Primordial 'Dual Cultivator' Dragon With System

“I want you to come with me to the Star Cloud Realm to meet Tang Chen tomorrow.”

Meng Xianzi was surprised to hear her answer. “Why do you want to meet Tang Chen? You usually don’t want to get involved with those clans.”

Zhuang Yuan sighed softly before she explained to her the situation that was happening in the Tian Clan, and she also told Meng Xianzi about Nangong Yuhai, especially about his relationship with Huang Xiaoxian.

“Where did you get all that information?” Meng Xianzi asked with a frown.

“Ao Yangyu just came to see me, and he heard everything from Jiange Xiuxi.”

“Jiange Xiuxi?” Once again, Meng Xianzi was surprised. “When did she return to the upper realms? She disappeared for so long, and no one could ever find her, but she suddenly returned.”

“I don’t know.” Zhuang Yuan replied by shaking his head. “That woman is always like that; she comes and goes as she pleases, and she can also hide her whereabouts so neatly.”

Meng Xianzi nodded and rejected Zhuang Yuan’s invitation. “Unfortunately, I can’t leave this place, so I can’t go with you to meet Tang Chen. Besides, I’ve met and talked with him before, but we haven’t discussed those matters yet.”

“Huh?” It was Zhuang Yun’s turn this time to be surprised to hear her answer. “Why are you meeting Tang Chen?”

“I had an important business in the Star Cloud Realm a few days ago, and there was something going on in the Tang Clan, so I came to take a look and met him by chance.” Even so, Meng Xianzi had no intention of telling Zhuang Yuan about Ling Yun. “Anyway, I’ve taken in a female disciple, and I trained her in another realm in the past few months.”

“A female disciple? Why did you suddenly decide to take her as your only disciple?”

“Haha.” Meng Xianzhi laughed amusedly at Zhuang Yuan’s expression. “I found Long Yuyi in the Lower Realms. I took her as my disciple because she has something special in her body, but she still can’t control her hidden power.”

“Hmm? What’s her hidden power?”

Meng Xianzhi shook her head. “For her sake, I won’t tell anyone about it for now, or those demons will come to capture Yuyi if they hear about it, and they will definitely want to extract it.”

“Does that mean her hidden power is related to demons?”

“Yes.” Meng Xianzi responded with a nod. “I won’t explain the details to you, but I will bring Yuyi into our organization after she manages to control it, and her hidden power will be of great help to us.”

Zhuang Yuan frowned after she heard that. “You still remember that we won’t accept people who have connections with demons, right? Besides, many of us hate demons, and they will kill Yuyi if you bring her into our organization.”

“You’re wrong about that.” Meng Xianzi denied it. “I know Yuyi’s family well, and all of them are humans, not demons, so she has nothing to do with them. Honestly, I still don’t understand how that power could exist in her body, but it might be her fate. That’s why I took her as my disciple, and I will continue to monitor her until she can fully control it.”

Zhuang Yuan sighed softly and nodded to her. “I hope your disciple can control it, or she will side with the demons, and you will have to kill him if she ends up being like them.”

“Don’t worry, I’ve planted something in Yuyi’s body in case she fails to control it, and I will kill her with my own hands if she becomes like them.” Meng Xianzi answered with a serious look.

Zhuang Yuan nodded and asked her again. “Did you meet Yanyan some time ago?”

“No.” Meng Xianzi then remembered something. “I haven’t met Yanyan, but I heard news that she brought two women from the lower realms to Jiang Xian’s realm, so she might still be in the Holy Land of Sword now.”

“All right, I will go back now, and I will contact Yanyan directly.” After she said that, Zhuang Yuan disappeared from the place.

However, their conversation just now left Meng Xianzi wondering about several things, especially about Jiange Xiuxi, Zhou Yu’s other identity. “Who exactly is that mysterious woman? Why did she suddenly return to the upper realms? Moreover, she knows so many things, even though she has been missing for a long time.” ．

Meanwhile, two women sat side by side on a tree, but their eyes kept moving as they watched a pair of lovers fighting with beasts, and Tian Yueling was truly amazed by them, especially Xiao Xiao’s fighting abilities.

Even though she acknowledged Ling Yun’s fighting abilities, Tian Yueling felt that Xiao Xiao was much better than him in combat, for her way of fighting was really simple and tactical, and she could kill any beast with fast and accurate attacks, even though she only used two daggers.

As for Ling Yun, Tian Yueling felt that he fought almost without using any strategy, and he relied more on his raw strength. “His raw strength was indeed exceptional compared to cultivators at his level, but he couldn’t fight in such a manner if he faced cultivators above his level, and he would suffer a crushing defeat if he continued like that.”

“Haha.” Zhao Yu laughed at her remark, especially since Tian Yueling didn’t know that Ling Yun had the Dream Space, and his three clones were always train in there even now. “You are wrong if you think about him like that; his fighting abilities are actually much better than what you see now, and he can kill those beasts without breaking a sweat.”

“Is that so?” Tian Yueling couldn’t believe Zhao Yu’s answer, for she was judging Ling Yun from what she was witnessing now.

Zhao Yu nodded to him. “If you were to fight Mo Chen without using your cultivation now, then I would bet that you would lose to him within a few moves.”

“Hmm?” Tian Yueling turned to Zhou Yu with an angry look. “Aren’t you looking down on me too much, Big Sis? Even though I haven’t trained for a long time due to my illness, I’ve fought too many times with other cultivators in the past, and my fighting abilities haven’t declined in the slightest.”

“I know your abilities, and I don’t underestimate you.” Zhao Yu replied as she shook her head. “However, you don’t know Mo Chen at all, and I know much more about him than you, so I can tell the difference in the fighting abilities of the two of you clearly.”

Tian Yueling did not refute Zhao Yu’s words, but he still couldn’t believe that Ling Yun could defeat her in a few moves, and it was not because she looked down on him but because she was too confident in her abilities.

“Do you want to try fighting with him?” Zhao Yu asked with a faint smile.

“Not now.” Tian Yueling then said to him. “For now, my physique has not fully recovered, so I will challenge him to a sparring match when I have completely recovered.”

“En.” Zhao Yu nodded in agreement with that. “Since you two will be joining the Eternal Spring Sect soon, you will have many opportunities to spar with him, but I hope you won’t be disappointed if you lose to him.”

“Humph! I’m not a weak woman, and I won’t be disappointed just because of a defeat.” Tian Yueling denied it by shouting. “Anyway, can you take me to your residence?”

“Oh?” Zhao Yu suspiciously asked her back. “Why do you want to go to our residence?”

Tian Yueling shrugged her shoulders and explained it to her. “Even though I haven’t decided to accept your request to become Mo Chen’s partner, he is a dual cultivator, and he also has many women by his side. That’s why I want to get to know him and the people around him, for I don’t want to fall into a pit of suffering, and it might be able to help me make decisions in the future.”

“I see.” Zhao Yu agreed with her. “All right, I will inform Mo Chen about your request first, and I will bring you with us if he agrees to it.”

“En.” Tian Yueling then asked her. “Do you also want Nichang to be his partner?”

“Haha.” Zhao Yu laughed at that. “You’re still observant as usual, huh? You’re right, I do want Nichang to be his partner, but it won’t be easy to pull her into our circle, especially since she has too many burdens and worries on her mind.”

Upon hearing that, Tian Yueling sighed heavily and looked up at the sky. “All clans in the upper realms are always like that; the seniors always pressure their juniors hard. I know they do it for the future of their clans, but not everyone can accept such harsh treatment. Some of them managed to overcome the pressure, and they succeeded in becoming the backbone of their clan. However, the number of people who failed was far greater than those who succeeded, and many of them decided to commit suicide because they could not stand it.”

“That’s true.” Zhao Yu also agreed with that. “However, that is natural selection that occurs in our universe; people with a strong mentality will succeed, and people with a weak mentality will fail.”

“What about Mo Chen? Do you think he will succeed or fail?”
