My Invincible Defense: Traversing the Endless Worlds

Dou Emperor Xiao Yan raced through the sky. His vast spiritual sense swept outward and quickly locked onto Chen-Awelon.

This time, though, Chen-Awelon did not escape on his seven-colored rainbow horse. He stayed where he was, waiting. He had taken the young Xiao Yan down from the horse and tied him up beside him like a trophy, brazenly flaunting his hostage.

Dou Emperor stopped in midair, facing Chen-Awelon. Heavenly Flames surged around him. The might of a Dou Emperor shook heaven and earth, and an aura of destruction spread in every direction.

Chen-Awelon was close enough for Xiao Yan to crush with a wave of his hand. But with his younger self in Chen-Awelon’s grip, he could not risk making a move.

Under the crushing pressure of the Heavenly Flames, Chen-Awelon stood with his hands behind his back, utterly unafraid. He looked at Xiao Yan with open contempt.

”Is that all the mighty Flame Emperor can do?”

Xiao Yan’s eyes blazed with fury. ”You shameless bastard! Let my younger self go and fight me fair and square!”

Outside the Imaginary World, Finn, Moonbell, Bearmont, Jyan-Tyenhaw, and Sainquartz were watching a live feed from Chen-Awelon’s perspective.

Bearmont shook his head. ”I thought Chen-Awelon had some secret weapon for a fight to the death. Turns out he’s still hiding behind a hostage. What’s the point of acting so tough?”

Chen-Awelon took a bottle of potion from his storage pouch and forced it down young Xiao Yan’s throat. Then he pushed the boy away.

Finally free, young Xiao Yan ran without even wiping the potion from his lips.

”You’ve got guts, giving up your hostage.” Xiao Yan sneered. A blue-green fire lotus bloomed in his palm. ”I like a man who’s eager to die. Now die!”

Outside the Imaginary World, all five watchers went rigid.

They recognized the potion Chen-Awelon had just fed young Xiao Yan. It was one of the Spacetime Destruction Bureau’s weapons: a sex-change potion!

Young Xiao Yan stumbled and fell. His body began to change. His features softened, his skin became fair and smooth as if someone had painted over it with correction fluid, and his waist grew slender. In moments, he had become a delicate young girl.

”What have you done?!” Dou Emperor Xiao Yan cried from above, his eyes blazing with shock and rage.

Chen-Awelon burst out laughing. ”Let’s see how pretty you turn out as a woman, Dou Emperor Xiao Yan! Then I’ll decide whether you’re worthy of joining my harem!”

In an instant, spacetime twisted. Yin and yang reversed, and the timeline began to slip out of alignment.

Everything blurred into chaos. A moment later, the timeline snapped back into place along a new course. The handsome, imposing Xiao Yan who had hovered in the sky was now a peerless beauty.

”Holy shit! Chen-Awelon’s a goddamn genius!” Bearmont’s eyes nearly popped out of his head.

”So that’s it! You don’t beat an enemy by killing them. You turn them into a woman and add them to your harem! Master, I see the truth! I finally see it!”

Jyan-Tyenhaw clasped his hands together and shrieked with joy at having grasped a fundamental truth of the universe.

Inside the Battle Through the Heavens Imaginary World, Chen-Awelon smiled up at the gorgeous woman in the sky. ”Come on, gorgeous. Let me take you somewhere fun. We can have a nice, intimate exchange.”

Chen-Awelon was handsome and dignified, with the upright, righteous face of a proper gentleman. He had plenty of confidence in his looks.

Xiao Yan drew her brows together. ”You lecher! How dare you speak to me like that! My darlings, someone’s bullying me!”

No sooner had she spoken than spacetime rippled around them. Hundreds of figures crossed through it and surrounded Chen-Awelon.

Every one of them was a man. Every one of them was a Dou Emperor. By a rough count, there were five hundred.

They were all strikingly handsome, each with his own appeal: cold and aloof heartthrobs, wicked young lords, scholarly gentlemen, mature older men, brawny tough guys, sweet-faced boys, delicate young men... Every kind of handsome man imaginable was there.

A reverse harem.

Chen-Awelon stared in shock.

A harem was one man with many women. A reverse harem was one woman with many men.

Even after becoming a girl, Xiao Yan had kept her overpowered-protagonist instincts. She had gone further than ever, gathering five hundred Dou Emperors into her reverse harem!

”My darlings, this creep tried to take advantage of me,” Xiao Yan said sweetly. Even the slight furrow of her brows was captivating.

The five hundred Dou Emperors bristled. They closed around Chen-Awelon, glaring at him with enough fury to burn a thousand holes through his body.

Surrounded by five hundred Dou Emperors, he couldn’t escape even on his seven-colored rainbow horse.

”Have mercy! Please, guys, have mercy! I didn’t mean it!” Chen-Awelon begged, his face crumpling.

”Killing you would be too easy.”

A muscular Dou Emperor looked Chen-Awelon up and down, lingering on his handsome face. He licked his lips.

”Some of the guys and I are bisexual. We adore our Xiao Yan, but we appreciate a pretty boy like you, too. Why don’t you submit to her? You can spend your days serving us however we like.”

”No! Don’t! Please!” Chen-Awelon shouted in terror. ”Save me! Get me out of the Imaginary World!”

He was calling to the people outside, hoping they would pull him out by force. But extraction took time. If a Dou Emperor noticed, they could interrupt the process and even sever the transfer of his consciousness.

Chen-Awelon no longer cared. He was willing to risk damage to his mind if it meant getting out immediately.

”I want to see Flex King get fucked in the ass,” Sainquartz said bluntly from outside the Imaginary World.

”Me too,” Jyan-Tyenhaw agreed.

Moonbell nodded. ”Let’s vote. Hands up if you want to see it.”

Bearmont, Jyan-Tyenhaw, Sainquartz, and Moonbell all raised their hands. Finn did not.

”Motion passed,” Moonbell said. She made no move to extract Chen-Awelon.

Finn thought Chen-Awelon showed off too much, but he didn’t think the man deserved this.

It helped that Finn was immune to Chen-Awelon’s IQ Suppression Aura and Mockery Aura. He had never developed much of a grudge against him. Moonbell, Bearmont, and the others had suffered under those auras often enough. Now that they had a chance to watch Chen-Awelon make a fool of himself, they were ready to settle in with snacks and enjoy the show.

”Help!” Chen-Awelon screamed in despair.

”Record it. Put it on the Myriad Realms Network,” Bearmont said, turning on the video recorder.

One of the Dou Emperors patted Chen-Awelon on the back. ”Come here. Let’s see if everything’s developed properly!”

Chen-Awelon’s face went ashen. This was a matter of survival now.

What could he do? What could he do? His mind raced through one plan after another.

”To hell with it!” Chen-Awelon yelled. He pulled another sex-change potion from his storage pouch and gulped it down.

In less than a second, Chen-Awelon became a woman. She had a stunning face, a seductive air, and a graceful, curvaceous figure.

All five hundred Dou Emperors might be men, but they would never make a move on her now. Doing so would mean cheating on their beloved Xiao Yan.

”Holy shit. That’s one ruthless bastard,” Bearmont said, unable to hide his admiration.

”One more for the harem shortlist,” Jyan-Tyenhaw said solemnly, staring at Chen-Awelon’s beautiful face.

”My eyes are burning!” Moonbell covered them and turned away from the screen.

”What a shame,” Sainquartz sighed, disappointed that he wouldn’t get to see Flex King fucked in the ass.

Finn, meanwhile, remained perfectly calm, as if he had seen far stranger things.
