Supreme Devouring God

Chapter 35: Chapter 35 Bloodthirsty Divine Demon, Bloodthirsty Demon Blade!

After bidding farewell to Shen Mirui, Qin Chen entered the Spirit Treasure Pavilion, guided by the Jade Scroll.

Upon entering the Spirit Treasure Pavilion, Qin Chen’s eyes immediately sparkled.

So many great items!

”Green Stone Core Fire!”

Seeing the flame sealed on the shelf, Qin Chen was instantly shocked.

He hadn’t expected to find a Fire Seed within the Spirit Treasure Pavilion.

Regrettably,

this item was a treasure for Alchemists and Artifact Refiners.

But for Qin Chen, it wasn’t of much use.

Qin Chen continued to look elsewhere.

”Earth Origin Realm Demon Beast Inner Crystal!”

Qin Chen saw it on the other side and immediately his gaze became feverish.

An Earth Element Realm Demon Beast Inner Crystal!

This was incredibly precious!

You must know,

a Cultivation at the Earth Element Realm could stand at the very pinnacle of the pyramid in Thunder State.

Furthermore,

the higher the Level of a Demon Beast, the higher the Bloodline Level that may exist within its Inner Crystal.

”Shortlisted!”

Even though he greatly needed this Demon Beast Inner Crystal, he wasn’t in a hurry.

”Let’s see what else there is first!”

Qin Chen suppressed the desire in his heart.

”Is this an Elemental Crystal?”

Qin Chen turned his head to look.

What appeared before his eyes was a Crystal Stone that emitted an enticing aura.

The Elemental Crystal functioned similarly to stone coins.

One could say that an Elemental Crystal was an upgraded version of stone coins.

The energy contained within an Elemental Crystal was equivalent to a hundred stone coins.

The purity of the energy was extremely high.

Such pure energy was especially beneficial for Martial Artists.

Especially for those in the Body Refining Realm, the Elemental Crystal was a Supreme Treasure.

”Just one Elemental Crystal is enough to let me advance a Realm.”

Qin Chen licked his lips.

The abundance of good items in the Spirit Treasure Pavilion had exceeded Qin Chen’s expectations.

”Huh?”

At this moment, Little Fairy issued a light exclamation from within the God Devouring Crystal.

”What’s wrong?” Qin Chen raised his eyebrows.

”Take a look at that blade in the farthest corner.”

Little Fairy said.

Upon hearing this, Qin Chen immediately walked over.

Before Qin Chen’s eyes appeared an extremely battered broadsword.

The blade had many nicks,

and it seemed to be very ancient.

”This blade...”

Qin Chen frowned.

The blade looked like a piece of junk.

Compared to the Green Stone Core Fire and that Elemental Crystal, it was far inferior, so why was it in the Spirit Treasure Pavilion?

”It really is this blade!”

However,

to Qin Chen’s surprise, Little Fairy was extremely astonished.

”You know this blade?” Qin Chen was shocked.

”Qin Chen, I must say, you’re really lucky to have come across this blade.”

Little Fairy’s voice was filled with excitement.

”This blade doesn’t seem very special.”

Qin Chen’s frown deepened.

He didn’t notice anything special about it.

As he spoke,

Qin Chen grabbed the blade.

At the same time,

an ancient and vast aura instantly enveloped his entire body.

Buzzing!

The blade trembled slightly, as if excited.

”This blade is not simple!”

Qin Chen was instantly startled.

The moment Qin Chen held the blade, he felt it.

This blade was unlike any other Primordial Artifact, it seemed... to have a spirit!

”Pity, the tip is gone, otherwise, it might have been a good blade...”

Qin Chen’s brow furrowed slightly.

The blade was extremely damaged.

Most regrettably,

it had lost its tip.

”This blade is called the Bloodthirsty Demon Blade!”

Little Fairy’s voice echoed in Qin Chen’s mind.

”Bloodthirsty Demon Blade?”

Qin Chen looked at the blade.

It seemed as if it trembled slightly upon hearing Qin Chen utter its name.

Incredible!

Qin Chen was instantly startled.

”It’s a pity that the tip of the Bloodthirsty Demon Blade is broken. However, it is precisely because of this that you’re able to see this blade here.”

Little Fairy said.

”You seem to be very familiar with this blade?”

Qin Chen asked.

”Do you know about the Eight Great Demons?”

Little Fairy asked.

”I have heard of them.”

Qin Chen nodded.

In Ancient Times, Divine Demons ruled the world.

Now, people still rely on the inheritances left by those Divine Demons to proliferate Martial Arts.

But.

The ones who truly stand at the apex of the pyramid are the Eight Great Demons!

Each one of them is an earth-shattering existence!

They are the true peak of Human Clan Martial Arts!

Qin Chen had come across this information by chance in an ancient text.

”This blade of yours is controlled by one of the Eight Great Demons, the Bloodthirsty Divine Demon.”

”What?”

Upon hearing this, Qin Chen’s heart skipped a beat.

What kind of beings were the Eight Great Demons?

They were the rulers of the world!

This blade belonged to one of the Divine Demons?

How terrifying must it be?

”Your current power is too weak; therefore, the Bloodthirsty Demon Blade in your hands can only be a plain Primordial Artifact.”

”If one day your power reaches a level that is enough to gain its acknowledgment, at that time, you will truly understand the power of this blade.”

Little Fairy continued to say.

”No wonder!”

Qin Chen nodded.

So it was because he was too weak that he hadn’t truly activated the terrifying nature of the blade.

”Even so, this Bloodthirsty Demon Blade is far stronger than those ordinary Primordial Artifacts.”

Little Fairy said.

”Indeed.” Qin Chen nodded.

After all, even if he couldn’t unleash its true power.

But to have been used as a weapon by the Bloodthirsty Divine Demon, the materials that made up this blade must be Supreme Treasures from Ancient Times.

Perhaps, even the legendary Heavenly Origin Artifacts could not cause this blade to break.

What a treasure he had found!

Qin Chen was excited.

”Do you know why this blade is called the Bloodthirsty Demon Blade?” Little Fairy asked.

”Is it because of the name of the Bloodthirsty Divine Demon?”

Qin Chen thought for a while and responded.

”There is some connection, but the most important reason is that this blade is a blood-sucking fiend!”

”This blade is too damaged; now it’s only at the state of a Low Grade Primordial Artifact.”

”But, once it absorbs enough blood, it will quickly grow into a Mid-grade Primordial Artifact, an Upper Grade Primordial Artifact, or even higher.”

”A growing Primordial Artifact?”

Qin Chen was taken aback.

He had never heard of a growing Primordial Artifact before.

Moreover.

It grows by absorbing blood.

”Therefore.”

”This blade is a Demon Blade, and the people who have died under this blade are no fewer than a hundred million souls. The Bloodthirsty Divine Demon was thus named for this reason.”

Little Fairy said.

A hundred million souls?

Qin Chen’s face showed shock, his legs going weak.

What concept was a hundred million souls?

Even if you counted everyone in the Great Origin Dynasty, there weren’t that many!

”So, although this blade is powerful, you also need to think it through. A slight misstep, and you could plunge into the Demon Path, becoming a bloodthirsty killer.”

Little Fairy said, her expression serious.

Qin Chen carefully examined the Bloodthirsty Demon Blade.

”What is demon, and what is divine? It is but a thought away. The Martial Arts I aspire to is a peaceful world, where those who should be killed are killed, and those who should be protected are protected.”

”From today on, I will be your new partner. Are you willing?”

Qin Chen murmured softly.

Buzz buzz buzz!

As soon as Qin Chen finished speaking, the Bloodthirsty Demon Blade began to tremble violently.

In Qin Chen’s eyes, a Divine Light shone forth.

”It seems that you are fated for the Bloodthirsty Demon Blade.”

Seeing this, Little Fairy smiled.

”Yes.”

Qin Chen nodded and then picked up the Bloodthirsty Demon Blade.

This is the one!

From today on, the Bloodthirsty Demon Blade would be controlled by Qin Chen.

This Ancient Demon Weapon had emerged into the world!
