Beastmaster of the Ages

“Go ahead,” Tianming said.

“Release those in the Violetmoon Chaos Star Ruin, particularly my grandfather, Yueling Hong.” Imperator Long locked eyes with Tianming, her voice dropping to a hushed tone as she continued. “Otherwise, we could just live here in Nullity. And if we’re ever in a bad mood, my sisters and I might just throw a fit. You wouldn’t deny Skyplunder wives that pleasure, would you?”

Tianming remained silent for a moment.

Seeing that her threat worked, Imperator Long smiled. They had endured a sloppy wedding and swallowed the humiliation, all to secure this one condition. It was clear all four of them cherished the old bastard.

“Li Tianming, answer me! Make up your mind already.” Imperator Long urged him.

The words were barely out of her mouth when Tianming suddenly chuckled. His expression turned playful as he shrugged. ”It seems Yueling Starcage is quite out of touch. You missed the news about what happened in the ruin?”

They frowned.

”What happened?” Imperator Ji asked softly.

Tianming cleared his throat. ”To mark this inauspicious day, I painted our wedding red with the blood of the Violetblitz and Yueling cosmic gods. Of course, your grandfather was among them, and his passing was peaceful. The old must go before the new can come. This just means we’ll have amazing children soon.”

Imperator Ji shook her head. ”That’s a lie. We don’t believe you.”

”Feel free to look into it,” Tianming said.

”Why would you kill them? You should know better than anyone how precarious your position is. That’s your only bargaining chip right now,” Imperator Ji replied.

”Because those who cross me will die a horrible death. I don’t want to call Yueling Hong ’grandfather,’ so I had to kill him,” Tianming said.

”Are you serious?!” Imperator Long roared.

A black and gold storm suddenly slammed into Tianming, launching him ten thousand meters away. But with the protection of the skypole stars, he was safe for now.

Rising to his feet, he scoffed at them. ”Don’t you want to live here? Then stay put and wait till I’ve trapped all of you. Then I’ll wipe you out!” With that, he turned and marched out of the Kunruler Palace.

Li Tianzi stood at the entrance, clicking his tongue. ”Why haven’t I heard anything about those Violetblitz and Yueling people being killed?”

Tianming glared at him. ”So hurry up and turn those words into reality!”

”No.” Li Tianzi frowned. ”That’s too much. You’ll push them over the edge. You don’t know Imperator Long. She’ll stop at nothing to get revenge.”

“Big Brother, you don’t understand women.” Tianming sneered. “You must be quick, decisive, and fierce when you deal with them. Always keep them under control. If you show even the slightest weakness, they’ll think you’re incompetent. In the battle of the sexes, you can’t back down one bit; you must be aggressive! It’ll keep them guessing, make them overthink everything, and get them all twisted up in their own heads. Just listen to me. They’ll be so confused that they’ll eventually cave and submit.”

“Li Tianming, do you have anything to back up what you’re saying?!” Li Tianzi asked, dumbfounded.

“It’s based on my experience. I’m too lazy to go into the details. Go now, while the timing is still right.” Tianming urged him.

Li Tianzi was speechless.

“I must discuss this with our father,” he said.

Li Muyang suddenly popped up beside him and glared at him. “What’s there to discuss? Go and kill them!”

Li Tianzi couldn’t help but feel as if he was the only normal person in the whole family!

”Fine!” He turned and left.

Looking at Li Muyang, Tianming felt a genuine swell of emotion. ”I didn’t think you’d be so protective of me.”

With a deep breath, Li Muyang gave him a thumbs up. ”A truly brilliant speech, as expected from a man with a harem!”

”Not bad I guess. We can swap tips,” Tianming said, clearing his throat.

”Tips on what?” Wei Jing popped out from the other side.

”Come, let’s have a chat.”

The family of three vanished from the grounds of the Kunruler Palace. Inside, the four female imperatores lowered their heads, consumed with worry.

”Could it be true?” Imperator Tong asked softly.

”Let’s investigate first,” Imperator Ji said.

”What do we do if it’s true?” Imperator Tong asked again. She was starting to buckle under the pressure.

It was a question that neither Imperator Ji nor Imperator Long could answer immediately.

“Could Li Tianming be bluffing to suppress us at all costs, regardless of the consequences?” asked Imperator Tu.

”If that’s the case, our revenge is going to really cost him. I’m just afraid it’s another trap...” Imperator Ji said with her head bowed. The trap in the Ruinless Zone had cost them dearly.

”It doesn’t matter if they’re dead.” Closing her eyes, Imperator Long said firmly, ”We just need to stick to the plan, finish the task we were given, and we’ll have our revenge for this humiliation.”
