My Mosquito Clones Are on a Killing Spree

Chapter 185: Chapter 101: Revising the Martial Dao System

Before his voice could even fade,

the entire classroom exploded into an uproar once again!

”Hiss! One thousand points?!”

”My God! A thousand points right after joining the camp?!”

”That’s insane!”

Countless gazes filled with shock, envy, and even a trace of jealousy shot toward Lin Yi, Li Hao, and Lu Xue, who were seated in the very front row.

These three new faces had just stepped through the training camp’s gates and had already reaped such a fortune!

It was like a windfall from the heavens!

After all, in the brutally competitive Class A, the trainees worked hard every day just to receive a paltry 50 free points.

To them, those one thousand points were the equivalent of a full 20-day advance on their ”wages”!

This windfall was enough to make any trainee’s heart pound with envy.

It instantly created a massive gap between them and the average trainees.

However,

this frenzied envy was soon tinged with confusion.

”Instructor, permission to speak! I have a question!” a burly trainee shot his hand up, his voice filled with obvious confusion and urgency.

Zhao Jun’s sharp gaze shot toward him. ”Speak!”

”Instructor!” The trainee’s voice was booming as he voiced the question on many minds. ”Why is comprehending a First Grade Realm worth a hundred thousand points, but a supposedly stronger Third Grade Realm is only worth one thousand? That... that doesn’t make any sense! Shouldn’t a Third Grade Realm be far more powerful than a First Grade Realm?”

Lin Yi, who was sitting in the front row, subconsciously furrowed his brow.

The same question had been nagging at him.

When he had studied the Water Source Spear with Teacher Zhang Quan, all the texts had clearly stated that the First Grade Realm was the most basic of foundations, the very starting point of Realm Cultivation.

’So why are the rules here, in this training camp full of elites, completely backward?’

Facing a room full of confused gazes, a knowing look appeared on Zhao Jun’s face. He pressed his hands down in a gesture for quiet.

”An excellent question! Even if you hadn’t asked, I was just about to make an announcement on this very matter.”

Zhao Jun’s voice turned serious.

”Just three days ago, our Huaxia Science Academy, in conjunction with the world’s top Martial Dao research institutions, officially revised the entire cultivation system for the Martial Dao of Realms!”

”They revised the system?”

The trainees exchanged bewildered glances.

The news was like a giant stone dropped into a calm lake, instantly stirring up a thousand waves.

Zhao Jun nodded, his voice clear as he delivered the news that was set to rock the entire Martial Arts World.

”The newly revised system establishes the Third Grade Realm as the lowest threshold for the Martial Dao of Realms—in other words, the entry-level realm! After that, in ascending order, are the Second Grade Realm, the First Grade Realm... and the Super Grade Realm!”

BOOM!

This time, the classroom absolutely erupted!

The din of shocked gasps and fervent discussion rose and fell, almost threatening to blow the roof off.

”A revision? But why?”

”The lowest is Third Grade? Then what did First Grade used to be?”

”Super Grade? What kind of realm is that?”

A flood of questions surged toward the instructor’s podium.

Zhao Jun patiently explained.

”As you all know, during the early days of the Spiritual Energy Revival, our Blue Star had the deepest understanding of the Qi and Blood Martial Dao, which possesses nine distinct major realms.”

”Back then, we knew very little about the mysterious Martial Dao of Realms. For ease of understanding, we simply borrowed the model from the Qi and Blood Martial Dao and provisionally divided Realms into a sequence: First Grade, Second Grade, Third Grade, and so on.”

”At the time, everyone mistakenly assumed that there were many major realms for Realms as well.”

He paused, his gaze sweeping over the young, inquisitive faces before him.

”But! With the appearance of the ’Star Gates’ connecting to the Otherworld, we engaged in deep communication with the intelligent species on the other side and obtained invaluable intelligence. Only then did we learn that the true divisions within the Martial Dao of Realms are far fewer than we ever imagined! There are only four distinct tiers!”

”So...”

Zhao Jun’s voice was as sharp and final as a hammer striking an anvil.

”Based on this newer, more accurate intelligence, the highest Science Academy has decided to revise the system!”

”The lowest level of Realm is now designated as Third Grade, followed by Second Grade, First Grade, and finally, the Super Grade Realm!”

”This aligns better with the common understanding across the Cosmos and is closer to the true essence of Realm Cultivation.”

”If you find the numbers confusing, you can also simply think of them as four major realms: Lower Grade, Middle Grade, Upper Grade, and Super Grade!”

”So that’s how it is!”

”The intel was updated!”

”No wonder the rewards are inverted! Third Grade is the entry-level, so the reward is small, while First Grade is a high-level realm, which is why the reward is so ridiculously huge!”

Zhao Jun’s explanation parted the clouds of their confusion.

Sudden realization dawned on all the trainees.

Their previous doubts vanished in an instant.

In their place was a sense of awe and longing for the vaster Martial Arts World that lay beyond.

’So Blue Star’s previous system was just the result of fumbling around in the unknown.’

’Now, we’ve finally aligned with the grander Rules of the Cosmos!’

”Any other questions?” Zhao Jun asked, his gaze sweeping the room.

Just then, another trainee raised his hand, asking a question that touched on a more practical matter on everyone’s mind.

”Instructor, permission to speak! You mentioned that many rare resources in the camp must be exchanged for points. Well... what if we don’t use the camp’s resources? Can we buy our own from the outside with money and bring them here to use?”

This question struck a chord with every trainee in the room.

Everyone held their breath, waiting anxiously for the answer.

’After all, 50 points a day is practically nothing!’

’If we have to use points for even basic cultivation resources, how are we supposed to survive?’

Upon hearing this, a rare, understanding smile touched the corners of Zhao Jun’s lips. He nodded in confirmation. ”Of course!”

His voice carried an unshakeable conviction.

”Wealth is, in itself, a part of your strength and background—it’s a natural advantage! The training camp’s rules will never strip that away. As long as it promotes your Cultivation and increases your power, bringing in resources purchased from the outside is absolutely permitted!”
