Almighty Sweet Queen is Really Rich!

Chapter 373: Chapter 374: Xiao Li, You’re So Partial

Su Li walked into the TV program crew and found that they were handing out mooncakes, and the festive atmosphere was very strong.

Everyone greeted Su Li with great enthusiasm as soon as they saw her coming.

This assistant for Su Li really has some backing. Clearly, she’s Liu Weiyang’s assistant, but after not being around the crew for quite some time, the director didn’t say a word.

Su Li smiled and said she was here to deliver mooncakes, making everyone even more delighted.

Su Li chatted with the director, ”I haven’t had the chance to watch the earlier episodes yet, but I heard the ratings aren’t bad?”

The director nodded happily. Even though they used all newcomers, the viewership wasn’t low.

Especially Wang Bo and Liu Weiyang, they really attracted attention.

Liu Weiyang comes from a good background, her demeanor is that of a young lady, so different from internet celebrities, that the director favors her and gives her the most screen time among all the guests.

Su Li looked at the viewership report sheet handed over by the director, feeling puzzled. There didn’t seem to be the explosive trend Tuanzi mentioned, at most it was just okay, not causing her to lose money.

Su Li put away the sheet, looked around and curiously asked, ”Why don’t I see Weiyang and the others?”

The staff on the side quickly flattered, saying: ”Today is the Mid-Autumn Festival, fans came over.”

Su Li walked over and saw Liu Weiyang surrounded by a dozen or so excited fans with flushed cheeks, handing over mooncakes and asking for autographs.

Su Li noticed that Liu Weiyang already had hundreds of thousands of followers on Weibo.

Su Li felt confident in her judgment that Liu Weiyang had a promising future and would surely earn money for her.

”Xiao Li, you’re so biased!” Su Li was just thinking happily when a displeased voice came from behind.

It was Zhao Xiaoyan.

Zhao Xiaoyan looked at Liu Weiyang surrounded by fans not far away, and couldn’t help but feel a pang of jealousy.

She thought she wasn’t any less attractive than Liu Weiyang, and her performance on the program wasn’t bad either, but she couldn’t figure out why Liu Weiyang was more popular!

Even the female internet celebrities who were guests alongside her gained followers faster on Weibo, she suspected they were buying followers.

Moreover, she always felt the director favored Liu Weiyang more, giving her the most screen time, probably because Su Li asked the director to do so.

They were best friends, how could she not help her friend like this?

After all, they’ve known each other for over ten years!

Su Li heard Zhao Xiaoyan’s somewhat accusatory voice and frowned, saying, ”Biased? How am I biased? You wanted to participate in this program, and I let you join, didn’t I?”

Zhao Xiaoyan gave an embarrassed smile, not directly ”exposing” Su Li’s ”excuse.”

Clearly, Liu Weiyang had more screen time than she did, or else she would have attracted quite a few fans too, and it wouldn’t be just Liu Weiyang and Wang Bo’s fans visiting today to bring mooncakes.

Su Li found Zhao Xiaoyan a bit inexplicable. Isn’t it normal even if she was biased?

Liu Weiyang is her artist. In the future, she could generate income for her, so of course, she would give a lot of resources to Liu Weiyang.

And Zhao Xiaoyan used to be a best friend, now she’s a friend, she has done her best by her.

Zhao Xiaoyan doesn’t even eat mooncakes, afraid of gaining weight. She glanced at Liu Weiyang interacting with fans not far away, then turned back to Su Li, unable to resist asking, ”Su Li, I heard your studio gave Liu Weiyang new resources and let her audition for ’Phoenix Perching on the Phoenix Tree,’ a fantasy costume drama?”

Su Li nodded, it was arranged by Brother Zhou and the others.

Zhao Xiaoyan couldn’t help but clench her fists, looking at Su Li with some urgency, and asked, ”Can you also give me a chance?”
