One Piece: Collective Viewing of the Future, Starting from God Valley

Chapter 81: Chapter 81: Admirals Are Students Too

...

In the scene, upon hearing Kizaru mention his name.

”Zephyr” merely let out a cold snort, then raised that massive mechanical arm, speaking in a tone mixed with sternness and disappointment: ℯℯ𝘭.

”Borsalino, I should have warned you not to rely too heavily on the Glint-Glint Fruit’s power, right?!”

This was completely the tone of a teacher scolding a student! And it struck directly at the core of Kizaru’s fighting style!

”I’m not here to catch up with old times~”

Kizaru still maintained that relaxed expression, but his eyes had already sharpened.

Before his words even finished, his figure suddenly turned into a streak of golden light and vanished!

The battle erupted in an instant!

”Zephyr’s” mechanical giant arm unleashed astonishing power and speed; every swing was heavy and forceful, enough to split mountains and crack rocks.

Even more surprising was that he seemed to have some kind of prediction for Kizaru’s elusive lightspeed movements, intercepting or forcing back Kizaru’s laser attacks and lightspeed kicks with precision multiple times.

Kizaru, relying on his invincible speed and bizarre attack angles, constantly darted around, probing and striking.

For a time, the two fought back and forth evenly, with explosions and shockwaves ravaging the small island in the scene nonstop.

”So strong...”

Scopper Gaban couldn’t help but murmur: ”That mechanical arm... not only compensates for the lost arm’s defect, it seems to have granted Zephyr even more terrifying power and some special combat style.

And his prediction of Kizaru’s movements... that requires rich combat experience and an understanding of his disciple!”

Scopper Gaban naturally knew Zephyr. Watching the two tangle on the light screen, he gave the most genuine evaluation, but soon this balance was broken...

As time passed, the battle situation began to shift.

”Zephyr’s” attack frequency seemed to start declining, his breathing growing heavier; his aged body was bearing an enormous burden.

In contrast, Kizaru still maintained high-speed movement and stable attack output, appearing completely at ease.

”Hand over the Dyna Stones, Teacher Zephyr.”

Kizaru’s voice rang out again, carrying a hint of admonishment: ”With such a heavy weapon, how could you possibly beat me?”

Dyna Stones...

This term once again made Garp, Sengoku, Tsuru, and the Five Elders change color!

It was an extremely unstable chemical weapon with power comparable to the Ancient Weapons.

They had seen earlier that Zephyr had seized the Dyna Stones, but they couldn’t figure out what he intended to do with it!

”In the cowardly Marines, you’ve become Admiral Kizaru...”

”Zephyr” stopped moving, breathing heavily, but a extremely sarcastic, even crazed smile appeared on his face: ”Aren’t you getting a bit too full of yourself!”

”Cowardly Marines?”

This evaluation shook the hearts of all the Marines present, especially Sengoku, whose face became incredibly ugly.

What exactly had the future Zephyr—his own comrade—experienced to make him disappointed in the Marines to this extent!

After ”Zephyr” finished speaking, a scene that made everyone’s hearts stop happened!

Only to see ”Zephyr” use that mechanical giant hand to suddenly pull out a crystal glowing with unstable orange-red light from his chest.

That was unmistakably the Dyna Stones!

Then, under Kizaru’s suddenly constricted pupils, he clenched the five fingers of his mechanical prosthetic fiercely!

”Crack!”

The light sound of the crystal shattering was, at this moment, like the tolling of the death knell rung by the Grim Reaper!

Seeing this, the relaxed composure on Kizaru’s face was replaced for the first time by complete terror!

He wanted to turn into golden light to escape, but it was already too late!

”Go to hell!!!”

”Zephyr” laughed maniacally, using his last strength to hurl the fragments of the Dyna Stones—now in contact with air, beginning to react violently and emit destructive energy—toward Kizaru!

”BOOM RUMBLE RUMBLE!!!!!!!”

An indescribable terrifying explosion occurred!

The scene was instantly swallowed by endless flames!

The flames were so intense that it seemed even the light screen itself would be scorched through!

Immediately after came a world-destroying shockwave and flames! The entire small island was directly torn apart, melted, and vaporized in the explosion!

A massive mushroom cloud rose into the sky, even triggering frantic eruptions from undersea volcanoes! Tsunamis and lava intertwined, just like the end of the world!

The two who had been fiercely battling one second ago were instantly devoured by this island-destroying ultimate explosion!

The screen shook violently, finally freezing above an boundless sea of fire and thick smoke, with only a few small boats faintly visible on the distant sea surface, desperately fleeing the explosion’s range.

That was the New Marines led by Zephyr!

As for Zephyr himself, and Kizaru’s figure, both had vanished into that hell of destruction, their fate unknown...

God Valley fell into dead silence.

Only heavy breathing sounds remained, along with the silent burning flames in the light screen’s image.

Zephyr... Black Arm Zephyr, had actually chosen to perish together with his student, Marine Admiral Kizaru?

Using a forbidden weapon like the Dyna Stones capable of destroying an island?

Why did he harbor such deep resentment toward the Marines? What had he experienced to walk this path of resolute destruction?

Countless questions weighed heavily on everyone’s hearts, especially those on the Marines’ side.

Garp slowly turned his head, looking at Zephyr beside him—pale-faced and body slightly trembling—opened his mouth, but found his throat dry, unable to utter any words of comfort.

Because the despair and madness in that light screen were so real, so impactful.

Sengoku slowly closed his eyes, and Tsuru let out a deep sigh.

The Five Elders exchanged glances, their gazes deep and unfathomable, unknown what they were pondering.

The scene suddenly showed new content: Kizaru reformed his body from golden light. Looking at the vanished island, a flicker of lingering fear passed through his eyes.

He had urgently elementalized to escape at the critical moment; otherwise, he might have been caught in it.

”Ah ra ra... What’s this supposed to be!”

At this time, a bicycle suddenly appeared on the sea beside the light screen. Then, Aokiji Kuzan—who had resigned from his position as Marine Admiral—actually appeared at this moment, looking astonished at the explosion not far away.

After watching for a while, Kuzan rode his bicycle away from the scene.
