Prodigal System in the Flourishing City

Chapter 1907: Chapter 1911: Madness and Frenzy

Iron Axe, whose real name is Liu Tiezhu.

This was also one of the most ecstatic group of people who, two years ago, when Lu Xiaobu sent out the one hundred thousand Iron Cavalry, loudly declared their intention to help Lu Xiaobu and directly rule an island by achieving Mahayana.

Because this team formation was free, naturally, he was mostly surrounded by the ecstatic faction.

Even though they didn’t say it out loud, they inwardly despised those rustic cultivators.

After all, back then, Young Master Bu single-handedly established such a vast foundation!

Although they couldn’t match Young Master Bu, they had numbers on their side!

Just the island Liu Tiezhu and his team were headed to had nearly ten thousand people!

Three simple-minded strategists can surpass Zhuge Liang; surely, nearly ten thousand of them can match two-thirds of Young Master Bu!

They knew this mentality wasn’t healthy.

Thus, despite their arrogance, when they first entered the new island, they remained cautious.

Moreover, having had the experience of lurking on Sword Island, the initial period went smoothly.

However, this smooth-sailing state rekindled the excitement in their hearts.

And their first crazy decision was—splitting the forces!

Yes, splitting the forces!

They had already discovered a bi-directional teleportation on this island, leading to another island whose coordinates were unknown to Young Master Bu.

Due to the early task proceeding smoothly, they held an internal discussion and ultimately decided to split the forces, with the older Liu Tiezhu leading the group.

Hence, Liu Tiezhu led half of the people to Thunder Island, the island that Iron Axe now ruled.

...

”After we entered Thunder Island, everything could have developed normally,” Liu Tiezhu said, his eyes red and filled with guilt: ”It was me, it was me as the leader who wasn’t rational enough, choosing a rash approach by entering a Secret Realm on Thunder Island!”

”And... and... and within that Secret Realm...” Liu Tiezhu said, breaking down in tears again, sobbing on the table like a child.

...

Liu Tiezhu led everyone into that Secret Realm.

Initially, they didn’t think much about it.

They thought it was just a low-level Secret Realm, only accessible to Nascent Soul and Golden Core cultivators, who were capable enough to sweep through it.

Reality proved they thought too simply.

As members of the one hundred thousand Iron Cavalry, they had always centered around urban warfare. 𝒻𝑟ℯℯ

Whether infiltration, lurking, or assassination, the city was their main battleground.

With their adeptness in managing relationships, they naturally thrived in such settings.

Yet, the enchantingly mysterious Secret Realm was relatively unfamiliar territory to them!

Thus, a brutal battle ensued!

At this moment, they suddenly realized that everything they relied on for survival had become a deadly poison!

The large numbers—made them a massive target.

Mutual trust—caused them to let down their guard when companions were around!

Unique methods—made them targets for jealousy!

Strong physique—almost exposed their Demon Realm identity!

Imagine, when everything you once relied on for survival suddenly becomes the weapon aimed to kill you, what kind of feeling is that?!

This was akin to a feeling of desperate betrayal!

...

”Zhan Hei, Liu Kai, Hu Mufei, Pu Yezhou, Yan Yi, Ruan Zhenao, Yu Shijie, Na Yichen, Yuan Yixi, Luo Hongjun...”

Liu Tiezhu trembled as he read out the names one by one.

These were the names of the brothers who died or disappeared after entering the Secret Realm!

One by one, spoken out loud, engraved in his heart, and hurt in his bones!

Liu Tiezhu was completely enveloped by a deep sadness.

And this was a sadness, but also the beginning of greater sorrow!

...

Of course, eventually, Liu Tiezhu and his team adapted and struck back, leading to a final ruthless subjugation!

They finally obtained the most benefits from this Secret Realm mission!

However, these gains were achieved over the corpses of their brothers!

Subsequently, they held another internal discussion.

All gathered with every brother’s remains they could find.

”We were careless!”

”Ha, not careless, we were arrogant!”

”What to do next?”

”Two choices, first, return to the original...”

”No need to say, I choose the second one, this isn’t over! What about you guys?”

”The second option!”

”The second option!”

”The second option!”

”...”

”Alright, since that’s the case, how should we proceed? We need a plan!”

”How about exchanging life for cultivation power?! It’s the fastest way!”

”What do you mean?”

”Simple, we rob a rich second generation, hitting the young ones first, then the old ones. I’ll self-destruct in front of the old ones, you go and raid their home!”

”Great idea! Cultivators take revenge seriously! We can replicate this strategy, I suggest letting the captain enjoy the resources!”

”I disagree! Why me, I...”

”Captain, don’t be dramatic! The living ones will enjoy life better, we can’t bear too much!”

”Exactly, exactly, anyway Young Master Bu definitely left us a backup plan, it’s not like we’re really done for! Just dying once, I haven’t died before!”

”No! I still disagree! Even if Young Master Bu left a backup plan, what if...”

”If by any chance, then I’ll accompany the brothers in everything! Haha! This way, we’ll gather the old ranks in the underworld, with banners flying, cutting down the hell king!”

”Agreed, it’s set then! Captain shut up, your veto power is removed! Your task is to survive, to fight, to complete our goals! We will spread the message to brothers on other islands, that we are the strongest!”

”...”

Thus!

And so!

After leaving the Secret Realm, having faced the trials of blood and fire, they not only refused to return to the original target island.

But became even more insane, even somewhat hysterical!

They would not allow, refuse failure!

The heavy price paid this time further cemented their determination to achieve the initial crazy goal—to dominate an island, providing direct assistance to Young Master Bu!

Because they would not let their brothers’ blood flow in vain!

Therefore, after this day, a maddening organization emerged on Thunder Island!

This madness wasn’t just about their fearless attack methods.

It was more about their sheer arrogance!

Because they intended to rob the whole world!

This plan to rob the world was not just a slogan, but pursued step by step!

And to this day, the cultivators of Thunder Island still remember that phase as legendary, accurately, madness, or rather, the two years when they were ruled by a group of brazen madmen.
