S-Rank Harem: I Became My Character with Extra Control Skill

Igniel quickly stood up, dusting off his dark clothes a bit before answering.

”Father, the demon queen Juba refused to give me any kind of details through her messengers.”

Igniel maintained his firm posture, recounting the strange demands of the other monarch of the shadows.

”She strongly insists on meeting with you personally to discuss the matter in her territory.”

”Ho...” The demon king let out a deep sound, seeming to find some amusement in that bold demand.

Rohan rested his elbow on the wide arm of the stone throne in total relaxation.

And he let his hard face rest on the knuckles of his hand. ”It must be about the problem with Zelyn,” he commented.

”I do not think so,” Flare said, shaking her head and crossing her arms beneath her chest.

”That annoying little brat must already be dead in some forgotten part of the forest,” the demon queen asserted coldly.

”Do not be so sure about that, Mother,” Aedan intervened, standing up after receiving his father’s silent permission.

”It is highly probable that someone helped her escape, or that she was kidnapped to be used to their advantage.”

Aedan began to analyze the panorama and the movements of the other demon kings on the continent.

”I thought Rigal might have her in his dungeons, or even the cunning King Amadeus. But if none of them have shown their faces yet to demand a ransom or threaten us, the options are reduced to almost nothing.”

”Then it could be that Juba does have her hidden. That woman also has very bad tricks,” the first son deduced.

”But who would be idiotic enough to help her escape?” Ligther asked, standing up.

”It must have been... some survivor and former servant of her true mother,” Igniel added.

”Even dead, that woman continues to bother us,” Flare complained, with an expression of resentment.

She probably still harbored a lot of anger; after all, the demon king had been with another woman besides her, despite them already having many children together.

And Zelyn was not only considered the bastard daughter of the demon king, but for Flare, she was a constant reminder that the demon king preferred another woman despite already being with her.

But what bothered her the most was not that fact.

For Flare, it was highly offensive that this action by the demon king Rohan put her on the same level as Liz, a simple archdemon.

”We should have killed that freak with our own hands from the very beginning,” Ligther added with deep resentment.

The second son said, deeply regretting not having finished the problem when they had the chance.

The demon king Rohan did not immediately respond to the aggressive comments of his cruel family. He remained silent for a few long, tense seconds and then stared intently at his third son.

”Solaris’s training will have to wait a little longer,” the supreme leader of Demon Hels ordered.

”Find Irnina right now and ride your dragon directly toward Juba’s kingdom.”

Rohan gave a direct order full of immense responsibility to Igniel in front of his older brothers.

”You will speak for me at that meeting. Whatever that woman wants, you will have to deal with it and solve it.”

”Ha, ha, ha,” Igniel laughed lightly, scratching his red hair a bit with one hand.

”But Father... that won’t be possible right now,” the son holding the title of Abyssal confessed.

”You know very well that that dragon only wants to serve Solaris and no one else.”

”How stupid you are sometimes, Igniel,” the first son, Aedan, insulted him with a heavy voice laden with reproach.

”I do not even know why you allowed Solaris to keep your dragon as if it were a simple consolation prize.”

Aedan looked at Igniel with evident disappointment. ”Not in a million years would she alone have been able to beat Irnina in a real fight.”

”Ha, ha, ha, I suppose you are right, but that is how things are right now,” Igniel replied, calmly accepting his own fault.

And right beside him, a small hand gently tugged at the sleeve of his dark clothes.

”Brother,” little Ash called out with a childish voice full of wonder.

”Did you really defeat that enormous dragon all by yourself?” the boy asked, looking at Igniel with great admiration in his eyes.

Igniel looked down, smiled with great warmth, and stroked his little brother’s red-haired head.

”That is right, I defeated it,” he confirmed softly. ”But your sister Solaris has a lot of hidden potential. I think it will do her a lot of good to keep practicing with Irnina.”

”Well, I completely agree on that,” Rohan accepted from his throne, tired of arguing about his children’s pet.

”Then, the plan changes. Both of you go to Infernal Valley, meet with Juba immediately. Her help and the dragon’s brute strength will be very useful to you in case they try to ambush and fight you.”

”And what if they really have Zelyn held in that place?” Igniel asked, returning to his serious posture.

Rohan did not hesitate for a single second in giving his final sentence on the family matter.

”If she has absurd demands and conditions to return her, do not hesitate to kill that demon queen.”

Rohan’s cold words echoed in the room, demonstrating the enormous natural cruelty of his race.

”You can do that without any problems, isn’t that right, Igniel?” the king asked, fully trusting in his third son’s immense strength.

And making a deep and perfect bow before his feared parents.

Igniel bowed his head, accepting the assassination mission with an unwavering expression.

”As you command, Father.”

...

After that meeting in the demon king Rohan’s lands.

Morning was arriving at the elven villa hidden in the sky dungeon.

Marking the hour of the fourth day that Ophelia had considered in her plans to assassinate the demon king Rigal.

The sunlight had not yet fully unfolded over the villa.

Ryan got out of bed.

In the bed, still sleeping, remained Mirian, Helen, Karol, Beatrice, Irina, and Alicia.

After spending the last few days accumulating debt points.

Ryan now felt greatly strengthened physically and mentally.

There was only one thing left to do before heading out to meet Ophelia in the demon king Rigal’s lands.

Ryan walked to the window of his room.

”Status.”
