A Foodie Transmigrated into the Palace

Hello, my cuties,

Recently, some people have asked why the male and female leads are not in a one-on-one relationship. Others have said that the male lead is a jerk, that he’s not a virgin. Here, the author would like to clarify everything.

This book definitely follows a warm and sweet style.

However, the author still wants to make the story more realistic, depicting every little detail of an ordinary girl’s journey through the depths of the Harem.

So that when everyone reads it, they’ll think, ”Wow! That’s so realistic! It’s as if that’s how things really happened.”

Although I’m not great at history (please don’t laugh, everyone~), you must know that women had a very low status in ancient times, and men had many concubines.

Imagine the scenario: someone transmigrates and immediately meets a man of high status and wealth. He’s also the most handsome and powerful guy in the world, and he falls head over heels for the female lead, devoted to her and her alone. He swears to dismiss all other women, concubines, and the Harem, proclaiming, ”I will marry no one but you. I want to grow old with you. I can’t live without you.”

This... This is a low-probability event, almost as rare as Mars colliding with Earth.

It’s not that such stories aren’t fun to read—after all, novels need all kinds of imagination~

It’s just that different folks have different strokes, and I prefer stories that are a bit more realistic.

I want to create characters that are fleshed out, to let everyone feel like, ”This is what ancient times were like.”

The female lead isn’t the most beautiful in the world, nor is the male lead the most invincible. They are not perfect; they have flaws, tempers, mood swings, and their own troubles.

But regardless, they are living their lives as best as they can in another world.

And that’s the kind of story I want to slowly share with you~
