Cindor let out a long sigh as she carefully carried the large green bottle over to Silvar.

She crouched beside the unconscious white tiger and muttered, ”Let this be your warning.”

She tilted the bottle and forced the potion down his throat, then quickly jumped back, wings twitching nervously as if the taste might somehow reach her.

”...Never again,” she said quietly.

Not far away, Dahlia was staring straight at Mersha, her expression tense and sharp.

”Alright,” Dahlia said slowly, ”how did you make that potion?”

She crossed her arms. ”And don’t dodge the question. What is its real effect?”

Mersha blinked, then smiled innocently. ”It’s actually pretty simple.”

Dahlia’s eyebrow twitched. ”Nothing you do is ever simple.”

Mersha laughed. ”Okay, okay. It’s a transformation-type elixir.”

She gestured with her hands as she explained. ”You know those potions that temporarily turn humans into beasts, right?”

Dahlia nodded. ”Yeah. They imitate beasts, but they’re crude and unstable.”

”Exactly,” Mersha said. ”Those just copy surface traits.”

Dahlia leaned closer. ”Then how did you imitate me? And how was it that strong?”

Mersha scratched her cheek. ”It’s not as strong as you think, big sister.”

She looked serious for once. ”It worked well because of my unique physique. If someone else drank it, the result would be far weaker.”

Garion folded his arms. ”And the ingredient?”

Mersha glanced at Dahlia, hesitating for a second.

”...I used part of you.”

Dahlia’s eyes narrowed. ”Don’t tell me...”

Mersha quickly waved her hands. ”Not hair! Not blood! Nothing like that!”

She made it clear. ”It was a scale. One that broke off during your fight when you were in Sky Dragon form.”

Dahlia froze.

”...That one?” she asked quietly.

Mersha nodded. ”I mixed it into the base transformation elixir.”

She continued calmly, ”What I made earlier gives five minutes of humanoid Sky Dragon form at about fifty percent of your strength.”

Valtor whistled. ”That’s still insane.”

Mersha raised a finger. ”But the side effects are heavy.”

She counted them out. ”After the transformation, the user can’t move for three hours.”

Everyone winced.

”And,” Mersha added casually, ”the person needs a dragon bloodline.”

She smiled. ”If not, they die.”

The area went completely silent.

For a few breaths, no one spoke.

Then Arden finally broke it, blinking in disbelief. ”...Wait.”

He pointed at Mersha. ”If that potion needs a dragon bloodline, how did you even use it?”

Mersha tilted her head, looking genuinely confused by the question. ”Oh. That?”

She smirked lightly. ”That’s because of my unique physique.”

Everyone groaned at the same time.

”Of course it is,” Dahlia muttered.

Mersha clasped her hands behind her back and explained casually, ”Any potion I make... no matter how crazy the requirements are... I can use it.”

She paused, then added honestly, ”I’ll still suffer side effects, but they’re heavily reduced.”

Garion rubbed his temple. ”So the rules exist. They just don’t apply to you.”

Mersha smiled brightly. ”Exactly!”

Dahlia stared at her for a long moment, then clicked her tongue. ”Your physique is ridiculous.”

Valtor crossed his arms. ”So let me get this straight.”

He looked between them. ”You can make insane elixirs, with impossible conditions, deadly backlash, and horrible taste...”

”And then drink all of them yourself,” Rynor finished.

Rynar shook his head. ”That’s not talent. That’s a crime.”

Clara giggled. ”She’s officially the most dangerous junior sister.”

Several disciples muttered curses under their breath in agreement.

Dahlia exhaled slowly, then looked back at Mersha, her eyes sharp again. ”Then let me ask you this.”

Mersha straightened up. ”Yes, senior sister?”

”If I used that Sky Dragon Transformation Elixir,” Dahlia asked, ”what would happen?”

Mersha didn’t hesitate. ”You’d get stronger.”

”How much stronger?” Dahlia pressed.

Mersha thought for a moment. ”A lot.”

She tilted her head. ”And the side effects would be severely reduced. Almost negligible.”

The disciples froze.

Dahlia narrowed her eyes. ”Because I’m already a Sky Dragon.”

Mersha nodded. ”Perfect compatibility. Your body wouldn’t be forced to adapt... it would just be enhanced.”

Dahlia’s lips slowly curled into a smile.

”...Great.”

Garion raised an eyebrow. ”You’re enjoying this.”

Dahlia turned toward Mersha. ”Then I’ll give you more materials.”

Mersha’s eyes widened. ”You mean...”

”My scales,” Dahlia said calmly. ”The intact ones. Make a more complete version.”

A dangerous excitement lit up Mersha’s face. ”Of course, senior sister.”

”Of course, senior sister,” she said quickly, nodding again and again. ”I’ll make it better. And stronger.”

She stuck out her hand without hesitation, palm open.

Dahlia looked at it for a second. ”...Now?”

Mersha grinned. ”Now. I want to do it as fast as possible.”

Her eyes were shining. ”I’m really hyped right now.”

Dahlia let out a long sigh. ”You’re unbelievable.”

Without another word, her aura shifted.

Scales spread across her skin in a smooth wave, her body growing taller and more defined.

Wings unfolded fully behind her back, horns curving cleanly from her head.

This wasn’t the half-human form she often used.

This was a full humanoid Sky Dragon.

Everyone nearby instinctively stepped back.

Even Garion raised an eyebrow. ”You didn’t need to go that far.”

Dahlia ignored him.

She reached up, grabbed a cluster of shimmering scales along her shoulder, and pulled.

Several scales came free with a sharp sound.

A few shallow wounds appeared, but they were already closing, healing before anyone could react.

She dropped the scales into Mersha’s waiting hand. ”This should be enough.”

Mersha stared at them like they were treasure. ”Perfect.”

Dahlia folded her wings slightly. ”Make it properly.”

Mersha nodded seriously for once. ”I will.”

Then, without another word, she turned and sprinted away toward her lab, clutching the scales tightly.

Valtor watched her go. ”...She didn’t even hesitate.”

Clara laughed nervously. ”Of course she didn’t.”

Dahlia exhaled and let her dragon form fade, returning to normal. ”She’s going to lock herself in there for days.”

Garion shook his head, already turning away. ”That’s fine.”

He waved a hand toward the dorms. ”Everyone go rest. Tomorrow, training resumes.”

He paused and glanced toward Mersha’s lab, lights already flickering inside.

”...And pray she doesn’t blow anything up.”

Dahlia smirked faintly. ”No promises.”
