Infinite Mana In The Apocalypse

Chapter 4177: Death! II

The euphoria that flooded through Ra’Zan’s consciousness was beyond description!

Brilliant obsidian-green light erupted through his form, through the Ape beneath him, spreading across the entire Fold with subtlety that made it invisible to those not already marked.

His fifty trillion complexity instantly doubled!

One hundred trillion, just like that. The Primordial Stone Ape beneath him grew even more terrible, its capability to kill and permeate death elevated beyond previous limitations.

Ra’Zan’s skull tilted back, and his voice rang out with titles that came from somewhere deeper than memory!

”O 9th Infernal Lord! O Tyrannical Lich Emperor! O Demon of the Seven Aeonic Havens! O Seeker of Apocalypse! O True Emperor of Necromancy!” His declaration made several nearby Living Existences stumble despite not being aimed at them.

”I...shall deliver to you a glorious Festival of Death!”

WU! WU! WU!

The promise carried weight that made reality document it, file it away as something that would definitely happen, no matter what forces might try to prevent it.

Below him, the Primordial Stone Ape beat its chest with arms that could shatter concepts, ready to charge toward their first target.

Above them, The Dead continued pouring through tears that multiplied with each passing moment.

And Ra’Zan? Ra’Zan was gloriously in his home element!

The Harvest Festival of Death had bloomed, and with it, Ra’Zan felt purpose crystallize into action.

His flaming gaze turned toward the obsidian Neanderthal, studying it with the particular attention of an artist selecting their canvas.

”I shall give us a nanosecond to handle that,” he said to the Stone Ape beneath him, patting its massive shoulder with skeletal fingers that clicked against stone.

A nanosecond. For beings of their level, it might as well have been an eternity.

”Death is everywhere,” Ra’Zan mused as he prepared to move. ”In the space between heartbeats, in the pause between breaths, in the moment between thought and action. And where death exists, so do I.”

...!

The air was thick with Dead Existential Authority, making distance a mere suggestion.

Ra’Zan took a single step not through space but through death itself...and appeared behind the Neanderthal!

Simultaneously, the Primordial Stone Ape materialized in front, creating a perfect pincer.

Ra’Zan’s enhanced perception, now doubled to one hundred trillion complexity, read the creature like an open book.

Analyzing: Obsidian Neanderthal of Primordial Death

Classification: Dead Existence - Primitive Sovereign

Complexity: 166,000,000,000,000

Primary Authority: Dead Existential Authority

Special Trait: Devolution Field - Reduces complex structures to base components

Weakness: Still checking...

Threat Assessment: Manageable with current parameters

The Primordial Stone Ape roared...a sound that made nearby tears in reality reconsider their stability.

Its newly elevated power of three hundred trillion complexity created shockwaves that served as perfect distraction!

The Neanderthal turned toward the obvious and most powerful threat, raising primitive fists that could unmake concepts through brute force alone.

Behind it, Ra’Zan moved with the silence of endings that hadn’t been noticed yet.

His skull staff materialized in his grip...a weapon that was less object and more concentrated absence. He pushed it forward with gentle certainty, the staff bypassing layers of swirling Dead Existential Authority as if they were merely suggestions.

The moment it touched the Neanderthal’s back, a branding erupted across its form...a flaming skull that bloomed like a flower of consumption.

The mark didn’t burn; it devoured, feeding on the Dead Existential Authority with hunger that transcended physical appetite!

The Neanderthal tried to turn, to fight, but the Stone Ape’s massive arms clamped down in a bear hug that redefined the concept of restraint!

The Ape’s body erupted with its own devouring light...hunger meeting death in an embrace that neither could escape.

”While you are The Dead,” Ra’Zan said conversationally, as if discussing weather while reality writhed, ”we are Dead Existential Inevitabilities. We have death... and Hunger as well. And that, my dear Neanderthal, you cannot match against.”

WAA!

The devouring continued with mechanical precision. Authority flowed from the Neanderthal into its attackers like water finding its level!

The creature’s form began to dim, its primitive features becoming translucent as existence itself was being negotiated away.

”Stop.”

Ra’Zan’s command halted everything.

The Stone Ape released its grip, stepping back as the nearly collapsed Neanderthal swayed but remained standing...barely.

Prompts cascaded before Ra’Zan’s vision:

Successfully hungered and devoured: 40 Trillion Transferable Complexity

Distribution: 15 Trillion to Arch Lich Ra’Zan

15 Trillion to Primordial Stone Ape

10 Trillion to The Early Creature, Osmont

Current Complexity: Ra’Zan - 130 Trillion(Amplified)

...!

The numbers were glorious, but Ra’Zan wasn’t finished. The Neanderthal stood there, unable to move, one push away from perishing...which meant returning in a day, starting the cycle anew.

”No,” Ra’Zan said, his voice carrying the weight of revelation. ”I will not let you or any of the others die. After all, it is not really death since you will come back. That’s not death...that’s just... inconvenience.”

He raised his staff, its tip glowing with purpose that transcended destruction.

”I will use you. I will transform you. You see, I have an ability which allows me to summon Dead Existences. But they would be weak echoes, or I would have to give them portions of my power.” His skull tilted with what might have been disgust. ”And I... do not want to give. In this grand symphony of death, I take!”

HUUM!

The staff plunged into the Neanderthal’s chest with the certainty of fate acknowledging itself.

”So I shall take your existence and transform it as the base. Come! Arise! Summon... The Dead!”

Obsidian smoke erupted, not from the wound but from existence itself acknowledging fundamental change.

The Neanderthal’s massive body trembled, then began breaking down into possibility!

The transformation was neither gentle nor violent; it simply was, with the inevitability of death itself.

From the swirling storm of Dead Existential Authority...

”KAAA!”

A new aura blazed to life, different yet familiar, changed yet recognizable.
