Infinite Mana In The Apocalypse

Chapter 3753: Resistance II

The mountain at the center of the Infiniverse Crucible pulsed.

Not softly.

But with a reverberation so powerful it felt like the breath of Existence itself had caught in its throat.

The Mountain was vast and vibrant, wrapped in a glorious multicolored brilliance shivered beneath the blinding symbol of Infinity spinning in the skies above.

The infinity symbol turned once, twice… then collapsed inward before erupting in a burst of kaleidoscopic light.

And then…

BOOOM!

An eruption.

As if a volcanic eruption was occurring.

It began.

Rain!

WUU!

A rainfall not made of water.

From the Infiniverse Forge gushed a torrent of multicolored rain- each droplet a teardrop of Existence itself.

| True Source Tears of Existence have bloomed in the Infiniverse Crucible.|

| Each droplet increases Complexity Quotient and Purity Quotient by 1 Source Unit (SU) |

| Limit before saturation for every Entity: Upto the mark of 50,000 SU |

…!

From the rain came wonder.

These werenʼt mere enhancements.

They were sacred. Heavy.

Tears of Existence, shed by the very wheelworks that stitched together the True Frequencies of the Infiniverse Wheel of Existence

As they fell from the havens, their descent rang like crystal bells forged from collapsed timelines.

The droplets struck the Crucible ground with no splash- just resonance.

WUU!

A single drop hit the shoulder of a Monad below. The being screamed in exultation.

His form pulsed, Purity and Complexity climbing by a single unit, then another as more drops landed.

And then chaos.

A beautiful, desperate chaos.

The Great Beyonder felt it.

Henry felt it.

Everyone felt a droplet land on them before they saw the Prompt!

Entities surged forward.

Resplendent Monads floated into the sky. Sourcebound Icons opened their arms wide. Constructs, Queens, Paragons—all sought to bathe in the rain.

The Tears were few. Selective.

But each one that landed was salvation. Power.

Noah stood at the center.

Still.

Blue-gold brilliance laced his form. His gaze did not seek the sky. It remained forward. Watching.

He did not move to catch a single droplet.

Because it would not even work for him.

He watched the cascade of True Source Tears of Existence. Watched how their descent changed the reactions of those below. How each entity expressed their weavings differently under the same grace.

And in that moment, Noah felt the whisper of something vast.

In this moment as another one of his bodies was in a perilous situation, he had an epiphany!

HUUM!

He closed his eyes. Not to escape. But to see further.

”Existence is not complex by default,” he whispered. ”It only appears so when one refuses to simplify.”

In his mind, something that the Infiniverse had began to utilize bloomed.

But not in the same manner.

Differently!

Existential Dimensional Lattices.

The mark of a Primarch.

Not a weapon. Not a form. But a method.

A lattice of folded regulations and layered simplicity based on a True Source.

A way to express not just power, but resonance across multiple existential truths one decided of their True Source. It began with a single Truth... your Self.

His Self.

His lineage…True Origin Osmontian Paracausal Lineage!

He reached inward.

And within the golden-blue lines of his being, he imagined a lattice. Not ornate. Not wild.

Just a single, simple pattern.

A spiraling strand folding into itself like an infinity symbol. It looped, stabilized, collapsed, and began again.

It resonated not because of what it was, but because of what it contained.

Everything he was.

His choices.

His pain.

His ascent.

The Lattice formed—not outward, but inward first. Then it expanded, folding into space around him.

The first Existential Dimensional Lattice of his Lineage. A clean one. Pure. Uncomplicated.

Not a show of dominance.

But a demonstration of clarity.

He opened his eyes.

Above him, the rain still fell.

Below, the Crucible roared.

And somewhere, existence shuddered as if it were witnessing the birth of something impossible.

Noah…only felt an inkling of such a sensation as it came and went quickly.

He refocused on himself.

The lattice spun within him.

It did not scream with power. It hummed with clarity.

Noahʼs body sat motionless beneath the golden shimmer of the Infinity Symbol, the multicolored rain of the Infiniverse Forge falling in glimmering arcs around him.

His skin radiated with layered blue gold brilliance of his Lineage and as the Origin Prime Osmontian Infinitum, as the first of many Existential Dimensional Lattices clicked into place inside his being.

It was not like wielding a weapon.

It was like remembering how to breathe.

Each fold of the lattice, each spiral within the golden-blue loop, encoded a part of his Self.

Not just the past. Not just his battles.

But the unbroken line of intent he had carried through his challenges, through the tears, through the crucibles.

Through the [Apeʼs Paradise] Dungeon where he cast fireballs endlessly as an F Rank Hunter.

Through the Beast World.

As a Demon King.

As a Sin.

As a Universal Entity.

As a Cosmic Entity.

Everything…or a part of it, was contained in that Lattice!

This wasnʼt just Complexity or Purity. This was Identity made structure.

He raised his hand.

The lattice pulsed. And space folded around his fingertips—not violently, but subtly. Existence bent, paused, acknowledged him.

Then obeyed.

A prompt shimmered before him.

| You have forged the First Existential Dimensional Lattice of Origin Prime Osmontian Infinitum.|

| Effect: This lattice allows you to stabilize, suppress, or harmonize one foreign True Source of Existence within a 1 light year radius, reducing its Complexity Quotient and Purity Quotient by 3% for as long as the lattice remains focused. |

…!

He exhaled.

A single lattice, and already, it held its own wonders.

But more than that, he understood.

He felt the principle as information flowed into him.

The lattice gave meaning to power, suppressed it, or made it part of him, even if only briefly.

The more he layered lattices upon each other, the more fluent he would become in interacting, suppressing, and overcoming any True Source of Existence. Not just canceling. Rewriting.

What Primarch Eluriah had done to the Witness!

That… was the path to a Primarch.

He envisioned a second lattice.

Not separate, but braided into the first.

And as he began to sketch its pattern inside his being, a second prompt emerged in his vision.

| Warning: Forming additional Existential Dimensional Lattices will begin irreversible Primarch Initiation. Do you wish to proceed? |

A unique prompt that was telling him becoming a Primarch was irreversible.

But why would such a thing need to be reversed?

With sharp eyes, Noah did not hesitate.

”Yes.”

And above, the Infinity Symbol pulsed in answer.

The rain grew heavier. Each drop that touched his skin sank fell off his skin and continued down, his own brilliance and infinite mana feeding the forming lattice with raw clarity.

He closed his eyes, and the world faded.

All that remained...

Was the next pattern.

The next layer.

The next truth.

And his Self, rising toward Primarchy.

And this was only the beginning!

With enough Lattices, he would be able to withstand the Time Sentinels or any other enemies.

He would rewrite their outcomes entirely.

One Lattice at a time.

After the second was done, a third Lattice unfolded.

It wasnʼt rushed.

It wasnʼt forced.

It simply emerged.

A geometric ripple of intent and clarity built from every resonance of his Lineage, now beginning to spread outward. Like a halo spiraling into multidimensional folds, it didnʼt just exist within his form anymore. It entered the Folded Space around him.

This one was different.

The first had defined his Self. The second had connected to him still and remained within him.

The third... revealed what lay beyond them both as its light spread outside!

The third was critical as it caused his entire existence to buzz…before he gained a fantastical glow!

A glow followed by a rousing burst of Existence.

And in the next moment, floods of information came in!

[True Absolute Existential Resistance: Paradoxical Resistance unlocked. +1%]

Noah froze.

Lines of gold and blue hummed along his form as a prompt of breathtaking magnitude bloomed before his eyes, heralding the arrival of something very few in existence had ever touched.

Something he was receiving boundless information about from his Third Existential Dimensional Lattice as it unlocked something heavy- True Absolute Existential Resistance.

True Absolute Existential Resistance!

Something forged not from power alone, but from clarity and resonance, and from the Lattices of understanding crafted within oneʼs True Source.

His existence buzzed as he continued to receive more information.

|After 3 Existential Dimensional Lattices are formed and perfected from a True Source, a connection to one of the 10 Archetypal Truths of Existence would be drawn and they would gain a Resistance.|

…!

Resistance.

Resistance not to an attack. Not to pain.

But to the very nature of all True Sources in that category of Resistance.

Where normal beings perished at the touch of a True Source of Fire...those with a certain True Absolute Existential Resistance would not even burn.

Where timelines collapsed at the whisper of Chronos, those with a certain True Absolute Existential Resistance would remain.

True Absolute Existential Resistances.

Noahʼs weavings burned brightly as his Third Existential Dimensional Lattice gave him all the information regarding them!

|Records of 10 True Absolute Existential Resistances are being received and quantified as follows.|

|1. Paradoxical Resistance| :: Resistance against collapsing contradictions and paradoxical True Sources. (Examples: Paradox, Chaos, Collapse, Fold, Uncertainty…)

|2. Temporal Resistance| :: Resistance against Time-based True Sources and Timeline Interference. (Examples: Time, Chrono, Continuum, Moment…)

|3. Elemental Resistance| :: Resistance against fundamental True Sources of classical elements. (Examples: Fire, Ice, Earth, Wind, Water…)

|4. Conceptual Resistance| :: Resistance against existential concepts turned True Sources. (Examples: Death, Love, Pride, Sloth, Wrath…)

|5. Spiritual Resistance| :: Resistance to True Sources stemming from the abstract. (Examples: Soul, Spirit, Faith…)

|6. Dimensional Resistance| :: Resistance to distortions across Dimensions and Spatial Manipulation. (Examples: Void, Space, Multiversal Collapse…)

|7. Origin Resistance| :: Resistance to ancestral, primal, or fundamental Origin-based True Sources. (Examples: Genesis, Beginning, Ending, Prime…)

|8. Quantum Resistance| :: Resistance to probability, and fluctuating-state True Sources. (Examples: Quantum, Probability, Superposition…)

|9. Emotive Resistance| :: Resistance to True Sources relating to emotional manipulation, madness, despair, and inner collapse. (Examples: Despair, Madness, Fear, Euphoria)

|10. Linguistic / Law Resistance| :: Resistance to Law, Commandment, and True Name-based Sources. (Examples: Law, Order, Oath, Word…)

…!

The overflow of information was heavy.

And there was still more!

|After 3 Lattices successfully formed within a Primarchʼs being, 1% Resistance may manifest with the Primarchʼs Source.|

[You have gained: Paradoxical Resistance +1%.] [Current Lattices Formed: 3.] [Threshold to Next gain of an Unknown Percentage Paradoxical Resistance: 9, 81, 729, 6561, 59,049 Lattices….]

Information filled him in abundance!

About Resistances.

And they were unlike any of the previous mechanics of Resistances he previously knew.

The information of how they worked was made abundantly clear to him!

If for example, someone had 1% Resistance, it did not mean they could Resist 1% damage.

That if someone lesser who did not have a single Lattice of any type dealt damage and it was assigned a Damage Value of 100, only 99 Damage Values go through.

No.

With the wonder of Primarchs of Complexity and Purity and Existential Dimensional Lattices, it meant that out of the 100 Damage Values, not even a single one would pass through!

True Absolute Existential Resistance worked closely connected to Existential Dimensional Lattices as having even 1% Resistance alone put Primarchs above everyone else below them.

The way they could affect true sources, or the damage value, was profoundly elevated with Existential Dimensional Lattices as it put them on another realm of power entirely in how they could distort existance!

So 1% True Absolute Existential Paradoxical Resistance did not mean if a Resplendent Monad had attacked Noah, Noah would be able to resist 1% damage.

He would be able to resist all the damage!

”…”

It was hard and simple to grasp at the same time as there were many variables in place as well!

The rain of True Source Tears of Existence still fell- each drop its own miracle, its own impossible essence.

Noah stood beneath it all, motionless, like a statue carved from blue and gold tyranny. Yet inside him, change bloomed like fire.

He had unlocked the foundation.

Three Existential Dimensional Lattices now pulsed within him as what was complex became easy to understand.

He looked at the blinking wonder of Paradoxical Resistance.

[True Absolute Existential Resistance: Paradoxical Resistance +1%]

The implications were enormous. Not just for power. But for survival.

Noahʼs thoughts ran like lightning, condensing as he tried to truly grasp the principle behind these newly received revelations.

What did Resistance really mean?

He closed his eyes. And imagined.

A being with a single True Source: Fire.

They unleashed their most refined technique against an opponent who had no Existential Dimensional Lattices.

Their Purity Quotient and Complexity Quotient surged, blazing a river of destruction…

100 points of damage. Or rather- 100 points of influence onto the enemyʼs True Source.

And it worked.

It ravaged. It burned.

Now, imagine the same being attacking someone who had formed 3 Lattices.

Just 3 Existential Dimensional Lattices.

Not even about numbers.

But that resonance—the harmonic simplicity those Lattices expressed enabled that defender to form 1% True Absolute Existential Resistance.

One percent.

And now?

None of those 100 points of True Source influence landed.

Not one.

Because True Absolute Existential Resistance didnʼt operate by subtraction.

It operated by denial.

It didnʼt say ”You take less damage.”

It said ”You do not get to affect me.”!

Noah breathed slowly.

The complexity now made simple.

True Absolute Existential Resistance was immunity to the alteration of your weavings.

And the higher it grew…

The more unchangeable your True Source became.

That… that was how Primarchs with high Resistance became untouchable.

If one had 10% Resistance?

It would take an entity with at least 10% matching Resistance and a number of Lattices formed beyond measure to even qualify to alter their weavings fully.

But there were 10 different Resistances.

How did interactions between them work?!

HUUM!

Noahʼs weavings buzzed.

And then…

A whisper of understanding brushed his mind like the edge of a forgotten truth.

Another epiphany- brought by his current Existential Dimensional Lattices!

He saw it.

Not in combat. Not in theory. But in possibility.

He closed his eyes and imagined.

Two figures flickered within the vision his mind constructed- Primarchs, theoretical yet real, formed by the principles of Resistance he was now grasping.

One, surrounded by the delicate geometry of spinning clockwork- a wielder of Time. His Temporal Resistance shone like glass fractals catching sunlight.

Another, breathing in waves of translucent soul-flame, a Primarch of Spirit. She bore the weight of Spiritual Resistance, humming with the frequency of the inner Self.

And when they clashed?

Time met Spirit.

And Noah understood.

Even though Temporal Resistance denied any attempt to unravel the threads of Time- halting rewrites, freezing loops, denying regressions, it did not render the soul immune.

The Spiritual Primarchʼs strike landed.

Not perfectly. Not deeply.

But it landed.

Because Temporal Resistance did not defend against Spirit. It resisted temporal edits of the Self, but not a puncture of the soul.

And vice versa- when the Primarch of Spirit was struck by a wave of temporal collapse meant to regress her essence?

Her Spiritual Resistance pushed back.

Not completely.

But enough.

Noahʼs eyes widened.

”Resistances are focused,” he murmured, ”but they arenʼt absolute walls. Theyʼre directional weavings of protection. When mismatched... effects bleed through. Diminished. Filtered. But not nullified.”

He could see it now- Primarchs wielding unmatched Resistances against others.

A Primarch of Death clashing with one of Space.

A Primarch of Fire attacking one of Madness.

Their Resistances mattered.

But not equally.

It depended on how closely their domains aligned. On how many Lattices had formed. On how deeply each Primarch had carved clarity into their truth.

It wasnʼt only immunity.

It was also matching and anchoring.

And the stronger the anchor, and a heavy a mismatch?

The harder it was to be rewritten.

Noah exhaled softly, the lattice within him thrumming with growing light, his eyes spinning with Wheels of Tyranny!

”I need more,” he whispered. ”More lattices. From…ALL True Sources!”

…!

Yes.

Others…had a single True Source.

Noah had multiple as he…could potentially gain all 10 Resistances!
