How Could the Villainous Young Master Be a Saintess?

My head hurt, I felt dizzy...

My consciousness was blurry, my thoughts were chaotic.

Where was I?

Vinny didn’t understand. He tried to open his mouth, but no sound came out.

Where was he? Why had he come here?

Vinny tried to recall what had happened before, but he couldn’t remember anything.

His memory seemed to be shrouded in a haze, making it impossible for him to recall anything.

Besides that, he felt his body was heavy, as if something was pressing down on him, making it impossible for him to move.

Strange, what was going on?

His eyelids were heavy, he couldn’t open them, but at least he felt he was gradually regaining some feedback from his body, unlike before when he had felt like he was completely paralyzed, unable to feel anything except the existence of his consciousness, unable to think or recall memories.

His body was numb and heavy, as if his limbs were weighed down by lead blocks.

His eyelids wouldn’t open, his consciousness was shrouded in darkness, it felt like he had been thrown into a chaotic void where time and space didn’t exist, drifting like a small boat on the waves.

As time passed, he felt he was regaining some control over his body, at least his fingers could move.

His eyelids trembled a few times, and he struggled to open his eyes. The bright light in his vision was just a blurry halo, all the items in the room appeared as indistinct outlines, gradually taking shape.

Vinny looked around and realized he was lying in a spacious hall. The colorful stained glass windows with the image of a six-winged angel, the stepped prayer chairs, and the huge statue of a goddess in the center made him realize where he was.

It seemed to be a Church of Radiance.

But how had he gotten to the church? He had no memory of it at all, who had brought him here?

He tried to get up to inspect the church, but found he still couldn’t move.

It wasn’t because his body hadn’t regained sensation, but because something was pressing down on him, making it impossible for him to move.

...What was pressing on him?

As soon as Vinny looked up, he saw a strand of silver hair hanging down like a piece of exquisite silk.

This hair color, why did it seem familiar??

Vinny swallowed hard, a bad premonition rising in his heart. His gaze slowly moved up, following the curve of the shiny black silk and the small, cute hill, until he saw the breathtakingly beautiful face and those mesmerizing purple eyes that sparkled with a blood-red light.

Vinny’s scalp tingled, his breath caught, and all the confusion and questions in his heart were stuck in his throat, unable to come out.

“Lord Vinny, you’re quite capable, I underestimated you,” the silver-haired girl, who was pressing on his stomach with her black silk-covered knee, said with a deadly yet charming smile, one hand resting on her delicate cheek.

“Wh-what do you mean by capable?” Vinny stammered for a while before finally squeezing out these words.

Pressed down by Aesphyra, he couldn’t run or move, so he had no choice but to meet her gaze.

To be honest, looking into Aesphyra’s eyes now, he felt a strange sense of guilt, as if he had done something wrong to her.

“Ara? Do I need to remind you?” Aesphyra tilted her head, her hair falling over her shoulder and landing on Vinny’s face.

Soft, ticklish, with an excellent texture, making one want to bury their face in it, but Vinny obviously didn’t dare to do that now.

“Re-remind me of what? I don’t know anything, even if you remind me, it’s useless?” Vinny responded with a lack of confidence, instinctively lowering his head to avoid Aesphyra’s gaze, but the next moment, she lifted his chin, forcing him to meet her eyes.

“If you don’t know anything, then why are you feeling guilty?” Aesphyra’s eyes were filled with a charming smile, but they also hid a strong sense of danger and aggression, like a beautiful yet deadly poisonous flower.

“Wh-who’s feeling guilty? You’re taking advantage of the situation, anyone waking up to this scene would be startled, right??”

“Lord Vinny, do you think today’s me is any different from usual?” Aesphyra didn’t directly answer Vinny’s question, instead she smiled and threw out another question.

“Different? How is it different?” Vinny didn’t understand why she suddenly asked this question.

“Ah, if you insist on pointing out a difference, I did notice something. Isn’t it that you usually like to tie that big black bow at the back of your head, but today you didn’t wear it?” Vinny, noticing something, pondered.

“Bingo~ You got it right, indeed, I didn’t wear the bow today. Can you guess why?” Aesphyra’s sweet smile somehow made Vinny feel a bit uneasy.

“This, how can I guess?” Vinny said weakly.

“Don’t want to guess? What a pity~” As she said this, Aesphyra shook her head, and somehow pulled out her holy sword, her eyes sparkling with a blood-red light, raising the sword as if to stab Vinny’s heart.

“Wa-wait a moment! I’ll guess, I’ll guess! Let me think, um, you’re in a bad mood today?” Seeing that she was serious, Vinny’s eyes instantly cleared up, and he didn’t dare to joke around anymore, speaking quickly like a frightened quail.

“Hmm, I am indeed in a bad mood today, then can you guess why I’m in a bad mood~?” Aesphyra smiled mysteriously.

“This, this is...” How would I know?

I don’t know if it’s that time of the month for you, how would I know what’s going on?

“The key to the problem is to find the key to the problem, I think maybe, perhaps, the reason why you’re in a bad mood today is because your mood is a bit bad... ah ah! Don’t, don’t do it! Let’s talk this out, you’re magnanimous, I’m not a fortune teller, how can I guess what’s going on??” Seeing her wiping the sword tip with his clothes, Vinny was terrified.

“Maybe, maybe because you wanted to change your style today, so you didn’t wear the bow??” Vinny hurriedly threw out a guess.

“Wrong~”

“Then, then what is it??”

“Lord Vinny, do you really not know? You’re really good at pretending to be virtuous,” Aesphyra tilted her head, her soft fingers poking Vinny’s chest.

“I wonder if a hypocritical scoundrel like Lord Vinny, if his heart were to be taken out, would it be all black?”

“What?? Where am I being hypocritical and pretending to be virtuous??”

“Lord Vinny, really can’t remember anything? Do you want to think again?”

“Think about what?” Vinny felt like crying, not knowing where he went wrong, leading to a BAD END and ultimately being executed by Aesphyra.

“At least, let me die knowing why??”

“Alright, since you really can’t remember, let me remind you,” Aesphyra looked down at Vinny, a deadly smile on her lips. “The reason I didn’t wear the bow today is because I couldn’t fit it.”

“Couldn’t fit it??” Vinny was confused.

“Because, just yesterday, Lord Vinny, you gave me a brightly green big hat,” Aesphyra said with a fake smile.

“Ah, ah?” Vinny was stunned.

“That beautiful big hat was placed on my head, making it impossible for me to wear the bow,” Aesphyra held Vinny’s face, looking down at him, word by word.

“Now do you understand?” At this point, Aesphyra raised her holy sword again. “Have you thought of your last words?”

“Yo-you wait! What hat?? I never gave you any hat!”

“Still trying to deny it? You and Mireixia, did you think I wouldn’t know?”

“Bu-but that was all unavoidable! Mireixia and I didn’t mean anything by it, why are you being so extreme? I think you’re just being petty, making a mountain out of a molehill...”

“You speak so beautifully,” the bright smile in Aesphyra’s eyes turned into a clear killing intent.

It’s over, this time I’m really dead.

“Daring to steal my woman, you scoundrel, do you know what the consequences are?” Aesphyra sneered.

“Go to hell and repent,” the cold blade of Aesphyra’s sword was already pressing against Vinny’s nose.

Vinny thought his life was over.

Thinking of himself, the idea king of Camella, a hero for a lifetime! In the end, he still couldn’t escape the protagonist’s deadly hand.

How tragic!

At the moment of death, thinking that he’s going to die anyway, Vinny felt that he’s been cowardly in front of Aesphyra his whole life, so he decided to go out with a bang, cursing loudly, as a master of mental magic, he unleashed his last mental magic incantation.

“Aesphyra, you, pocket-sized bread!”

“You were a pocket-sized bread in the past, you are a pocket-sized bread today, you will be a pocket-sized bread for life!”

“Snap!” The sword struck down.

Vinny closed his eyes, but the expected pain in his heart didn’t come.

After a moment, he slowly opened his eyes, surprised to find that the sword tip had pierced the ground next to his head, just an inch away.

Did his mental attack work, causing Aesphyra to miss?

No, that’s impossible.

The cold blade was pressing against his nerves, Vinny’s neck was like a spring looking up at Aesphyra’s eyes, only to find that Aesphyra’s eyes no longer carried killing intent or coldness, but rather a meaning he couldn’t describe.

“Yo-you, what kind of trick are you playing now??” Vinny was panting in fear. “Do you want to hear me beg a few more times before you kill me? Why are you so cruel??”

“Pfft, just teasing you,” Aesphyra’s expression did a 180-degree turn, she threw the holy sword aside, leaned down, and in an instant, her face was inches away from Vinny’s, he could even feel her fragrant breath. “How could I bear to kill you~?”

“What’s going on with you? What do you want to do?”

“You,” Aesphyra says succinctly.

“?Huh?” This one short word is enough to overload Vinny’s CPU.

“Wait, if you’re sick, go get treated, okay??” Vinny’s eyelids twitched. “Are you so hungry you’re hallucinating? Even men aren’t safe from you??”

“Really, is that so~?” Aesphyra looked at Vinny with a smile.

“What’s really or not, can’t you tell if I’m a man or a woman? I suggest you visit an eye doctor.”

“Oh~ Is that really okay? Miss~ Vanessa?”

“...What Van? What Esa?” Vinny’s pupils shook. “What are you talking about, where is there any Vanessa?”

“Hmm~” Aesphyra smiled without answering, just looking at him with her cat-like eyes.

Through those clear, gem-like eyes, Vinny saw himself at this moment.

Reflected in her eyes was not the blue-haired youth, but a cherry-haired girl with eyes full of confusion.

“How could this be??” Vanessa widened her beautiful eyes, and as soon as she spoke, she noticed that her voice had changed—it was as melodious as a skylark, no longer Vinny’s voice.

No, this isn’t right, what’s going on??

Why did she suddenly turn into Vanessa without warning? Shouldn’t this be determined by her own consciousness??

“You’ve been pretending so well all along, Miss Vanessa~? Or should I call you Lord Vinny?”

“Yo-you, let me go... treating a lady so rudely, what rude behavior!” At this moment, Vanessa’s hair was disheveled on the stone platform, her face showing a bit of shame and unwillingness, giving off the feeling of a saintess who had been captured after a fierce battle.

“Rude behavior? Then what about Miss Vanessa’s behavior of stealing someone else’s lover, is that noble?” Aesphyra smiled as she grabbed Vanessa’s collar, bringing her face closer. “As a lady, you actually did something like stealing, Miss Vanessa, you’re really terrible.”

“I swear I didn’t have such thoughts, I just...” wanted to brush up on my virtues.

Who knew this would happen? If I knew Aesphyra was so petty and would eventually see through my identity, I shouldn’t have been so greedy, I should have stayed away from these jinxes.

Now, it’s too late for regrets.

“Whether you wanted to or not, this has become a fact, Miss Vanessa has already done such a thing, right?”

“You’re twisting my words, Mireixia and I are just friends, nothing more,” Vanessa wanted to throw Aesphyra off, but for some reason, the strange strength she usually had seemed to have completely disappeared—she couldn’t use it at all.

Her mana was also gone.

“And, are you sincere towards Mireixia?” Vanessa said coldly. “You shameless philanderer, if Mireixia truly loves you, how can you be worthy of her feelings??”

“Shouldn’t that be blamed on you, Miss Vanessa?” Aesphyra pressed down on Vanessa’s struggling hands with both of hers.

“On me??”

“All of this, it’s because of your appearance.”

“My appearance? What are you talking about??” Even though she couldn’t use her strength, Vanessa still tried to resist.

“Forget it, I don’t want to explain, anyway, I’ve already gotten what I wanted.”

“What??”

“Miss Vanessa, you stole my lover, how are you going to compensate me?” Aesphyra started talking on her own. “I thought about it, I won’t ask for much, just compensate me with yourself~”

“Stop saying °• N 𝑜 v 𝑒 l i g h t •° such strange things, why should I compensate you? I don’t like you at all, you philanderer... what are you doing?!” Seeing Aesphyra untying her sash, Vanessa started to panic.

“Didn’t I just say?” Aesphyra smiled. “I want you.”

“You...” Vanessa’s eyes were empty, realizing what was about to happen, she was instantly terrified.

“No, don’t, wait! Don’t do this, I know I was wrong, I sincerely apologize, don’t do this!”

“Apologize? Compared to a verbal apology, I’d rather see Miss Vanessa’s remorse through actions,” Aesphyra remained unmoved.

“Mireixia and I really don’t have any other relationship, if you dare to do this, I’ll tell Mireixia! I’ll tell her everything you’ve done, see if she dares to associate with you in the future!” Vanessa threatened through gritted teeth.

“Oh? Is that so, that’s great, Miss Vanessa, you’re doing me a big favor.”

“It’s best if this matter spreads all over the world, I don’t mind,” Aesphyra continued her actions, a pleased smile on her lips.

“Aesphyra, how can you be so malicious?? I clearly didn’t do anything wrong to you...” Vanessa didn’t expect Aesphyra to be so shameless.

“Didn’t do anything wrong to me? Miss Vanessa, you stole my lover, deceived me for so long, and enjoyed the days of using the virtues you gained from me to live a carefree life—is that not doing anything wrong to me?” Aesphyra looked up and asked. “This is what you owe me, but it’s not unforgivable.”

“Use your whole life to repay me.”

“Don’t you like to mock me for being small, saying my children would starve to death?” Aesphyra’s lips curled up slightly. “Then let me taste Miss Vanessa’s big breasts.”

“Stop! You can’t! Ugh... only this, please don’t! I, I don’t want to become a girl forever...”

“Pfft, enjoying the convenience brought by the goddess’s blood, but unwilling to accept this identity legitimately—Miss Vanessa, you’re really too greedy.”

“No, don’t! You can’t! Please stop!” The cherry-haired girl was losing her composure for the first time, crying like a pear blossom in the rain.

—

“I know I was wrong, don’t do it, ahhhhhh!” Vinny sat up with a start, looking at the soft light in the room and the familiar church walls outside the window. He pinched his neck, finding himself drenched in sweat.

He found that he was still sitting on the church bed.

It was just a dream.

Heh, heh... just a dream.

Even though it was just a dream, it felt so real, it scared him so much he broke out in a cold sweat, giving him the feeling of a narrow escape from death.

It was just a dream, he knew it—how could Aesphyra discover his secret??

This must be a false dream.

Aesphyra was still in the polluted area clearing out monsters, she couldn’t come back—how could she be here?

Ha, haha... he thought he would never come back.

There was a lot of sweat on his forehead. Vinny instinctively wanted to find a handkerchief to wipe it, but didn’t find one.

“Are you looking for this, Lord Vinny?” A slender hand passed him a handkerchief.

“Oh, thanks,” Vinny took the handkerchief, then immediately realized something was wrong, slowly looked up at the smiling girl sitting in front of him, his expression changed from confusion to fear.

The same face, the same smile as in the dream.

“You’re welcome~”

“Holy crap!” Vinny was so scared he fell off the bed.
