The Villain of Ancient Greece

The next day, early morning.

Lorne, who had labored all night, stretched lazily and casually tossed a processed scroll from the table onto the pile of documents behind him.

As he turned around, a breathtaking scene of a sleeping beauty greeted his eyes from the corner of the temple.

Flowing purple hair cascaded like a waterfall over the peaks of snow-white mountains.

The delicate, flawless skin still carried traces of fading blush.

That elegant yet seductive pretty face was furrowed with knitted brows, as if unable to withstand last night’s campaign.

Her long, slender legs were tightly clamped together, subconsciously showing a defensive posture.

The ever-victorious Valkyrie?

Tsk tsk, and this is it?

Looking at the unconscious Athena on the floor, Lorne could not help but sneer and shake his head.

This was the downside of a virgin goddess; clearly having zero experience, yet they shout the loudest.

Before the battle she always thought her combat power was so strong, but when it came to real weapons clashing, she quickly revealed her true form.

Sure enough, in just half a night Athena had suffered a crushing defeat.

Her performance was far inferior to Artemis back then, and even the subordinate goddess Medusa of the same body type could easily overpower her.

At most, this ever-victorious Valkyrie could only compete with the two little female devils Stheno and Euryale, and she might not even win for sure.

How should he put it?

There was a lot of room for improvement.

It would be good for her to discuss and learn more with him when she had time.

But then again...last night was truly awesome.

There were downsides of being the chaste goddess, and upsides were too many.

Putting aside the physical sensation and intoxicating ecstasy, just the sense of intense satisfaction of being the only person to sleep with a chaste goddess was too overwhelming.

And out of the three chaste goddesses, he has already slept with the two, being the only man in their hearts...as for the third one, the day she woke up, Lorne knew that he would be able to fulfill the dream any man would die a million times for.

Just as Lorne was secretly chuckling at such thoughts, a graceful figure gracefully arrived outside the temple and gently knocked on the tightly closed door.

A strand of flowing purple hair slipped through the crack of the door and entered someone’s sight.

Medusa?

Upon confirming the visitor’s identity, the guilty Lorne shivered and all the lustful thoughts instantly vanished.

”Are you in? I’m coming in?”

Seeing those fair hands slowly pushing the door open,

Lorne did not have time to think.

With lightning speed he rolled up the still-sleeping Athena in the corner, stuffed her directly under the office desk, pulled down the tablecloth, and opened a small-scale barrier to cover the certain indecent virgin goddess.

He himself sat upright with the fastest reaction speed before Medusa entered, assuming the appearance of diligently reviewing official documents.

”So you are here.”

Seeing Lorne buried in work inside the temple with no signs of anything unusual, Medusa breathed a slight sigh of relief and her tightly furrowed brows relaxed a little.

Noticing this subtle change in expression, the upright god who had labored all night put down his iron pen and asked calmly, ”Looking for me?”

Medusa nodded as a trace of embarrassment appeared on her cold and extremely beautiful face.

”Someone insists on seeing you.

We couldn’t stop her.”

”A god-level?”

”Yes.”

”What’s her name?”

”Diana. She says she is an Amazon.”

”Cough cough...”

Hearing the name, Lorne could not help coughing violently, big question marks popping up in his mind.

What’s going on?

Even Wonder Woman had come knocking?

Huh..

He thought, although he was a bit scummy, he had never slept with the Amazon queen, nor had he even dealt with the Amazons.

So how did a Diana suddenly appear?

Just as Lorne was feeling puzzled, a silver-haired, blue-eyed female hunter wearing a cinched short skirt and hunting boots, with a bow on her back, nimbly bypassed Medusa’s interception and barged into the great temple,

Then revealed a bright and brilliant smile toward the shepherd behind the desk.

”You really are here!”

Seeing the figure before him, the confusion in Lorne’s heart instantly cleared.

He waved helplessly at the vigilant Medusa with a somewhat wry smile.

”She is my friend. No need to worry.”

Medusa nodded doubtfully, lowered her guard, and obediently withdrew from the temple under Lorne’s signal to continue handling her own tasks.

With the Justice Goddess Themis, Hearth Goddess Hestia, and Wisdom Goddess Athena, the three main administrators of War God Mountain, having successively gone into slumber, and the Memory Goddess Mnemosyne having been exiled back to the Memory Temple on Mount Helicon by the new laws of fate, Medusa, as a veteran of War God Mountain, had no choice but to start learning to shoulder responsibilities alone.

With the wedding approaching, she still had many troubles to resolve.

Seeing that the little girl who once needed his protection had now become a pillar capable of leading War God Mountain, Lorne felt a wave of relief and tenderness in his heart.

Although he had done a lot of good and bad deeds, if he were to name the most important of them all, it would be, changing her fate.

And she repaid him by giving him, everything.

Her boundless trust and her unconditional love.

Even when he had slept with many, and even now, when he was marrying someone else, she didn’t cry in anger.

Was it because she didn’t get jealous?

How could it be? Where there’s love, there’s possessiveness.

However, she knew he was someone not destined to only belong to her.

This silly girl would be happy as long as he was here. As long as she could see him.

Seeing him get tired, she wanted to help him as much as she could.

Sigh.

He had always been good at dealing with the people with ulterior motives because they were the same as him.

But for people who were simply good towards him because they wanted to be good towards him, he would get stuck.

Love is the most troublesome thing in the world, yet the most precious.

Medusa, Hestia, and even the goddess of hunting in front of him.

After watching Medusa walk away, Lorne closed the temple doors with a wave of his hand and looked somewhat helplessly at this Amazon named ”Diana.”

”Artemis, why have you come?”

Indeed, the visitor was none other than the Moon and Hunting Goddess who should have been slumbering in Arcadia.

And this silver-haired, blue-eyed appearance was precisely the classic skin Artemis had simulated with illusion magic back when they sneaked into Cyprus Island together to hide her identity.

Only now, Artemis had used her divine power to turn this into her own descended spirit body, making it convenient for her to walk in the mortal world.

As for why she had named herself ”Diana,” Lorne had basically guessed it.

Diana, also known as Diana or Dianna, possibly derived from ”light,” was the goddess in future Roman mythology who presided over the moon, oak forests, witchcraft, hunting, and other authorities.

In later Roman artistic depictions, Diana loved outdoor life in forests and mountains, holding a bow and arrow, accompanied by hounds, hunting with many nymphs, and sometimes traveling in a silver chariot drawn by two sacred deer.

In addition, she had sworn to remain chaste for life and was a stern virgin goddess.

In fact, this Roman main goddess Diana corresponded to the current Artemis.

Moreover, Artemis calling herself an ”Amazon” was not entirely made up.

Because although the Amazon warriors were blood descendants of the war god Ares, they were followers of the hunting goddess Artemis.

In a sense, that was another one of her holy lands.

At this moment, the hunting goddess whose identity had been seen through by her lover, blushed slightly.

Then she calmed her emotions, and a trace of resentment flashed in her bright eyes.

”You are getting married. Can’t

I come?”

Hearing this obvious deadly question, Lorne immediately put on a serious expression and solemnly expressed his true feelings. ”How could that be! My doors are always open for you!”

Artemis’s expression eased a little upon hearing this, but she still felt somewhat unhappy in her heart.

”Then why are you marrying Thetis?”

Looking at his angry little girlfriend, Lorne explained helplessly.

”I promised to help her break her fate. You wouldn’t want me to be someone who goes back on his word, right?”

”But there was no need for you to do it personally!”

”But besides me, who else would dare defy Zeus’s orders?”

Lorne threw out an irrefutable fact, then gently comforted her.

”Rest assured, it is only to help her go through the formalities and cut off outsiders’ thoughts and that prophecy. If she wants to leave afterward, I will never stop her.”

”That’s more like it...”

Finally, under her lover’s repeated assurances, Artemis nodded in satisfaction and stopped dwelling on the matter of being ”green.”

After all, she was still a virgin goddess on the surface, and her main body was slumbering in the holy land.

Even if she wanted to form a formal marriage contract with her lover, she did not have sufficient conditions or opportunity.

Never mind. Whether they got married or not was not important.

Just like Hera and Zeus.

Even though they became husband and wife, they had different dreams in the same bed and ended up tormenting each other until they became enemies.

As long as he was sincere toward her and could often be with her, that was enough.

Artemis convinced herself this way and gradually let go of the knot in her heart.

However, compared to Athena, this hunting goddess was still a bit too naive.

She did not notice the language trap left by a certain scumbag at all.

He would not stop Thetis if she wanted to leave, but he did not say he would stop her if she truly fell for him.

The sea goddess already had a lot of affection for him the last time they parted, not to mention, this time he saved her when no one was willing to save her.

Her relatives hid away like cowards, while a certain someone saved her at the moment of despair.

If it were a love game, her affection would probably be in the 90s something, out of hundred.

In this situation, how could she possibly want to leave?

However, Artemis didn’t know, otherwise a new underground dungeon CG would’ve been unlocked.

Of course, the hunting goddess right now had no mood to think about these troublesome things.

”There are still two days until your wedding?”

Artemis licked her moist cherry lips as a trace of heat flickered in her azure eyes.

No way? Here?

In Athena’s temple?

No that’s not the worst case.

Athena’s still lying buck naked just under the table.

If she were to wake up and see this...no.

He’s Artemis’ lover right. So it was Athena, who cuckolded her. If the goddess of hunt were to see her half-sister, with whom she shared an intense rivalry, lying naked with her man...my god.

”I...”

Lorne’s heart jolted.

He had just opened his mouth to find an excuse to push away this in-depth exchange when his body suddenly stiffened.

Fuck...

His neck creaked downward inch by inch like rusted parts, and his eyes looked at the slightly shaking desktop in disbelief.

Sasha, what are you doing?

”What’s wrong with you? You’re suddenly sweating all over.”

Hearing the voice that had suddenly stopped, Artemis looked at her lover in confusion and wanted to step forward to ask.

”Don’t come over!”

Lorne’s expression changed drastically and he hurriedly raised his hand to stop her.

Damn it.

Hearing his shout, Artemis immediately looked somewhat aggrieved.

”Why are you being so fierce to me?”

Seeing his little girlfriend’s gloomy expression, Lorne realized his tone earlier had been too harsh.

But that wasn’t his fault ok.

His little Lorne was being enfolded inside a warm cavity, massaged by the suffocating warmth and slick liquid, completely helpless to the sensation, before a slippery snake suddenly attacked him, coiling around him.

If she were to see this scene...fuck..

Sister Na.

He braced his hands on the desktop, glanced at the floor, forced a smile on his face, and explained in a suppressed voice.

”The invitations. I wanted to tell you to be careful of the invitations on the floor. The wedding date is quite tight, so we only prepared this many.

Each one is accounted for...”

Reminded by her lover, Artemis finally noticed several gilded invitations scattered at her feet.

If she was not careful, she might step on and ruin these carefully prepared items.

Realizing she had made a fuss over nothing, the hunting goddess felt a trace of guilt in her heart.

She awkwardly squatted down, trying to salvage her image in her lover’s eyes.

”I’ll help you clean this up.”

”No need!”

Lorne quickly declined Artemis’s kind offer.

For some reason, fine sweat broke out on his forehead, and his back hunched backward, looking like a boiled shrimp lying on the table.

Artemis saw her lover’s abnormal reaction and could not help feeling puzzled.

”You are...”

”Hungry.”

Lorne lay on the table, struggled to raise his head and squeeze out a smile, and spoke helplessly.

”I have been working for a day and a night without eating.

Can you go out and bring me something?”

Naturally, Artemis would not refuse such a simple request from her lover.

She nodded immediately, turned around, and walked out of the great temple to find food.

As the figure of his little moon goddess girlfriend disappeared at the end of the corridor, Lorne breathed a heavy sigh of relief, then gnashed his teeth and lifted the tablecloth.

”Aren’t you coming out yet?!”

As soon as the words fell, a fair white hand reached out from under the table and rested on the edge.

Then, a certain graceful purple-haired goddess crawled out from the narrow space, stretched out in satisfaction, swallowed the residual white fluid, and a teasing smile appeared on her face.

”Your defeat this time was much faster than I expected.”

Lorne spoke expressionlessly in a faint voice, ”Before saying that, can you wipe your mouth first?”

”...” The teasing on Athena’s face froze noticeably.

Then she casually raised her hand to wipe her mouth and defended her dignity. ”It seems you are not much better either.”

”Ah, yes yes yes.” Lorne nodded feebly, then put on a mournful face like he was seeing off a plague god.

”So you’ve played enough. Can you leave now?”

However, Athena shook her head with a smile.

”This is my temple. Why should

I leave?”

”Fine, then I’ll leave!”

Lorne said as he stood up from behind the desk without reluctance, preparing to run away.

These two virgin goddesses.

One wanted to be shameless with him in her rival’s temple.

The other was even more outrageous.

In order to assert her sovereignty, she actually dared to cuckold her rival’s little lover right through a piece of cloth.

Although he was a scumbag, who stole the hearts and bodies of many, this kind of stimulating plot was really too much for Lorne, the male protagonist.

He was worried that if he did not run now, it would turn into a dismemberment scene later.

However, the moment he opened the temple doors, Artemis, who had gone and returned, was carrying a food box and revealed a light smile.

”I found the stuff!”

Lorne’s heart skipped half a beat.

From the corner of his eye he glanced behind him.

Fortunately, the area in front of the desk was empty, with only the hanging tablecloth swaying slightly.

”Come, let’s eat inside.”

Just as Lorne was rejoicing that he had not been exposed, Artemis had already carried the food box across the threshold and walked toward that office desk.

Seeing his little hunting goddess getting closer and closer to the desk, he quickly stepped forward, grabbed the food box, and sat down behind the desk first.

”I am really starving to death!”

Lorne said as he quickly opened the food box, took out the dishes inside, and began wolfing them down, trying to finish the food as fast as possible and then finding a way to escape.

But before he had eaten more than a few bites, a familiar sensation came from under the desk.

His body stiffened, and he wanted to cry but had no tears.

No way? Again?

Sister Na, I didn’t see you so fierce last night?

What has Artemis done to you?

Do you want to be exposed this much?

”What’s wrong? You look like you want to cry?” Artemis asked concernedly from the other side of the desk.

”This dish...” Lorne pressed his hands tightly on the table corners to support his slightly trembling body.

His eyes were a little red. ”...it reminds me of the taste of Lady Hestia’s cooking...”

Hearing this, Artemis also felt a bit sentimental, and the heat in her eyes faded considerably.

”I miss Aunt Hestia a little too.”

At the same time, the slight trembling of the desktop also stopped, as if a certain wisdom goddess had been touched as well.

Seeing his main god once again rescue him from danger at the critical moment, Lorne felt immensely grateful.

He quickly seized the opportunity and suggested to Artemis.

”I still have quite a bit of work left to handle. Why don’t you stay on the mountain for now, and we can chat tonight?”

”Mm, that works too.”

Artemis nodded and obediently agreed.

Just as she was about to head to Hestia’s residence to settle in first, an urgent knocking sound came from outside along with Medusa’s familiar voice.

”Lorne, there is a guest named Kela who insists on seeing you. We couldn’t stop her.”

”It’s Hera!”

One wave had not settled before another rose.

Lorne’s heart tensed up again.

”Her?” Artemis’s expression changed slightly when she heard the visitor’s true identity.

To be honest, because of the shadows from her childhood, she was somewhat afraid of this queen of heaven, especially since she was the foster mother of the bride-to-be Thetis.

If she was caught having a secret rendezvous with Thetis’s husband before Thetis’s wedding, as the protector of marriage, that queen definitely would not give her any good fruit to eat.

”Don’t let her know I was here!”

Artemis hurriedly reminded him, then prepared to slip away.

However, before her words finished, a voluptuous figure had already arrived outside the door and reached out to push it open.

As that signature white arm slipped through the crack of the door into the temple, Artemis, who was trapped inside, felt great anxiety.

”Don’t let her find me!

Think of a way to send her away!”

The hunting goddess hurriedly looked around, immediately chose her target, lowered her head, and rushed into the only hiding spot in the empty temple.

Looking at the tablecloth lifted by Artemis and the door crack slowly pushed open by Hera’s white arms, Lorne, sitting behind the desk, stiffened all over, his heart turning to ashes.

This time, it’s really over.
