Chaotic Sword God

Chapter 3536: Destroying the Four Organisations (2)

The colossal vine obviously came from the Immortal Devouring Orchid.

The Immortal Devouring Orchid’s strength had already reached the Ninth Heavenly Layer of Immortal Emperor. If it were willing, it could cover the entire Sword Region of Violet Heavens with its body.

As a result, although the Immortal Devouring Orchid’s main body remained in the Sword Sect of Violet Heavens, it had directly extended a tendril into the Immortal Sect of Sword Control.

Under the Immortal Devouring Orchid’s attack, the defensive formation that the Immortal Sect of Sword Control took pride in, known to be impenetrable, was directly ripped open.

Immediately, the entire Immortal Sect of Sword Control was completely exposed.

Shortly afterwards, the immortal vessel from the Sword Sect of Violet Heavens glided in slowly. Elder Nong and Chen Shuzhi stood on the deck. Elder Nong’s eyes were cold, filled with intense hatred and resentment.

On the other hand, Chen Shuzhi’s expression was mixed. He stood on the deck silently. Who knew what he was thinking.

“Kill them all, disciples of the Sword Sect of Violet Heavens!”

With elder Nong’s order, the several hundred disciples gathered on the immortal vessel flew out. They shot towards the disciples of the Immortal Sect of Sword Control as colourful streaks of light.

Elder Nong did not idle around either. He directly brought out the stone golem and made the stone golem charge at the front.

There were only around five hundred disciples from the Sword Sect of Violet Heavens, while the Immortal Sect of Sword Control had over a hundred thousand. From numbers alone, this was a difference that could not be made up for, even with strength out of the picture.

If strength was taken into account, then there were only around twenty or thirty Nine-heavenly Xuan Immortal core disciples from the Sword Sect of Violet Heavens. They had around a hundred Xuan Immortals and two hundred Daluo Golden Immortals and Golden Immortals each.

On the other hand, just the Nine-heavenly Xuan Immortals from the Immortal Sect of Sword Control outnumbered the Sword Sect of Violet Heavens’ Nine-heavenly Xuan Immortals ten to one. They obviously had even more Xuan Immortals, Daluo Golden Immortals, and Golden Immortals.

If they really ended up clashing, the Immortal Sect of Sword Control definitely could not be shaken by the Sword Sect of Violet Heavens even after losing their ancestor.

However, elder Nong was clearly familiar with the weaknesses of the Sword Sect of Violet Heavens, which was why he took appropriate measures when he arrived. He used the stone golem to open a path at the front, specially targeting the Nine-heavenly Xuan Immortals of the Immortal Sect of Sword Control, while the disciples of the Sword Sect of Violet Heavens all followed behind the stone golem.

Immediately, the stone golem led a small squad of around five hundred people, killing their way past the disciples of the Immortal Sect of Sword Control.

For a moment, war cries filled the entire Immortal Sect of Sword Control. The dense sword Qi criss-crossed through the sky, forming a raging storm.

“Kill them! Kill everyone from the Sword Sect of Violet Heavens! Avenge the ancestor!”

There were also disciples of the Immortal Sect of Sword Control letting out deafening roars, also charging towards the disciples of the Sword Sect of Violet Heavens as they saw red.

However, before they could even approach the disciples of the Sword Sect of Violet Heavens, a giant hand shot over with lightning speed. Wherever it passed by, all the disciples of the Immortal Sect of Sword Control were knocked away as they coughed up blood.

As they flew backwards, many of them began to crumble. Their bodies were completely destroyed, ending their lives for good.

That was the stone golem’s attack. The stone golem was powered by five-coloured immortal crystals. Every attack it launched was completely on par with early Immortal Emperors. Every punch it threw affected an entire area. It could clear out an entire region of people.

And this was the effect of the stone golem intentionally holding back. Otherwise, if it really erupted with its full strength as an Immortal Emperor, the entire Immortal Sect of Sword Control would be annihilated in a few seconds.

Even the indirect impact of attacks from true Immortal Emperors was devastating to all Nine-heavenly Xuan Immortals.

The battle between the Sword Sect of Violet Heavens and the Immortal Sect of Sword Control was one of trumping numbers with strength.

The Nine-heavenly Xuan Immortals of the Immortal Sect of Sword Control became the primary targets of the stone golem, while the Nine-heavenly Xuan Immortals of the Sword Sect of Violet Heavens targeted Xuan Immortals that were an entire realm of cultivation beneath them.

The Xuan Immortals from the Sword Sect of Violet Heavens specially challenged the Daluo Golden Immortals of the Immortal Sect of Sword Control.

In short, the disciples of the Sword Sect of Violet Heavens always fought opponents weaker than them in the battle against the Immortal Sect of Sword Control.

Elder Nong had specially instructed them to do this. After all, in terms of quality, the disciples of the Immortal Sect of Sword Control were definitely stronger. They had recruited many talented disciples over the years.

Meanwhile, it was not an exaggeration at all to describe the talent of the disciples recruited by the Sword Sect of Violet Heavens in the recent years as lacklustre.

As a result, to reduce their casualties, elder Nong forbade them from clashing with disciples of the same level from the Immortal Sect of Sword Control.

In the air, the sect master of the Sword Sect of Violet Heavens stared at the brutal battle below without any expression. He sighed. “The stone golem alone could easily destroy the Immortal Sect of Sword Control. Having the disciples participate is truly a little unnecessary.”

Chen Shuzhi clearly was not particularly happy with elder Nong’s method of approaching this.

“Perhaps the sect master doesn’t possess any particularly strong hatred towards the four organisations, but that doesn’t mean the disciples of the Sword Sect of Violet Heavens share the same sentiment. Over the years, our Sword Sect of Violet Heavens has been oppressed by the four organisations again and again. Many of our disciples have become pent up with anger a long time ago. As a matter of fact, many of our disciples have already accumulated an intense level of hatred and fury. Now that the opportunity has appeared, we obviously have to let them vent properly,” elder Nong replied indifferently. He made no attempt to hide his contempt towards Chen Shuzhi.

Before they knew it, the disagreement between elder Nong and Chen Shuzhi grew wider and wider.

Battle cries rang out in the Immortal Sect of Sword Control. The stone golem charged in the front, leading the disciples of the Sword Sect of Violet Heavens on a rampage. Wherever it went, blood and flesh flew everywhere, leaving behind a trail of corpses. The disciples of the Immortal Sect of Sword Control perished in swathes.

Crushed by the stone golem, the disciples of the Immortal Sect of Sword Control only lasted for a very short while. Everyone’s morale collapsed. Faced with the undefeatable stone golem, the disciples of the Immortal Sect of Sword Control who had still been filled with righteous indignation and hot-bloodedness a moment before began to flee in all directions in despair.

Immediately, the Immortal Sect of Sword Control suffered a tremendous defeat. Even with over a hundred thousand disciples, they seemed so feeble right now.

“Qiu Jian, hahahaha, never did you think that your Immortal Sect of Sword Control would have a day like this!”

“Oh my, isn’t it the famous Qiu Jian? When we were recruiting disciples, you had made yourself the star of the show. You didn’t take our Sword Sect of Violet Heavens seriously at all.”

“Qiu Jian, what are you waiting for? Drop down to your knees. Do you think you can still stand and talk here?”

……

…

At this moment, a great roar of laughter rang out from the battlefield. A few core disciples of the Sword Sect of Violet Heavens surrounded a Nine-heavenly Xuan Immortal disciple of the Immortal Sect of Sword Control. Their eyes shone coldly.

The surrounded disciple of the Immortal Sect of Sword Control was Qiu Jian, the same person who had forcefully taken away disciples with nine stars of talent from the Sword Sect of Violet Heavens when they were recruited disciples.

Back then, Qiu Jian had demonstrated as much arrogance as he could outside the Sword Sect of Violet Heavens. He was as haughty as they came.

But now, he was kneeling on his feet and shivering all over. He had turned pale from fright. His eyes were filled with despair and a sense of fear as he faced death.
