She Used Me for a Dare… Now I Own Her Mother

Chapter 56: Lila

Lila tilted her head, eyes sparkling with mischief. ”So... Mike, what’s the plan now? Are we just standing here awkwardly, or are you actually taking me somewhere?”

Mike laughed nervously, running a hand through his hair. ”Yeah... yeah, of course.”

”Let’s go... I’ve got just the place in mind.” he said, trying to sound casual but failing spectacularly. His heart was hammering, and he knew she could see it.

Her grin widened, teasing him. ”Casual, huh? I hope you’re not hiding that nervousness behind your phone-face all the time.”

He smirked despite himself. ”Maybe I am. Maybe I’m just... intimidated.”

She gasped dramatically, placing a hand over her chest. ”Intimidated? By me? Oh, Mike, you really have no idea how charming you are.”

He shook his head, chuckling. ”You’ve got me pegged wrong. I’m more... surprised than anything.”

Her gaze softened for a moment, and she stepped closer, closing the small gap between them.

”Surprised... or flustered?” she asked, her voice dropping to a husky whisper. ”Because I think there’s a difference, and I like this version of you better.”

Mike’s pulse skipped. He realized he’d been holding his breath, now exhaling slowly, letting himself sink into the moment.

”Flustered, probably. Every time you look at me like that, I forget how to breathe,” he admitted under his breath, his voice barely more than a whisper.

She laughed softly, a sound that made his chest tighten. ”Good. That’s exactly what I was hoping for. You’ve no idea how long I’ve wanted to see this reaction.”

He shook his head, still smiling, and glanced around the quiet quad. ”You’re... really something,” he murmured. ”I don’t think anyone’s ever been this forward with me before.”

Her eyes glimmered, playful and daring. ”Forward? Oh, honey, I’ve just been waiting for the right moment. And now... now you’re all mine for the evening.”

Mike’s stomach twisted with anticipation. ”All yours, huh? I think I can manage that,” he said, his grin matching hers.

She hooked her arm through his as they began walking toward the nearby bistro he’d suggested.

”Good,” she said, her tone teasing, almost like a challenge. ”Because I’m planning on making this evening... unforgettable.”

Every step felt electric... her presence amplified everything around him. Every brush of her hand against his arm, every playful nudge sent sparks racing through him.

”So... are you always this bold with guys?” Mike asked, trying to sound casual, though his pulse betrayed him.

She shot him a mischievous grin, eyes sparkling. ”Bold? Only for someone worth it. And you... you’re definitely worth it.”

Inside the bistro, the world seemed to melt away. They slid into a cozy corner booth, close enough that every glance and subtle touch carried weight.

Conversation flowed easily at first... coffee orders, playful arguments over who got lost on campus more... but soon her questions grew deeper.

”Tell me something no one knows about you, Mike,” she asked, leaning just a fraction closer.

He hesitated, then opened up, sharing dreams, regrets, and little vulnerabilities. Her forwardness didn’t feel invasive... it felt inviting, like an intimate dance of trust.

Her hand brushed his arm once, then again, lingering slightly, deliberate and teasing. Mike felt his chest tighten with every touch.

He caught her gaze and saw her enjoying the effect she had on him.

”You’re so... fascinating,” she murmured, leaning closer until her shoulder grazed his. ”I could listen to you all night.”

Mike chuckled nervously. ”I feel the same. I haven’t... talked like this with anyone in a long time.”

The evening slipped by almost unnoticed, the warm glow of streetlights filtering through the windows.

She leaned in to whisper something playful, and her breath brushed against his ear, sending shivers down his spine.

He realized how natural it felt to be near her... her honesty, her forwardness, and her gentle curiosity had drawn him completely in.

The evening slipped by almost unnoticed. Streetlights flickered on outside, casting long shadows and soft golden glows that framed the quiet campus.

The air was cooler now, and every step toward the exit made his chest flutter with anticipation.

Finally, they stopped at the edge of the walkway, close enough that he could feel her warmth. She looked up at him, playful and daring, a smirk tugging at her lips.

”Tomorrow, then?” she asked softly, her voice gentle but commanding attention.

Mike nodded, a grin spreading across his face, his heart hammering. ”Tomorrow,” he said, his tone low, almost breathless.

She stepped closer, bridging the last inches between them, and without hesitation, pressed her lips to his. It was bold, intoxicating, and electric.

Mike froze, caught in the shock of the sensation, then instinctively leaned in, letting himself melt into the kiss.

The world around them vanished... only her and the warmth of that moment existed.

When she pulled back, her eyes danced with mischief, her grin teasing yet tender.

”See you tomorrow, Mike,” she whispered, and before he could respond, she turned and walked away, leaving him rooted in place, heart racing and thoughts spinning.

Just as she disappeared from sight, Mike pulled out his phone and dialed a number. After a brief conversation, he tucked it away with a satisfied grin.

With a light step and a heart still racing, he made his way home, replaying every moment of the evening in his mind. Today had been... surprisingly perfect. Productive, exhilarating, and unforgettable all at once.

Mike couldn’t help but think to himself: this day has been truly... fruitful.

Meanwhile, across town, Alex navigated the evening streets with a different kind of anticipation.

The sun had dipped below the horizon, leaving the sky awash in deep indigo, and the faint scent of night blooms drifted through the air.

His thoughts, half teasing, half tender, drifted to Tisha. He pulled out his phone, fingers hovering for a moment, then finally pressed the screen.

He wanted to hear her voice, to check on her after their... rather eventful night.

”Hello?” she answered, her voice soft but a little strained.

”Hey... how are you feeling?” Alex asked, his tone teasing, but laced with genuine concern.

Tisha let out a small groan. ”Ugh... it still hurts. I shouldn’t have... gone that far last night. We barely slept, and now... I can barely put weight on my legs.”

Alex smirked, a mischievous glint in his eyes. ”Sounds like someone had a very... memorable night.”

She giggled, a soft, breathless sound. ”Alex... don’t tease me like that.”

Alex smirked, his voice dropping slightly, rougher, teasing in a deliberately intimate way.

”Just imagine yourself walking around the campus... each step careful, every student watching, wondering why... and only you knowing what made your legs like this.”

Tisha’s breath hitched, a shiver running down her spine. ”Aaah... my heart’s racing just thinking about it...”

He chuckled lowly, letting the teasing linger. ”Careful... don’t let anyone see that reaction. Or maybe... that’s exactly the point.”

Her laugh turned into a soft, breathless moan of embarrassment and desire. ”Alex... you’re terrible...”

Her laugh turned into a soft moan of embarrassment, mixed with excitement. ”Aaah... my heart’s racing just thinking about it...”

Alex’s voice softened, though the teasing never fully left it. ”Okay... enough imagining. Are you really okay? Can you move around alright? Did you eat? Drink anything?”

Tisha’s voice warmed as she answered, ”I’ll survive. Thanks for asking... seriously.”

They lingered in the soft back-and-forth, a mix of teasing and genuine care, until they finally said goodbye, hearts still racing, both smiling as the line went silent.

When Alex finally entered his house, he barely had time to relax before a sudden attack caught him off guard.

Soft, yet insistent hands locked around his neck, legs pressing against his waist. He froze for a heartbeat before recognition hit.

”Victoria...” he murmured, eyes widening.

”I’ve been thinking about you all day at the office,” she purred, her body pressed against his. ”And as soon as my work was done, I came straight here.”

Without another word, Alex guided her to his room. Their lips met almost instantly, urgent, heated, and hungry.

She clung to him, her words spilling out between kisses, talking excitedly about her day at work, her tone teasing yet intimate.

Then, she pressed closer, her voice dropping to a husky whisper. ”Last time... our fun got interrupted. And that’s on you,” she murmured against his lips.

”But this time... I’m going to show you everything. Every fantasy. Every desire. Every room... it’s mine for the weekend. You’ve never seen this side of me, and tonight... you will.”

Alex’s pulse quickened, excitement and anticipation surging through him. Victoria’s boldness, her forwardness, her sheer hunger... it was intoxicating.

The weekend had only just begun.
