Berserk God of War

At this point, Qianwang Holy Tower confirmed that Overlord Commerce has three at the Holy Martial Stage, with Venerable Ba Lian being the strongest.

”Demon Master Sikong has already publicly announced the takeover of Su Old Demon Remnants. Next, we still need to strike at Overlord Commerce under this pretense. Although it won’t be very effective, we must stand on the moral high ground...”

”Meanwhile, send people to track down all of Su Old Demon Remnants.”

”Furthermore, we must find a way to obtain Overlord Commerce’s Qianyuan Soldier Killing Map... Nanfeng and other secret agents must be utilized, even if they face the risk of exposure, to make every effort to steal the map.”

These words, naturally, were spoken by Qian Ta...

Yet, just as he finished speaking, he received a message from a Message Bird. The content was that Overlord Commerce suddenly announced that Nanfeng and other defectors from Qianwang Holy Tower would be executed publicly in Batian Inner City tomorrow.

Bang...

Upon seeing the message, Qian Ta almost exploded the entire Divine Shuttle Ship, his teeth gritting audibly.

Nanfeng and the others were completely exposed, they were utterly useless.

In the end, Qian Ta could only order his forces to find a way to purchase part of the Qianyuan Soldier Killing Formation during Overlord Commerce’s auction.

Their true gain from this trip to Overlord City was only Jiang Wanyou...

...

A few days later, Sikong Jing, covered in dust, arrived in a major city located in the Central Plains East.

This major city was called Fire Artisan City...

Although there were some Thousand Prison Tower operatives in cities closer to Overlord City, Sikong Jing temporarily skipped them and first came to this place further from Overlord City.

The reason being that cities too close to Overlord City could easily have their movements tracked and some experts engaged in various searches.

Moreover, Sikong Jing had another very important purpose in coming to Fire Artisan City.

Fire Artisan City, as its name suggests!

This is a city densely populated with masters of Spiritual Artifacts and Emperor’s Artifacts, with various large and small artifact refining forces.

And there is a top-level force here called Holy Craftsman Mountain.

Holy Craftsman Mountain originally had very frequent dealings with Overlord Commerce, often buying or selling many of their refined creations with Overlord Commerce.

However, just two days before Sikong Jing arrived here, Holy Craftsman Mountain suddenly announced it was severing all trade with Overlord Commerce.

The implication was clear, it was to... support Qianwang Holy Tower!

At this moment, Sikong Jing in an all-black outfit with stubble on his face, walked inconspicuously on the streets of Fire Artisan City.

Just then... thud thud thud!

Suddenly, a large group of people quickly ran past Sikong Jing from behind, dressed in the standard uniform of Holy Craftsman Mountain...

They soon came to a stop in front of a storefront right behind Sikong Jing.

Following this, the leader of the group, a middle-aged man dressed in Holy Craftsman Mountain attire, sternly spoke to the store...

”Black Copper Manor, Holy Craftsman Mountain has ordered that no sect in Fire Artisan City is allowed to engage in any transactions with Overlord Commerce, yet we received news that today you even shipped goods to Overlord City.”

”Are you seeking death?”

Along with the booming voice, an elder in a black robe rushed out of the store in a panic.

The elder quickly explained, ”My lord, we at Black Copper Manor still have contracts with Overlord Commerce, and after this shipment, we promise not to engage in any more transactions with them. Please... ah!”

Before he could finish... slap!

The elder in black robe was slapped away hard, courtesy of the middle-aged man from Holy Craftsman Mountain.

After the slap, he was still not satisfied, and stepped on the elder in black robe menacingly, saying coldly, ”Contracts? What contract spirit can you discuss with a Demon force? Retrieve the goods immediately, or you will face extermination...”

The middle-aged man from Holy Craftsman Mountain, without further ado, ordered, referring to Overlord Commerce as a Demon force.

Supporters and those trying to curry favor with Qianwang Holy Tower all label Overlord Commerce as a Demon force.

Regardless of how Overlord Commerce tries to prove otherwise, Qianwang Holy Tower has commanded all its forces to say so, and repeating it increases belief, thus standing on the moral high ground...

Such threats and oppression left the black-robed elder trembling all over, only able to reply, ”Yes, yes, yes, we will retrieve them immediately.”

After repeatedly promising to retrieve the goods, the middle-aged man from Holy Craftsman Mountain slowly released his foot, then heavily gestured to his subordinates, ”Let’s go to the next one...”

After speaking, they left Black Copper Manor’s storefront hurriedly.

They moved quickly, naturally not noticing the scruffy-bearded Sikong Jing, who was in fact the terrifying Demon Master Sikong.

At this time, more people from Black Copper Manor helped the black-robed elder up, asking, ”Manor Master, what should we do now?”

With contracts in place with Overlord Commerce, retrieving the goods risks retaliation and penalties.

Even though Holy Craftsman Mountain has ordered it, can a small manor like theirs withstand Overlord Commerce’s wrath?

At this, the black-robed elder replied angrily...

”What else can we do?”

”Of course, we must first retrieve the goods, then find an opportunity to leave Fire Artisan City and set up elsewhere, explain clearly to Overlord Commerce and continue supplying them, I believe Overlord Commerce will understand our...”

”Overlord Commerce is easy to deal with, what nonsense Demon force, I don’t believe it.”

Clearly, from the elder’s words, his trust and praise for Overlord Commerce are apparent...

Yet these words alarmed the disciples of Black Copper Manor, ”Manor Master, keep it down, don’t speak recklessly.”

They spoke, their gazes suddenly landing on Sikong Jing just a short distance away.

Instantly, their expressions turned stiff.

Fear gripped their hearts suddenly, worried that Sikong Jing had overhead what their Manor Master said just now.

If the black-clad youth in front reported it to Holy Craftsman Mountain, Black Copper Manor would be doomed.

In Fire Artisan City, many small artifact refining forces like Black Copper Manor must adhere to Holy Craftsman Mountain’s administration, and a portion of their business profits must be handed over to Holy Craftsman Mountain.

Holy Craftsman Mountain is the god of the entire Fire Artisan City, angering them is akin to courting death...

Here, upon seeing the fearful looks from Black Copper Manor’s people, Sikong Jing suddenly smiled, he even stepped forward, softly asking the black-robed elder and others, ”Excuse me, how do I get to Shuibo Lake?”

The target person of this trip to Fire Artisan City was precisely at Shuibo Lake.

Sikong Jing certainly knew the way to Shuibo Lake, but he intentionally approached to ask to alleviate Black Copper Manor’s fears, of course, he also wanted to inquire a bit about something else...

A small force brave enough to curse Holy Craftsman Mountain might know some information.

Upon hearing this, the people of Black Copper Manor looked at each other, still faces pale with fear, not knowing what Sikong Jing intended.

Ultimately, the black-robed elder mustered the courage to reply, ”Shuibo Lake is east of Fire Artisan City, at the foot of Holy Craftsman Mountain, but usually only distinguished guests with high status can enter.”
