Investing in the Three Villainesses Gives Me Infinite Returns

Elias gently chewed on her ear, and Monica’s face tensed as she mumbled through trembling lips, ”W-What are you doing?”

He halted for a moment before answering with a playful smile, ”Marking you... that way everyone would know how important you are to me.”

Her face immediately turned bright red, and she quickly twisted her head toward him, trying her best to maintain her composure.

”Are you stupid?” she asked, narrowing her eyes. ”No one except you sees me.”

”Well... you are just so beautiful that you make me go stupid,” Elias said, and then a thoughtful expression appeared on his face.

He glanced toward her ear before muttering, ”You are right. What would be the point of marking you there when your hair could hide it?”

A deadpan expression settled over Monica’s face.

”That is not what I said,” she stated flatly.

”Shhh...” Elias whispered as he placed a finger against her lips.

A vein throbbed at Monica’s forehead as she stared down at the offending finger with visible annoyance.

Then, as though he had suddenly been enlightened, Elias glanced at his own finger and mumbled, ”Hmm... I should do it somewhere that is clearly visible.”

His finger slowly moved across her lips, and his voice softened into an affectionate murmur.

”A spot like these soft lips...”

Monica’s heart immediately began beating faster.

”S-Stop it!” she muttered, her embarrassment becoming impossible to hide.

Instead of retreating, Elias simply smiled.

Monica’s eyes narrowed, and she suddenly opened her lips and gently caught his finger between them.

Her eyes gleamed with a childish sense of triumph as she asked, ”Hww do yuh likh tat?”

Elias smiled at her attempt to stop him.

His Constitution stats were far higher than hers, so he could barely feel the pressure of her bite unless he deliberately allowed himself to.

Monica soon realized this when his expression remained completely unchanged.

”You are sick!” she exclaimed, releasing his finger. ”You were enjoying that, were you not?”

Elias did not answer.

Instead, he looked down at his hand before slowly placing his thumb against her lips.

Monica frowned in confusion for a moment, but then her eyes widened as she understood what he was doing.

”No way!” she protested immediately. ”I am not doing that!”

Elias remained silent.

Rather than arguing with her, he reached for her hand with his other hand, gently lifted it, and guided it toward his face until her thumb rested against his lips.

Monica stared at him in disbelief.

Because Angel of Comfort was active, she could feel the warmth of his breath against her skin whenever he exhaled, and the sensation made her blue eyes grow slightly heavier.

She did not know what he intended to do next, but she did not have to wait long.

Elias parted his lips and gently caught her thumb between them.

Monica’s face turned even redder as she stared at the sight.

Her gaze slowly lowered toward his thumb before she unconsciously followed his example.

Her lips parted, and she gently caught his thumb between them.

It felt strangely warm, and the unfamiliar sensation caused her to close her eyes for a moment.

The playful exchange gradually became quieter as, instead of biting, she began to suck on his thumb like a child, rolling her tongue around it.

Monica’s earlier embarrassment slowly faded, replaced by an inexplicable sense of comfort as she remained close to him. The warmth, the familiarity of his presence, and the gentle way he allowed her to take control of the moment made her feel strangely peaceful.

Before long, she became so absorbed in it that she nearly forgot about everything else around her.

Elias, meanwhile, kept his gaze on her.

Unlike Monica, he did not close his eyes. Instead, he watched her with a genuine smile, quietly taking in the peaceful expression that had settled across her face.

She looked so content that a mischievous thought soon crossed Elias’s mind.

He gently pushed her thumb away and leaned toward her ear.

”What are you doing, Lady Monica~?” he whispered, letting his warm breath brush against her ear.

Monica’s head trembled slightly, and she immediately stopped sucking on his thumb.

Her face became as red as a tomato, but after a moment, she managed to regain enough composure to answer him.

”Marking what is mine,” she said in an obvious tone, her voice still carrying traces of embarrassment. ”Do you have any problem with that?”

Elias chuckled softly.

”Of course not,” he replied.

He leaned back into his chair and relaxed, allowing Monica to continue enjoying the warmth and closeness of the moment without teasing her further.

His eyes remained fixed on her peaceful expression.

For someone who had spent three years unable to experience ordinary warmth, Monica was almost fascinated by the simple comfort of being close to someone she trusted.

Elias quietly watched her for a while, his smile becoming softer.

The room felt mostly silent, and the only sound that filled it was the wet sucking by Monica.

Seconds passed and turned into minutes, yet it didn’t seem like Monica would stop any sooner.

’Is this her way of getting back at me?’ He wondered, and an amused smile appeared on his face.

He glanced at the world outside through the window. It was already evening, and the sun was likely to dip in about half an hour, which he believed was more than enough time for his second wife to satisfy herself.

’She is so adorable.’

As more time passed, Monica’s lips and tongue gradually slowed down, and she occasionally took a few deep breaths during which she opened her eyes and looked at him.

The only way he could describe those eyes was as deeply intoxicated, so much so that she didn’t care about stopping.

Eventually, the wretched poison caught up with her, dragging her into sleep despite how reluctant she seemed to let the moment end.

He frowned slightly. He would have liked it if she had let go on her own instead of the Shadow Ghost Poison forcing her to.

He shook his head and looked at his thumb, which had turned red with marks.

A chuckle escaped him.

”She really marked it, huh...”
