My Invincible Defense: Traversing the Endless Worlds

“Cool Prophet pissed into a bottle of Nuka-Cola and called it a new product—Yellow Nuka-Cola.

“My god, I still can’t believe it. Wasting pure water on this useless drink was bad enough, but he actually went and pissed in the cola! The worst part is, people bought it, drank it without tasting anything off, and even said it was good!”

Finn: “……”

Congreve covered his eyes with his withered palm and sighed. “Have you seen that nuclear bomb model out in the square?”

“Seen it,” Finn nodded.

“Cool Prophet ordered that nuclear bomb model built. Then he rounded up five hundred people and made them worship it. He wanted to start a religion devoted to the atom bomb, called the Children of Atom.

“So, for no reason at all, a whole group of people had this faith forced on them, praying to the nuclear bomb model three times a day.

“Cool Prophet even designed the flag for the Children of Atom and led them to attack the Radiant Path, kicking off a religious war against them.

“We all thought Cool Prophet must’ve lost his mind to pull off so many insane stunts.”

Finn thought to himself: Radiant Path versus the Children of Atom—a wasteland version of medieval religious wars. Gotta say, that actually sounded pretty interesting.

“Fortunately, Cool Prophet’s Children of Atom army was no match for the Radiant Path. He got routed, lost three or four hundred men, and fled back to Refuge City in disgrace. He never brought up religious war again after that.”

“Cool Prophet also wanted to use precious nuclear fission batteries to build power armor—basically wearable tin-can armor. We all opposed it, so Cool Prophet reluctantly agreed not to make power armor and to modify armored vehicles instead.”

Finn now had a pretty good picture. Cool Prophet was definitely a transmigrator from another world! Maybe even a Celestial Sojourner.

Cool Prophet was a Fallout player who was dead set on reshaping the wasteland into his perfect vision, and it had turned into one big joke.

“You know what the most ridiculous thing Cool Prophet ever did?” Congreve smiled, eyes full of amusement as he reminisced.

“What?” Finn asked.

“Cool Prophet had tunnels dug underground and built sealed structures called Vaults, stocking them with tons of water and food. He also wanted to run an experiment with 999 women and one man living inside a Vault for ten years without being allowed to come out!”

“999 women and one man!” Finn couldn’t help but click his tongue. That was crazy enough.

“To satisfy Cool Prophet’s insane idea, we finally managed to gather 999 women and send them down into the underground Vault.” Congreve chuckled. “Guess who that lucky man was?”

“Who?”

“Cool Prophet himself, of course!” Congreve grinned widely, revealing his missing back teeth.

“So what was the result of that experiment?” Finn asked with interest.

“On the seventh day, the sturdy iron door of the Vault was opened. Cool Prophet crawled out from inside, sallow-faced and noticeably thinner. As he crawled along, he was crying:

‘There’s really nothing left, not a single drop. Please, let me go.’”

“Drained dry? Hahahahaha!” Finn and Congreve threw their heads back and laughed together. This Cool Prophet was way too entertaining.

Cool Prophet was really weak. Finn couldn’t help thinking that if it had been him locked inside, he would never have collapsed in just seven days.

Congreve went on to share many more stories about Cool Prophet’s antics from back then—using mutated cockroach muscle protein to make RadAway, trying to replace dollars with bottle caps, and so on.

He half-closed his eyes, reminiscing about the past. The anger had long faded from his aged face; the deep, carved wrinkles had relaxed, and a smile lingered at the corners of his mouth.

“Even though we all agreed Cool Prophet’s brain wasn’t right, there’s no denying that all the advanced technology we have now came from him. He was the great man who founded Ironatom,” Congreve concluded.

Finn nodded in agreement. Cool Prophet was undoubtedly a transmigrator—maybe even a fellow Earthling like himself. How had he ended up on this wasteland continent, and why had he suddenly disappeared?

What was inside the black iron box he’d left behind? Finn found himself growing more and more curious.

“Could I take a look at the black iron box he left behind?” Finn asked tentatively. Maybe he could open the mysterious box and see what was inside.

“Of course,” Congreve agreed. He and Finn had been talking happily, and the mood between them was warm, so he agreed without hesitation.

“Then can we go now? Is it at the Cool Prophet Relics Exhibition Hall?” Finn was eager.

Congreve rubbed his sparsely white-haired head and said apologetically, “The black iron box is Ironatom’s most important asset. I don’t have the authority to decide on my own. We’ll need to hold a high-level meeting and have everyone vote on it. I’ll contact them and arrange the meeting for tonight. You can see the black iron box tomorrow.”

He smiled and added, “As for opening the black iron box, there’s no point in trying. We haven’t found the correct password in decades. You definitely won’t be able to either.”

“Won’t know until I try,” Finn replied with a slight smile. Even if he couldn’t open it himself, he could take it to the Spacetime Destruction Bureau. To them, even the strongest lock would be no different from scrap paper. Breaking locks and defenses was their specialty.

…

Finn returned to Benson’s auto repair shop. Lambert was extremely attentive, having prepared fine wine and meat to entertain him. Dinner was lavish: perfectly seared wild bison steak, protein-rich boiled fly maggots, sweet and delicious oatmeal milk porridge, and fried vulture legs.

Finn didn’t hold back and ate heartily. Afterward, he returned to his bedroom, sat cross-legged on the bed, and calmed his mind to cultivate while waiting for the chance to open the black iron box tomorrow.

If he could confirm something extremely valuable was inside, even if he couldn’t open it himself, Finn would find a way to take the box back to the Spacetime Destruction Bureau so his companions could handle it.

There was no helping it—his curiosity had been piqued. If it went unsatisfied, it would feel like an itch he couldn’t scratch.

But Cool Prophet’s combat strength hadn’t been high. According to Congreve, he had launched multiple campaigns against the Radiant Path, only to be routed every time.

If Cool Prophet’s power was lacking, then whatever precious items he left behind probably wouldn’t be very useful to Finn. Still, he had to open the box to know for sure.

In Black Mountain, Finn had fought the Radiant Path a few times and hadn’t sensed anything particularly special about them.

It was strange that Cool Prophet, a transmigrator with advanced technology, had lost to them. Maybe the Radiant Path hadn’t shown their real strength yet? Finn made a mental note to stay cautious.

Click.

The sound of the door lock opening broke his thoughts.

“Who’s there?” Finn looked warily at the bedroom door. He had locked it himself—without a key, it shouldn’t have been possible to open.

The visitor wasn’t a stranger. It was Sylvia Benson.

This flashy little delinquent had a flirtatious glint in her eyes. Her silky gray hair, smooth as satin, spilled over her shoulders. She wore only a sky-blue ultra-short skirt and a tight, low-cut T-shirt that revealed her pale, deep cleavage.

She reached back and locked the bedroom door. With full, slender legs like those of a sexy she-leopard, she walked toward Finn with cat-like grace.

“What do you want?” Finn jumped off the bed, muscles tensing as he began circulating Profound Energy through his body.

He was certain now—this little delinquent wasn’t a mutant. She had come alone, unarmed, and Finn couldn’t figure out what she was after.

“I want to see what a Tier 5 Vanguard is capable of.” Sylvia’s gaze drifted, her face flushed. She stepped closer and closer to Finn.

Suddenly Finn reached out, grabbed her, and twisted her arms behind her back. He pressed her face-down onto the bed, his knee pinning her slender waist so she couldn’t move.

Then he began a thorough full-body search, checking to make sure she wasn’t hiding any weapons.

His hands moved like snakes across Sylvia’s body, gliding over every inch of her elastic skin.

Finally his hand slid between her inner thighs. His fingers probed into her most intimate place, finding only wetness and nothing else.

The search was complete. No weapons.

“You… you’re bullying me! You’re a Tier 5 Vanguard picking on an ordinary person!” Sylvia was both angry and embarrassed, her cheeks so red they looked ready to bleed.

Finn released his hold, flipped her over, then removed his own clothes. Like a powerful male lion, he pounced on the beautiful she-leopard.

Heat flared between them like wildfire. Finn’s mouth devoured Sylvia’s, tongues tangling, while his large hands slid beneath the hem of her tight T-shirt.

With a single, decisive tug he took off Sylvia’s clothes. Her pale breasts spilled free, full and flushed, nipples already tight from the cool air and rising excitement.

Finn’s palms returned to her bare chest. He fondled and rubbed her breasts, cupping the soft weight, thumbs circling and rubbing over her sensitive nipples until she arched beneath him with a soft, needy sound.

Sylvia’s legs parted wider on their own. Finn shifted lower, the thick head of his cock nudging her slick entrance—still wet and sensitive from the thorough search he had given her earlier. He pushed forward in one smooth, powerful thrust, burying himself to the hilt inside her tight heat.

A gasp tore from Sylvia’s throat. Finn began fucking her with deep, steady strokes. One of his hands stayed on her breast the entire time. The other hand gripped her slender waist, holding her in place as he took her.

Sylvia’s legs wrapped high around his back, pulling him deeper. Her silky gray hair spilled across the pillow as her head tipped back. Low, helpless moans spilled from her lips with every thrust.

Finn fucked her harder, the bed creaking beneath them. Her breasts bounced softly under his rubbing palm; he never stopped touching them, never stopped rubbing and squeezing while his cock pistoned in and out of her.

Pleasure coiled tight and fast inside Sylvia. Her inner walls fluttered, then clamped down.

Her back arched violently off the bed. A sharp cry escaped her as her first orgasm—her pussy pulsing and squeezing rhythmically around his thick cock. Her thighs trembled around his waist, toes curling. The waves of white-hot pleasure rolling through her body in unstoppable spasms.

However, for Finn, this was only the beginning.
