In the fan group she and other enthusiasts had formed, they spent their days either watching the PV repeatedly or worrying about the company’s future.

Today, as she logged onto the official site to promote the short film again, she suddenly saw the fan group explode.

----------------------------------------

”Damn it, don’t these people ever give a heads-up before they release something?”

”What kind of company is this!”

Li Mengyi felt a pang of anxiety, thinking something must have gone wrong.

So she immediately flipped through a few pages.

”Brothers and sisters! Mihoyo has released new PVs! On their official website! A whole three of them! And there’s one for Kafka too!”

”Holy crap!”

Seeing this, Li Mengyi’s heart raced with excitement. She rushed to login to the official website.

Sure enough, she saw three new PVs on the site.

”Wow, wow, wow.”

With a trembling hand and an excited heart, Li Mengyi clicked on the PV for March 7th.

However, the next second.

A cute Mihoyo character appeared on the webpage, looking broken.

”Network error!”

”Please try again later!”

Ahhhhh!

Li Mengyi went into a frenzy. She finally understood why the fan community said Mihoyo was the worst.

Reluctantly, she went to check other websites.

To her dismay, nothing had been released!

Not even on Bilibili.

Helpless, she went back to the official website, refreshing the page like crazy while scrolling through Weibo.

As a result, MiHoYo’s official website crashed, and the new PV release directly topped the hot search rankings.

The comments below were also refreshing like mad.

”Finally, I’ve seen it! It’s super good!”

”I thought they were just making promises, but I was slapped in the face a few days later. I admit it! Honkai: Star Rail might be the biggest dark horse this year!”

”Himeko’s space railgun is so cool! My little sister cried from how cool it was.”

”So cool, so stunning, so beautiful! Damn, Mihoyo really nailed it! But seriously, can you fix the network?”

”It’s 4:16 PM now, and I still haven’t seen the new PV. Mihoyo is the worst, noted in my little notebook!”

”Waaah, stop chatting, I’m going to die of jealousy!”

After typing a string of tearful words, Li Mengyi’s eyes suddenly brightened.

After continuously refreshing, the page finally loaded.

Li Mengyi eagerly started watching.

The drama of chasing stars.

The dramatic irony.

Just as Pella had speculated.

The three PVs, from shallow to deep.

Completely maximized the emotional value.

When Li Mengyi’s mouth dropped open, it stayed that way until she finished watching Kafka’s PV.

”Holy beans.”

”Have I traveled to the future?”

”Is this 2024? Can current dramas really achieve this?”

Li Mengyi was deeply skeptical of herself.

Not to mention.

Just the quality and special effects.

If someone said this was a top Hollywood blockbuster made with hundreds of millions of dollars this year, she would believe it.

However, the description below the PV clearly stated: ”Honkai: Star Rail is one of the series under the Mihoyo IP.”

”Series.”

”Oh my god.”

”Can’t take it, watching it again.”

Just as Li Mengyi was about to savor it again, she found the webpage had crashed once more.

In her frustration, she could only use her strengths.

While replaying it in her mind, she began writing a long review.

At this time.

Less than half an hour had passed since the release of the three PVs.

While Li Mengyi was writing her review.

Platforms everywhere were almost all discussing the three PVs.

If the short clips only gave people hope, then this PV release was a reassurance.

And that’s with the official website being unhelpful!

An hour later.

When the PVs were released on other platforms.

The view counts exploded!

Each video’s view count was increasing by the hundreds of thousands.

This was achieved without any promotional funds from Xia Wen or Mihoyo.

There was no way around it.

These explosive-quality PVs were like a nuclear bomb, shaking the stagnant state of current entertainment.

The emotions accumulated by the audience over the years were also released thanks to MiHoYo’s super quality.

Layer upon layer.

Ultimately causing a strange phenomenon where, without any statement from the parties involved, the fan base grew crazily.

Top searches on Witter, Weibo hot searches, almost all related to the keywords.

”Himeko’s railgun.”

”Shocking! The truth about the Xianzhou Luofu is actually...”

”The most dangerous and charming woman in history: Kafka!”

”Mihoyo still hasn’t spoken.”

”The mysterious reason for MiHoYo’s rise.”

”When will Honkai: Star Rail air!”

Such hot searches were endless.

There were countless clickbait titles.

In this feast.

Only a few people began to panic.

”Damn it, weren’t we supposed to suppress the hype together?”

”Suppress what?”

”Mihoyo doesn’t play by the rules!”

In an online meeting.

The top three companies led by Zheng An.

AC, AD, LT Entertainments.

The three of them stared at each other.

After their call the other day, they, based on past experience, had already begun to release blackmail articles.

Most of them focused on accusing Mihoyo of promotional fraud from various angles.

However, public opinion also needs time to ferment.

In their minds, they never considered that Mihoyo might have actually finished filming.

They instinctively felt that no one in the country could be so capable to really deliver on their promises.

Yet a few days later.

Their blackmail articles hadn’t even fermented.

Xia Wen directly dropped three PVs.

They were genuinely panicked.

Because they found that the possibilities they had spoken of seemed to be becoming real.

If Xia Wen really brought Honkai: Star Rail to fruition, it would not only be hard for them to eat, but the end result might be even worse!

”Not possible, we need to hit back hard!”

”A few days to create such a huge commotion, I can’t even imagine what will happen a month from now.”

Zheng An felt vaguely anxious.

The other two also nodded in agreement.

”We need to plan carefully and bring in some heavyweight experts!”

Just as Xia Wen said.

It wasn’t Mihoyo that should be panicking, but them.

...

Mihoyo Entertainment.

In the recording studio.

Xia Wen clapped and praised, ”Perfect performance, Miss Robin.”
