never likes any other living creature except himself; therefore, he must have done everything on Huang Lingzhu’s orders. However, I am not surprised if she ordered him to help them, especially since they are too weak and they would die too soon if those stronger cultivators arrive at this tower later. Moreover, Lillith seemed interesting, and she seemed to see something different from her, so she made such a decision.”

“Huang Lingzhu has always been like that, and she kept everything to herself, just like when she killed Long Hun.” Xing Jiangjun commented, shaking his head. “She didn’t even discuss it with us, and she only told us after he disappeared for so long, so I was really shocked when she told us about his death.”

Yun Xian and Hua Xianren could only sigh after hearing that, but they could also somewhat understand Huang Lingzhu’s selfishness, especially since she did all that to save their universe, and Long Hun, the second oldest after her, had no desire for that.

After some time, almost all of Ling Yun’s women had left the tower, and only a few of them accompanied him, such as Feng Ruxue, Xiao Xiao, and Feng Ling’er. In addition to them, he also brought Feng Bing’er and Feng Yujie, a decision he made because he was uncertain which of them would die according to the second prophecy.

However, Ling Yun decided to leave Ling Xi and his six followers with his other women, who were left behind to protect them, so only Zhou Yu would go with him to the next floors, especially since she was the only person who could help him reach the top of the tower.

As promised, Mu Yan decided to go with Ling Yun, so she and Mu Shu would help him protect the five female mythical beasts.

Besides, Ling Yun also brought his unofficial women and partners, such as Tian Yueling, Dongfang Jingjing, Song Su, Yun Gongzhu, Mao Erlong, Jiao Lu, and Shang Meiqi. However, he decided to leave Ouyang Wanqing and Qi Hong’er with his other women because their cultivation had not yet broken through to the five god realm.

Naturally, Zhong Chenyu went along with Ling Yun, especially since she had already reached floor 50 in the past, and she also brought Yue Tu, who was still sleeping due to exhaustion.

“Are you going to make a move now?” Zhou Yu inquired as she monitored the cultivators’ movements on the first floor.

Ling Yun nodded and turned to the others. “I will use my complete dragon form now, and Zhou Yu will help you guys collect all the dropped items.”

“All right.”

After that, Ling Yun immediately flew into the sky and transformed into his complete dragon form, and his aura terrified those unique beasts; even all the cultivators present at the scene cowered in fear at his appearance.

Although the demihumans and female disciples of the Eternal Spring Sect were shocked by Ling Yun’s actions, all of them immediately rushed towards the door leading to the second floor, as they could understand the intention behind his decision to use his complete dragon form.

However, Ling Yun did not attack the beasts directly; instead, he flew around the entire area of the first floor while locking them with his senses. Once he was certain that his senses had successfully locked them, he immediately unleashed his dark flames on the beasts, causing them to perish with a small attack.

Zhou Yu immediately created several void doors, so Xiao Xiao and the others could move to various corners of the area to collect all the items.

In another area, Ye Yuxian changed into her water dragon form, and Wu Gui also returned to his black tortoise form before asking Ya Xixian to climb onto his shell. After that, the two of them moved to help Ling Yun clean up those unique beasts, especially since the area was too large.

*Boom… Boom…*

Explosions echoed continuously from every corner of the first floor due to Ling Yun’s actions, prompting the cultivators to flee their positions. Furthermore, the sudden appearance of Ye Xuxian and Wu Gui in their mythical beast forms exacerbated their panic, and they became even more afraid of dying at their hands.

The four immortals who were hiding in the distance could only laugh bitterly at their actions, especially since the tower had been around for so long, but no one had ever been able to do such a thing.

After another day, Ling Yun and the two mythical beasts successfully eliminated all the beasts on the first floor. The women had also collected these item drops, so they rushed to the second floor to clear all the beasts there.

The demihumans and female disciples of the Eternal Spring Sect followed them before rushing towards the gate that led directly to the third floor. Yun Xian also followed them, especially since his main task was to protect Ling Yun.

Xing Jiangjun and Hua Xianren remained on the first floor to protect Ling Yun’s other women, as did Shiwang Zhizhu, who was assigned by Huang Lingzhu to help the four female demons.

However, the cultivators did not go to the second floor and decided to leave the tower first, so the beasts on the first floor would come back to life, and they could start their training all over again.

Upon their arrival, Ling Yun and the two mythical beasts persisted in their movement and attacks, pausing briefly to replenish their qi with pills before proceeding with their hunt.

Although the demihumans and female disciples of the Eternal Spring Sect disliked Ling Yun’s methods, they were also powerless to stop him and the two mythical beasts. Moreover, the beasts on the lower floors were also too weak for them, so they decided not to say anything and wait for the three of them to sort everything out.

In three full days, Ling Yun and the others had already reached the 10th floor. He easily defeated the boss on that floor, especially considering that the boss’s strength was at the Emperor Realm, which was too weak for him.

“Hmm?” Ling Yun returned to his human form after he received the notifications, and he then picked up the golden key that had fallen on the floor.

[Golden Key: One of the ten keys to unlock the chest at the top of the tower.]

‘No wonder Jingjing and the others don’t know about this key, especially since the key is only meant for me.’ Ling Yun then put away the golden key. After that, he invited them all to go up to the 11th floor, but he decided to take a break first.
