Almighty Sweet Queen is Really Rich!

Everyone shuddered, finally understanding why they found Miss Su Yun somewhat eerie. Working in a mortuary with the dead, how could it not be eerie?

It’s terrifying.

This is really terrifying, isn’t it?

If she debuts and fans dig this up, who knows if it’ll become a scandal?

Su Yun was long accustomed to those looks. Even grown men might be afraid of the dead, let alone her, a woman.

As they say, all legitimate professions in the world are equal, but that’s actually a joke.

There are always glamorous professions, while a job like hers is always looked down on.

Su Yun looked at Xiao Li, speaking slowly: ”Xiao Li, don’t listen to Dad... my dad’s nonsense. I have no intention of debuting as a star. I’m not suited for the entertainment industry.”

Because Xiao Li hadn’t done a paternity test with Su Zhen Tian, it was still unclear whether she was Sheng Lanqing and Su Zhen Tian’s daughter or Sheng Lanqing and Su Haotian’s daughter.

Xiao Li smiled and replied, ”But if you don’t act in TV dramas or movies, will Su Haotian let you go? He holds two-thirds of your salary, and he won’t allow you to move out, right?”

Su Yun suddenly fell silent, her brows furrowing tightly.

Even though Xiao Li said that, she really had no intention of becoming a star.

Being a star seems glamorous, but you have to trade your perpetual personal space for it. Whether on or off stage, you have to think twice about everything you say and do.

Living like that is too exhausting for her.

”I can’t act.”

Xiao Li, smiling, suggested, ”Are you interested... in filming a documentary?”

A documentary!

Everyone present was astonished.

Once she left Feng Huaijin, Xiao Li quickly reverted to her authoritative mode, as if she could handle everything smoothly.

”Filming a documentary only needs to reflect reality, no acting skills required,” Xiao Li said with a smile.

Su Yun was surprised, her eyes widened, becoming increasingly deep: ”A documentary? About the mortuary?”

Xiao Li nodded heavily: ”Yes. There are many kinds of professions in this world, but many are not understood or accepted by society. Mortuary workers are especially like this—misunderstood, shunned, and avoided, as if they carry bad luck. Yet, they are full of mystery.”

The rest of the staff were stunned, unable to utter a word.

Filming... filming a documentary?

A female staff member swallowed hard before managing to speak: ”Su... President Su, documentary films don’t make money!”

Recently, Star Sky Entertainment’s development has been very rapid, gradually aligning with international standards.

The company even spent money to establish a new department, intending to make movies and the like.

But of all the proposals written, no one had thought of making a documentary.

Who likes watching documentaries? They make you fall asleep!

Can this thing even make money?

Xiao Li lightly raised an eyebrow and responded with a smile: ”Does it affect me greatly if it doesn’t return a profit?”

With a casual remark, the overwhelming air of confidence nearly brought everyone to their knees in tears.

Boss, you have money, you can squander it as you like.

But for a production that might not make a profit and might even incur a loss, there’s probably not much enthusiasm among the staff to fully commit, right?

At that moment, Xiao Li’s confident voice rose again: ”Besides, who says documentaries don’t have an audience?”
