Extraordinary Realm from Persuasion System

Primordial Form Intent Ma Yuankai: ”It’s such a pity that the recruitment requirements are clearly set for those under twenty-three years old, otherwise I would have wanted to sign up.”

Taizu Long Fist Tian Fenglin: ”That’s right, The Ninth Bureau, just hearing the name feels extraordinary. Now it’s recruiting among our Martial Artists and the Military, creating such a big spectacle, I’m really curious about what it actually does.”

”......”

Inside the Great Xia Martial Artist Exchange Group.

People were discussing, talking about The Ninth Bureau.

Upon seeing this.

Zhang Beixing wasn’t surprised.

As early as two days ago, he had contacted the Great Xia Martial Arts Association, asking them to publish The Ninth Bureau’s recruitment announcement aimed at martial artists, urging them to sign up and participate.

Although he didn’t clearly specify what The Ninth Bureau was in the announcement.

But as it seems, it didn’t matter much.

Everyone was actively responding.

There was a great interest in this newly established, incredibly mysterious Ninth Bureau.

”Just wondering how the selection is going.”

Zhang Beixing muttered, closing the group chat, and opened the chat box of the Great Xia Martial Arts Association to inquire about the selection process.

After all, he is the person in charge of The Ninth Bureau, as well as the president of the Great Xia Martial Arts Association.

He must pay attention to this matter.

Throwing out his question.

Soon.

The Great Xia Martial Arts Association replied: ”President, as of now, a total of 372 martial artists have signed up, after our initial screening, only 41 meet the conditions.”

”41 people?”

Seeing this number, Zhang Beixing’s eyebrows furrowed slightly.

Only one-ninth of the people meet the conditions?

A bit less than he initially expected.

After all, this is just the preliminary screening.

Not considered particularly strict.

Further detailed screening is needed later.

”Alright then.”

”One-ninth is one-ninth.”

”There are candidates from the military as well.”

”We should be able to find a few good seedlings from them.”

Zhang Beixing murmured.

Indicating acceptance.

Then he instructed the Great Xia Martial Arts Association to halt the selection.

He then took out his internal phone to contact the secretary of The Ninth Bureau.

Inquired about the progress on the military side.

The response came quickly.

”Minister, here in the military, the preliminary screening is complete. Because it’s the first selection, our recruitment range is only between Shishi and Yanjing, so far we have screened 867 people, among them, only 63 meet the conditions.”

”Should we continue the selection?”

The Ninth Bureau’s secretary reported the situation truthfully.

Reading through the message sent.

Zhang Beixing nodded.

Although the ratio was thirteen to one.

But the numbers met the standard.

There are 63, adding the 41 from the Great Xia Martial Arts Association.

A total of 104.

That’s sufficient.

Zhang Beixing replied:

”No need, these are enough.”

”I’ve already arranged the martial artist side.”

”You go and connect with the Great Xia Martial Arts Association, then you can prepare for the second screening.”

”As for the screening conditions...”

Zhang Beixing paused.

During the first preliminary screening, he set conditions corresponding to age, strength, and talent.

The second screening certainly can’t be the same.

Different methods are needed to screen these people out.

Thus.

”Let’s test their disposition and overall capabilities.”

Zhang Beixing made up his mind.

The Ninth Bureau, as the official Great Xia-led Extraordinary Department.

In the future, might even represent Great Xia.

Therefore, these people not only need strength.

They also need the right disposition!

Otherwise, they might switch sides for small benefits or lose their temper over little discomfort.

When that happens, it’s not just their face they’ll lose, but also Zhang Beixing’s, and the nation’s!

Having decided on the main content for the second screening.

Zhang Beixing chatted with The Ninth Bureau’s secretary.

Refined it further.

Reviewed it once more to ensure accuracy.

Zhang Beixing then ordered him to execute.

As for himself.

He took out paper and pen.

Started writing the training plan for Extraordinary Persons on the paper.

After pondering over it for the past few days.

Currently, the training plan for Extraordinary Persons has taken shape.

Just awaiting implementation.

Therefore.

After writing, Zhang Beixing turned his gaze to Chen Rourou.

As his disciple.

At the same time, a Grade A Pseudo-Guru martial artist.

It’s most fitting to use her as an experiment.

Thinking this.

Zhang Beixing stood up from the sofa.

Walked with a smile to Chen Rourou’s side, placed his hand on her shoulder, pressing it gently with a smile, ”Rourou, I have a big business here, would you be willing to help me?”

Seeing this.

Chen Rourou was first stunned, then shivered.

Although without any basis.

But as a woman’s intuition tells her.

The big business Zhang Beixing refers to, is definitely not a good thing.

Chen Rourou was about to refuse.

But how could Zhang Beixing give her such a chance, immediately seizing the moment, mobilized the Postnatal Five Qi, and exerted force.

”Ouch!”

Chen Rourou exclaimed, feeling an indescribable tingling sensation entering her body.

As if being lightly shocked by low voltage electricity.

It stimulated her, shiveringly feeling novelty and delightful!

”What is this?!”

Chen Rourou asked, puzzled.

”This is my newly crafted treasure, feels good, doesn’t it?”

Zhang Beixing retorted.

Upon hearing this, Chen Rourou nodded subconsciously.

Although that sensation was quite stimulating, yet, she had to admit.

It was indeed thrilling.

It’s a fresh experience like never before.

”How about another go?”

Chen Rourou tentatively asked.

Upon hearing this, Zhang Beixing smiled: ”Of course, just waiting for you to say that. Next, mine might be big, bear with it!”

After finishing speaking.

Zhang Beixing once again stimulated the Postnatal Five Qi, through Chen Rourou’s body.

Immediately, the tingling feeling surged up again.

Only this time.

It was even stronger than before.

So much that Chen Rourou couldn’t hold back, moaned on the spot.

A look of agony appeared on her face, but in her eyes, a newfound excitement burst forth.

Because she felt, after Zhang Beixing stimulated that Postnatal Five Qi through her body.

She had faintly become a bit stronger.

Though subtle.

But it was a tangible improvement.

Chen Rourou was excited: ”Again, Master, I want more!”

........

Time flies by.

Under Zhang Beixing and Chen Rourou’s continuous experimentation.

In a blink of an eye.

Sunday, July 7, 2019.

After a week of screening.

Today.

The first recruitment of The Ninth Bureau finally yielded results.

This time, a total of 41 martial artists participated in the second screening, with only three passing the assessment!

The military had 63, with only four passing the assessment.

Totaling seven people.

Though few, they are among the top in their age group.

The cream of the crop.

And now.

These elite individuals have only two thoughts in mind.

First, what exactly is The Ninth Bureau.

Clearly, it’s been silent all along, never heard of before, yet now, once it emerged, even made the military and Great Xia Martial Arts Association cooperate, mobilizing personnel to select them.

Such power is terrifying!

Second, who exactly is the minister of The Ninth Bureau that selected them, and what is the purpose?

With a heart full of confusion.

The seven, led by the secretary.

Entered The Ninth Bureau, arriving at the minister’s office.

Immediately, a young familiar face came into their view.

”This... is??!!”

Seeing the man in the office.

Instantly, all seven were stunned, speechless, their pupils dilated, faces full of disbelief.

Never thought this person would be here.

Seeing their shock and disbelief.

On that authoritative office chair.

The man slowly stood up, looked at the seven, clapped, eyes filled with slight admiration.

”Congratulations, you’ve successfully passed our screening.”

”From today, you are now the Reserve Forces of The Ninth Bureau’s Extraordinary Department.”

”Let me introduce myself, I am Zhang Beixing, in the Hidden Element Realm.”

”The minister of The Ninth Bureau.”

”Welcome to The Ninth Bureau!”
