Primordial 'Dual Cultivator' Dragon With System

“Eh?” Ling Yun was taken back by that. “Senior, this-”

“Are you doubting me?” Ling Yun shook his head at him. “Let me show you something.”

*Crack… Crack…*

Ling Yun was stunned to see the ground beneath his feet sinking like it was under heavy pressure, and the area around them was also cracking, but he couldn’t feel any change in the flow of Tian Huang’s Qi. “How could you do that, Senior?”

“Unlike other cultivators, I can change my body weight to become heavier.” Suddenly, Tian Huang floated into the air, and Ling Yun was still unable to feel the change in his qi flow. “Besides, I can also change my weight to be very light, which allows me to move freely.”

“I see.” Ling Yun then muttered in his heart. ‘So that’s the benefit of his innate ability, huh?’

Tian Huang landed on the ground and said to him. “Even though your cultivation is still in the mortal realms, I can tell that you’ve trained your physique really hard, and I’m guessing that you’ve lifted an ironweight of around one to two thousand pounds before.”

“Yes.” Ling Yun replied with a nod. “I’ve lifted a hefty object before, but I don’t know its exact weight, so I’m not sure about my raw strength.”

“That’s not a problem; I can use my ability to estimate it.” Tian Huang said as he observed Ling Yun’s body. “I don’t know who taught you to train your physique, but I can see that your body is perfectly balanced.”

Ling Yun smiled when he heard that. “My master taught me how to train my physique properly.”

“I see.” Tian Huang then asked him. “Anyway, what’s your name?”

“Mo Chen.” Tian Huang frowned after he heard that, but Ling Yun hurriedly explained it to him. “Senior, please don’t misunderstand me; I am not a member of the Mo Clan, and I am not a demon.”

“I know.” Tian Huang himself did not sense the demonic aura from Ling Yun. “Do you want to be my disciple? Although your cultivation is still weak, your physical strength is extraordinary, and you will definitely be able to become an excellent blacksmith in the future.”

“Huh?” Ling Yun was shocked to hear his offer, and he fell into deep thought afterward. ‘Should I accept his offer? If I learn blacksmithing, I can forge equipment for my mother and the others, and I won’t have to spend a lot of money.’

Before long, Ling Yun sighed softly and said to Tian Huang. “Senior, I am actually a dual cultivator, and I plan to join the Eternal Spring Palace, so-”

“That’s not a problem.” Tian Huang said as he shook his head. “Even though you are a dual cultivator, you are different from the generals, and they usually don’t train their physique to such an extent. Moreover, you still want to train your physique more, and that is the basis for becoming a blacksmith. After all, there are so many strange materials, and we need extremely high raw strength to forge some of them.”

“I see.” Ling Yun nodded in understanding.

Huang Tian then spoke to him again. “If you are willing to become my disciple, you don’t need to continue training beside me. I will teach you the basic techniques, and you can train them wherever you want. However, you have to come to me once a month, and I’ll assess your progress at that time.”

“I-”

“Haha.” Suddenly, Zhou Yu appeared beside them. “Little Huang, I had guessed that you would be interested in him, so I asked Mo Chen to meet you.”

“Huh?” Tian Huang turned to Zhou Yu in surprise. “I didn’t expect that he was your acquaintance, Senior Yu.”

“Mo Chen is indeed my acquaintance, and he arrived here from the lower realms a few days ago.” Zhou Yu then turned to Ling Yun and tried to persuade him. “Many cultivators wanted to learn from him, but he always rejected them, and this is the first time he has offered someone to become his disciple, so I think it would be better if you accepted his offer. Even though becoming a skilled blacksmith takes quite a long time, I’m sure you can do it, and it will be very useful for you and your women in the future.”

“Well, you’re right.” Ling Yun responded with a nod, and he then spoke to Tian Huang. “In that case, I am willing to be your disciple, Senior.”

“That’s good.” Tian Huang nodded in satisfaction with Ling Yun’s decision, and he then gave him some basic books on blacksmithing. “You can learn them first, and you can come here again in three days, but we will measure your raw strength first to make the equipment.”

“Thank you, Master.” Ling Yun happily replied as he stored the books in the item box.

After that, Tian Huang made his body weight quite heavy, around 1000 pounds. As he had expected before, Ling Yun could lift him easily, so he increased his body weight again to 2000 pounds, and he could still lift him, but it was already his limit.

Tian Huang spoke to Ling Yun. “2000 pounds is your limit for now, so I will make some equipment for you with a total weight of twice your limit, and you can use them to train. Once you get used to that weight, I’ll make you some equipment that’s even heavier.”

“Yes, Master.”

“I will bring Mo Chen to train in the forest not far from here, and I will bring him here again after three days.” Zhou Yu said this to Huang Tian as he grabbed Ling Yun’s shoulders. “Anyway, your granddaughter has recovered, and she must be waiting for you now.”

“Eh?” Tian Huang was shocked to hear that. “Is it true that Little Yueling has already recovered?”

Zhou Yu nodded to him. “You should go back to see her.”

After that, Zhou Yu took Ling Yun away through the void, and Tian Huang hurriedly flew to the Tian Clan.

Seeing Tian Huang’s arrival, Tian Yueling, who was chatting with her family, immediately ran and called him. “Yeye!” (A/N: Yeye = Paternal grandpa.)

“Hahaha!” Tian Huang laughed excitedly after he saw one of his granddaughters. He grabbed Tian Yueling’s waist and lifted her high, causing her parents and family members to laugh out loud. “I’m really happy to see you’ve recovered now.”

“Ugh! Yeye! Please put me down!” Tian Yueling said it with a red face, especially since Tian Huang always treated her like a little girl.

However, Tian Huang did not listen to his words and sat Tian Yueling on his shoulders, and he brought her to their family as he asked. “Did Senior Yu cure your illness?”

“Eh?” Tian Yueling then asked him. “Have you met Big Sis Yu, Yeye?”

“Yes.” Tian Huang then told her. “Senior Yu went to my workshop to pick up her acquaintance, and she told me that you had recovered, so I hurried back to see you.”

“An acquaintance of Big Sis Yu?”

“His name is Mo Chen, and-”

Not only was Tian Yueling surprised to hear that, but even Tian Kong, Ran Chenxin, and the others were also surprised to hear that.

“Is that person really called Mo Chen, father-in-law?” Ran Chenxin asked him.

“That’s right.” Tian Huang nodded to his daughter-in-law. “His name is Mo Chen, and he is a cultivator from the lower realm. Anyway, I offered him to become my disciple, and he has agreed.”

They were shocked to hear that, and Tian Yueling asked him. “Is Mo Chen that special, Yeye? During this time, you were never willing to accept a disciple before, but you offered him to be your disciple instead.”

“Have you ever met a young man in his early twenties who could lift 2000 pounds with his raw strength?” Once more, his response astounded them, and they stared at Tian Huang in shock. “Moreover, Mo Chen’s cultivation is still at Middle King Realm, but his raw strength is truly terrifying. Besides, he came to me to buy some much heavier equipment, so I decided to take him as my disciple.”

Hearing that, Tian Kong looked at Ran Chenxin, who nodded at him, and he then told his father. “Father, Yueling wants to join the Eternal Spring Palace.”

“Oh?” Tian Huang then looked up at Tian Yueling. “Do you really want to join that sect? You never liked dual cultivators, right? So why do you suddenly want to join there?”

“Yeye, I don’t like dual cultivators, but I promised Big Sis Yu to join the sect to meet Mo Chen.” Tian Yueling explained it with a helpless sigh.

Tian Huang nodded in understanding. “It seems that Senior Yu wants to set you up with Mo Chen, huh?”

“Yes.” Tian Yueling then told him again. “Big Sis Yu did want me to be Mo Chen’s partner, but I didn’t immediately agree with her wishes, especially since he is a dual cultivator and has many women, so I want to get to know him first before making a decision about my future.”

“That’s good.” Tian Huang then put his granddaughter down and rubbed her head. “Even though I don’t know Mo Chen myself, I think he is a good young man, and he is also serious about his cultivation, so he might be suitable to be your partner. However, I leave all the decisions in your hands, and you can decide it after you get to know him well.”

“En.” Tian Yueling nodded repeatedly to him.
