Chapter 408: Pendant of Imorgis

”We need to go to the Black Market.” Dreulis spoke as he walked upto Leon.

”What do you mean by ’We’ ?” Leon asked with a confused expression.

”I can’t go there alone, last time I went there... I was banished, but using some connections I made it so that I can still visit the black market but there has to be someone with me.” Dreulis explained.

”To take the responsibility if you do something wrong again.” Rees spoke up.

”What did you do to get banished from black Market ?” Leon asked with a smile.

”I might’ve killed a demon general’s third or fourth off spring for talking oddly to me. Before you say anything, he was using some really vulgar words.” Dreulis explained.

”You killed a demon general’s son just because he was- oh my god, you are the ’Unbothered Leech Of South’ who killed Cornious’ son.

He is still out there searching for you. You are half of the reason why demons were marching towards the human kingdom.” Rees spoke in a loud voice as he looked at Dreulis.

”Yeah, that’s why I hided inside the most secure place in the human kingdom-”

”The royal castle. You are just running away from that demon general and hiding here.” Leon spoke with a smile as he looked at Dreulis.

”Hey, I thought of leaving but the services were really good in the Royal Castle and it was like 180 year ago, I mean who holds a revenge for that long ?” Dreulis spoke with a neutral tone.

”Fuck that... If you go to the black market, what will happen to the spell that you have casted over her.” Leon asked as he pointed towards Terisa.

”Ah right... I have to maintain that spell as well. How about you two go to the black market and get me the things ?” Dreulis spoke as he looked at Leon.

A smile immediately appeared over Leon’s face.

”You must’ve been one sly son of a bitch when you were alive.” Leon spoke.

”My father used to say the same... Now, the things I need are, Hylius tree’s old barks not fresh ones, some goblin eyes and some greolas wax. That’s all.” Dreulis spoke in a neutral tone.

”What’s Areolas’ wax ?” Leon asked with a confused expression expression.

”Not Areolas master, greolas wax... It’s made out of greolas tree’s barks, if inhaled it can stop your mind and give you a weird sensation, it’s used in mind numbing drugs and normal drugs.” Rees Explained as he pulled out a small bag from his robe and opened it up.

”The black sand... How is that this sand can teleport us to a space where we can’t go normally ?” Leon asked as he placed his hand inside the bag and scooped out half of the black sand.

”The sand and chant is just like a key or more like a token that is used to make a request, the Demi-God who controls the black market summons the user there when the request is made in correct order.

If I make the request alone, I will not be summoned. Now hurry up you guys.” Dreulis explained.

”What was the chant again ?” Leon asked as he looked at Rees.

”It’s-” Before Rees could’ve completed his sentence, Dreulis interrupted.

”Blasious Marcious.”

”Yeah... Blasious Marcious.” Leon spoke as he slammed the fistful black sand onto the ground.

Suddenly, blue flames erupted from the ground and swallowed him whole.

”See you soon... Blasious Marcious.” Rees spoke as he did the same with the black sand and same thing happened to him.

Both of them dissapeared from the room,

...

In an Unknown Dimension, Black Market.

*Swish*

Leon and Rees appeared inside a dark alley.

”Wait... This place is different from last time.” Leon asked with a confused expression.

”Place of arrival keeps changing in Black Market master, in order to keep the murderers in check. Some people would just wait at the summon point to kill us, if we keep teleporting to the same place.” Rees explained as both of them walked out of the alley.

”I see.” Leon spoke as he walked out with him and noticed that the crowd was similar to the last time.

It was a mix of monsters, demons, humans and many other races roaming around the market, buying and selling things.

”Oi human... want to buy a charm ?” Suddenly a voice came from behind.

”Hmm...?” Leon turned around and noticed an old woman sitting on the ground in front of an old demon skin carpet store.

There was a cloth in front of her, on which many small pendants were lying.

”We don’t want any charms or any-” Rees started speaking as he raised his hand towards the lady.

”No, wait.” Leon spoke as he noticed something on the top right corner of the cloth.

A bracelet that had a blue gem in it and a silver snake around it.

Leon immediately used his skill on it.

[Name: Unknown Bracelet]

[Rank: F]

[Description: A cheap copy of Bracelet of Velmenguard. Has no magic and small mana stone over it that is enchanted with attraction charm.]

’Ah... That’s why my eyes were being attracted to it.’ Leon thought with a smile.

”This is the bracelet of Velmenguard, when worn in a battle it can guarantee you more success in winning. One of the best charms I have right now.” The lady spoke with a smile.

”I see...” Leon spoke as he used his skill on all the charms that were lying over the cloth but most of them were just fake charms and stupid things.

Until one of them caught his eyes, A pendant that had a long and sharp tooth attached to it.

[Name: Pendant of Imorgis]

[Rank: A]

[Description: A pendant made from the tooth of Imorgis’ tooth. Imorgis was the god of luck who was forcefully summoned to the land by some dark mages in order to steal his luck, he was kept captive for twelve days.

Yet this tooth remained here and it carries immense energy of luck. When broken at the right time, it can turn over the luck of the user completely.]

”I will take this...” Leon spoke with a smile.
