Infinite Evolution: Dominating The Apocalypse With My God Tier Items

[Congratulations!!! You have ignited the racial lamp!]

[Racial lamp resonates with the hegemon race of Earth, ’Humans’]

[The human blood bubbles in resonance...]

Around the world, humans of all ethnicities, across all continents, regardless of place and circumstance, felt the sudden shift in their existence.

The same prompts flashing in Seth’s vision reflected in their eyes.

They all felt their heartbeats speeding. They all could feel something changing.

Individuals with higher standing in society, who knew more about the apocalypse than the average person, stared at this prompt in shock.

The racial lamp had been lit so soon? That was meant to be impossible!

The information passed down to them stated that only a being with an origin soul could do this. But it had been made clear that such a being was impossible to find on Earth.

That left the only other option: a figure at the fifth step of Evolution had to sacrifice themselves.

But while this was feasible, it was supposed to be impossible. Earth had just been connected to the origin, and no human had even stepped on the first step of Evolution. They were all at the Shackled Rank. So who?

Within Aegis, one of the three government faction safe zones of the USA...

At the White House, a figure sat behind the president’s desk, his chair facing the window behind, leaving his figure unseen.

A figure rushed into the presidential room — a middle-aged man wearing glasses, dressed in a fine suit. ”M-Mr. President, are you seeing this?”

Silence reigned for a few seconds before a majestic elder’s voice rang, carrying a magnetic, commanding air.

”The people who cleared the corruption zone — have they been found?”

The middle-aged man replied, ”Yes. Captain Carl Danes of the Cleaner Squad contacted. Coincidentally, the corruption zone cleared was the target destination they were assigned to.

And the people who cleared the zone, though alive, are in a critical state. They have been sent back to the safe zones in control of their respective families.”

Silence followed, and system prompts rained.

The middle-aged man didn’t dare speak to interrupt the president’s train of thought.

Finally, the president spoke. ”Since it’s like that, good. As long as they are from our country, we have the upper hand in the negotiations to come.”

”How long until the convergence?” the voice requested.

The man quickly replied, ”Thirty-four days till the continents merge!”

The figure behind the chair went silent once more, his finger tapping rhythmically against his armrest.

The middle-aged man couldn’t hold it any longer. ”M-Mr. President, as you can see, the racial lamp has been li—”

The president’s voice calmly cut him short. ”And so? You want me to waste my time pondering that? The racial lamp being lit is a good thing for humanity. I don’t care who did it or how.

That isn’t my job. My job is to keep our species alive. And Project World Government is the only path we have. Do you understand?”

The middle-aged man nodded fervently. ”Understood, s-sir!”

The president’s voice rang once more, leisurely instructing, ”Send envoys to Canada, Mexico, Russia, and every other nearby country with a surviving government. I want feedback in two days.”

The man in glasses shuddered. ”Yes, sir. On it!”

With that, he rushed out of the room, leaving silence to reign.

After seconds, muttering from the president rang as he stared at the prompt. ”Could it be Father? But he can’t leave the garden now... so how?!”

...

Back in the Earth’s core...

[The Human race passive trait is Awakening....]

Seth felt a churn in his gut. Though this wasn’t his true body, the reactions of his true body were being fed to his consciousness in real time.

He could feel the blood churning in his veins...

His mind rapidly expanded as his level of existence was bolstered.

[Congratulations! To the Human race, You have awakened Passive Trait! ’Limitless Potential’!]

[Details!: From the weakest to the strongest, humans resisted countless dangers, crushed other native intelligent races of Earth against all odds. They weren’t the strongest, they weren’t the smartest, but they had the greatest potential!]

Seth felt a buzz through every cell of his being as they rejoiced. He could feel something unfathomable branded into his existence — something colossal!

He wasn’t the only one. Humans around the Earth shared the same feeling.

But most importantly, they stared at the prompt in more shock than joy.

’When had Earth had other intelligent races? When had humans defeated them? Why weren’t they aware of this?’

Everyone wondered, but the system pondered not, another screen appearing.

[The Humans active trait is Awakening...]

Seth clutched his stomach as he felt his kidneys burn as though on fire.

[The humans’ adrenal cortex has evolved to facilitate active trait!]

[Active Trait ’Adrenal Boost’ has been awakened!]

[Details: The adrenal gland in the human body has evolved. Depending on the human, once pushed to a state of fight or flight, their stats undergo a qualitative boost!]

A chill flooded the system of every human on Earth. Those fighting battles against the corrupted suddenly felt their kidneys heating up as their racial traits bloomed, their prowess boosted by several degrees.

[The Human race Stat Binding has commenced!]

[Suitable stat has resonated....]

Seth suddenly felt his mind explode further as it grew at a mind-boggling pace.

His thoughts grew faster and more complex. His memory capacity grew clearer — he could remember fine details he couldn’t imagine before.

If he were awake like other humans, he would have seen the sudden rapid climb in his intelligence stats.

[The Human race has been bound to the Intelligence stat!]

With that, the system screen flickered off for the rest of the human population — except for Seth.

Instead, a flashing screen replaced the last, posing a question to him.

[You bear the origin soul. You can handle the fortune of humanity!]

[Do you wish to follow the lone path to power, ensuring a smoother journey by concentrating the Fortune of humanity upon you? Y/N]

[Warning!: Note — if origin soul bearer says yes, the passive trait of humanity will turn null, and the potential of the human race will be focused solely on you!]

Seth’s eyes flickered as he recalled Adam’s last statement.

’No wonder he begged me not to be greedy.’

If he so chose, he could concentrate the fortune of humanity upon himself, making his path to power smoother and his potential even more absurd.

Seth’s gaze flickered. ’I have to say... this is indeed enticing.’

His finger moved to punch a reply...
