Extraordinary Realm from Persuasion System

Seeing this situation.

Hudson Pukin adjusted his collar, coughed lightly twice, and said, ”My idea is simple, go to Great Xia and find Zhang Beixing!”

”Find Zhang Beixing???”

As soon as these words were spoken, the high-ranking officials of the Steam Kingdom’s military, Kelandu, immediately frowned with a peculiar expression.

Could it be that Hudson Pukin, like their president, has gone senile and is out of his mind?

What kind of ridiculous idea is this?

If finding Zhang Beixing was useful, they would have gone long ago.

Why would they still be sitting here, anxiously discussing countermeasures?

Kelandu sneered inwardly, dismissive.

But on the surface, he still saved some face for Hudson Pukin, without showing it openly.

He reached out, tapped the table, and put on a thoughtful look.

After a moment of contemplation, he asked, ”Mr. Hudson Pukin, I find it hard to understand your meaning. Could you elaborate on this matter?”

”Of course!”

Hudson Pukin readily agreed.

But he did not immediately reveal his plan and purpose.

Instead, he looked at everyone and posed a question: ”Gentlemen, do you think, like Zhang Beixing, being an Extraordinary Person, if he is controlled and mass-produced by a country, would have a significant impact on this world?”

Upon hearing this, the high-ranking military officer from the Third Empire, Carlit, snorted lightly and said, ”Is that even a question? Of course it’s significant! How could you ask such a stupid question?”

”Oh~ So it seems Carlit knows a lot about Extraordinary Persons. Could you share your impression of Extraordinary Persons?” Being rebuffed by Carlit, Hudson Pukin was not angry. Instead, he smiled and pursued the question.

Upon hearing this, Carlit’s eyebrows slightly twitched, instinctively sensing something was amiss.

Because Hudson Pukin’s performance is really too peculiar, even abnormal.

However.

So what?

Everyone here are high-ranking military officials of their respective countries, and in terms of status, no one is inferior to the other.

Moreover, since he took the initiative to ask, it’s only reasonable for him to answer.

With this in mind, Carlit’s eyebrows relaxed, and he snorted, saying:

”Do I even need to say anything about Zhang Beixing? Who here doesn’t know him? The world’s unique Extraordinary Person, a single person who can rival an entire Military Force!”

”If such an existence could be mass-produced and formed into an army, unless heavy weapons are used for bombing, no one could stop them!”

”Do you have any other views?”

After speaking, Carlit looked at Hudson Pukin.

He saw Hudson Pukin shake his head.

”Of course not, Mr. Carlit, you’ve summarized it comprehensively. Extraordinary Persons are undoubtedly terrifying, so...”

Hudson Pukin suddenly shifted the topic.

With a profound smile on his face, he looked at everyone, crossing his hands across his chest:

”So gentlemen, do you think such a thing can be controlled by an individual, or rather, by a country?”

”Even if it is controlled, for the sake of maintaining world peace, shouldn’t we impose restraints on such uncontrollable existences? And can any country truly, thoroughly research such a mysterious existence?”

As his voice dropped.

The video conference fell silent.

Everyone was stunned by Hudson Pukin’s words.

But very quickly.

Kelandu from the Steam Kingdom came back to his senses.

Understanding his meaning, he raised an eyebrow thoughtfully and said, ”So, Mr. Hudson Pukin, you mean to intervene in this matter and cooperate with Great Xia to research Extraordinary Persons?”

”Exactly!”

Hudson Pukin nodded, his smile broadening:

”Such a perfect creation as Zhang Beixing is a treasure gifted by God to guide us humans towards transcendence and evolution. However, deciphering his secrets is incredibly difficult.”

”A single misstep could lead to his destruction, ending humanity’s hope of transcendence.”

”Great Xia’s current behavior is undoubtedly dancing on the edge of a cliff.”

”Fortunately, we have foresight and magnanimity. We will not hold grudges and are willing, when things reach an irretrievable stage, to extend a helping hand to aid Great Xia in uncovering the secrets of Zhang Beixing’s transcendence.”

”This act is indeed a benevolent deed, repaying injury with kindness!”

Hudson Pukin said.

With these words.

His intentions, like Sima Zhao’s heart, were known to everyone!

Those present couldn’t help but gasp at Hudson Pukin’s insidious scheme.

To obtain Zhang Beixing, he truly stops at nothing!

First, he promotes conspiracy theories, attempting to undermine the relationship between Great Xia and Zhang Beixing through the broken window effect.

Upon discovering the plan’s failure, he targets Zhang Beixing’s unique traits.

He praises him and elevates him high.

Molding him into the sole hope of human evolution.

Then, he seizes the opportunity to intervene.

At that time, Zhang Beixing’s every secret will be out in the open!

”As expected from the Lighthouse Country’s military high-ranking officials.”

”Truly insidious!”

In his heart, Kelandu of the Steam Kingdom’s military high-ranking officials secretly sighed.

He then unhesitatingly spoke up, responding to Hudson Pukin’s words:

”Well said! For humanity’s development, we absolutely cannot sit idly by while Great Xia does such reckless things.”

”We must intervene and conduct a detailed study on Zhang Beixing!”

Kelandu said loudly.

Seeing this senior brother from Ouzhou responding to the matter.

The other Ouzhou countries naturally also responded.

Even the previously always very headstrong high-ranking military officials of the Third Empire, Carlit.

Now, after a moment of contemplation, he also nodded and expressed his agreement.

After all, at present, they have no better way to solve this matter.

If that’s the case, they might as well go along with it.

Moreover, previously, due to the conspiracy theory.

Their Third Empire has already been at odds with Zhang Beixing.

No matter what, things won’t get worse.

......

With a unanimous agreement, Hudson Pukin’s proposal received everyone’s unanimous approval, passed with full votes.

Afterwards, they discussed some detailed matters.

Then ended the video conference, started contacting people, and organized the matter.

With their strong push.

Very quickly.

The foreign ministries of numerous Western countries began to take action.

Articles and condemnations were released by them, made public:

Lighthouse Country’s Foreign Ministry: ”Zhang Beixing, as the world’s sole Extraordinary Person, harbors the hope of humanity’s collective transcendence within him! However, currently, Great Xia is recklessly initiating cooperative research on him, which is undoubtedly foolish. Therefore, to prevent our hope for collective transcendence from accidentally being extinguished due to Great Xia’s improper handling, our Lighthouse Country is willing to put aside past grievances, extend a helping hand to Great Xia, work together to research the mysteries of Zhang Beixing, and supervise Great Xia to prevent operational errors, thereby achieving the ideal of collective transcendence and joint evolution!”

Steam Kingdom’s Foreign Ministry: ”Given Great Xia’s reckless experimental cooperation with an Extraordinary Person, posing extremely high risks and being unbelievably daring, our country has now initiated a convening of the UN’s P5, inviting Great Xia to participate and jointly discuss the research on Extraordinary Persons. We hope Great Xia can cooperate with our work, achieving cooperation and mutual benefit!”

Third Empire’s Foreign Ministry: ”The Creator’s perfect creation, the pinnacle of humanity, Zhang Beixing, harbors the secrets of our human evolution and transcendence, something not easily deciphered. A rash decryption will inevitably bring mutual destruction. Therefore, for the sake of the world, we are willing to extend a helping hand to Great Xia without holding grudges, jointly deciphering the mysteries of transcendence, hoping Great Xia could open up and refrain from monopolizing.”

Republic of France Foreign Ministry: ”......”

In almost an instant.

The statements of multiple Western countries flooded the external networks.

And their statements were very unified.

The general content was simply stating Zhang Beixing’s mystical mystery is extremely difficult, a single country absolutely cannot decipher it alone, but they are willing to put aside past grievances and work with Great Xia to decipher it, hoping Great Xia could agree.

Such statements puzzled foreign netizens.

Yet it confirmed something for them.

That is Zhang Beixing is indeed an Extraordinary Person, and the establishment of Great Xia’s Department of Extraordinary Affairs is utterly serious!

Foreign netizens were dumbstruck.

And what followed closely was a frenzy.

Because they realized something through the multi-country foreign ministries’ announcements.

That is, they too, could become Extraordinary Persons.

What an idea!?

Suddenly, a torrent of opinion targeting Great Xia swelled up.
