Chapter 358: Chapter 358: Smash the Auction Chapter 358: Chapter 358: Smash the Auction Wu Yu Mountain didn’t mention initially that someone had reserved the Blood Jade Bodhi.

In other words, Feng Wuchen and his group were the first to decide to buy it.

After making his rounds, Wu Yu Mountain had the audacity to say it was reserved by someone else, an excuse no consumer would accept.

Feng Wuchen had seen through him, Wu Yu Mountain preferred to appease that honored guest, treating the four of them as if they didn’t matter in the least.

Although Wu Yu Mountain was superficially polite, interests clearly came first for him.

“Indeed, someone has reserved it, my apologies for not having made that clear,” Wu Yu Mountain said with feigned difficulty, a hint of disdain flashing in his eyes.

Four young people coming up with seven hundred billion Gold Coins? Wu Yu Mountain didn’t believe it for a moment.

Feng Wuchen’s expression turned slightly icy as he said, “You, as the manager of the auction house, claim there are things you don’t know about? Precious treasures must pass through your hands, so how could you be unaware? Do you take us for three-year-old children?”

“It’s true that the Blood Jade Bodhi has been reserved. If the young brother doesn’t require anything else, then I won’t disturb you any further,” Wu Yu Mountain said and turned, about to leave with the treasure box containing the Blood Jade Bodhi.

A swift move from Feng Wuchen blocked Wu Yu Mountain’s path as he said, with a chilly tone, “I decided to buy the Blood Jade Bodhi first, and now you’re selling it to someone else. Unless you give me an explanation that I can accept, I’ll wreck the auction house and draw out the Elders.”

At these words, Wu Yu Mountain’s complexion turned unsightly as he said in a deep voice, “My young friend, I advise you not to make a scene here, or you may not leave with your life.”

Feng Wuchen replied coldly, “Are you threatening me?”

“The Blood Jade Bodhi was our decision to buy first, yet you sold it to someone else. It’s your mistake, and now you say we’re making trouble?” Liu Qingyang replied with a frosty tone.

Wu Yu Mountain’s expression turned dark as he said, “Do you even have seven hundred billion Gold Coins? I don’t mind telling you that the Blood Jade Bodhi has been reserved by the Young Master of the Yun family from Xingjie City. Do you know who the Young Master Yun is? The top talent of Xingjie City, he’s in urgent need of this Blood Jade Bodhi to break through to the Heavenly Human Realm.”

“I don’t care who he is; I decided to buy the Blood Jade Bodhi first, you have to sell it to me!” Feng Wuchen replied coldly, without backing down.

“Hmph! You’re seeking death. Who in Xingjie City would dare to offend Young Master Yun? With his talent, he’s one of the rare few in the entire Wuji Domain! You’d best not bite off more than you can chew,” Wu Yu Mountain scoffed.

As tensions grew, the servant girl who had welcomed Feng Wuchen earlier started to panic.

“Manager Wu, he is an Alchemist,” the servant girl whispered urgently, worried that things might escalate.

“Shut up! It’s none of your business!” Wu Yu Mountain snapped harshly, brushing her aside as if he hadn’t heard her clearly.

While Wu Yu Mountain was indeed at the Ninth Level of the Tianyuan Realm, he dared not lay hands on a patron within the auction house–that was a rule of the auction house.

“Whether or not we’re seeking death is none of your concern. I will give you seven hundred billion Gold Coins; leave the Blood Jade Bodhi behind!” Feng Wuchen stated icily, his resolve unshaken by the identity of the person who had made the reservation.

If it were in the past, Feng Wuchen might have hesitated, but now he didn’t take the Yun family seriously at all.

Besides, Feng Wuchen had done no wrong to the Young Master of the Yun family–he merely wanted to buy the Blood Jade Bodhi.

Isn’t there an order of precedence when it comes to buying something?

“Ungrateful fools! Someone, throw these troublemakers out of the auction house!” Wu Yu Mountain bellowed in anger.

Indeed Wu Yu Mountain dared not act himself, but if someone was causing trouble in the auction house, it was a different matter.

Wu Yu Mountain resolutely pinned the blame on the four, claiming they were the ones causing trouble.

Upon hearing Wu Yu Mountain’s roar, about a dozen of the auction house’s guards rushed over, drawing the attention of many in the spacious auction hall.

“Who has such audacity to cause trouble in the auction house? This is the first I’ve heard of such a thing.”

“Isn’t that Manager Wu’s voice? Someone is making trouble?”

“It’s rare indeed. I haven’t heard of anyone daring to make a scene in an auction house in Xingjie, acting as if they’re the Young Master of the Zhang family or the Young Pavilion Master of the Immortal Tool Pavilion.”

For a moment, in the auction hall, the gazes of many powerful individuals swept over.

“Throw those four out for me!” Wu Yu Mountain ordered the guards loudly.

The dozen guards charged forward, their cultivation levels not weak at all, each at the Tianyuan Realm level, showing the strength of the auction house.

“Qingyang! Qingqing! Xiao Xiao! Smash it!” Feng Wuchen yelled fiercely, clenching his fists without hesitation and charging towards the dozen or so guards.

“Alright!” Liu Qingyang exclaimed excitedly, channeling his True Yuan and randomly bombarding the shelves in the auction house.

Miao Qingqing and Ling Xiaoxiao were not idle either, joining in the ruckus, channeling their True Yuan and starting to cause destruction.

Although it was the first time for Miao Qingqing and Ling Xiaoxiao to do something like this, they seemed to find it exhilarating!

“Boom! Boom! Boom!”

Simultaneously, Feng Wuchen moved as fast as lightning, striking with terrible speed. After a few flashes, all of the guards were sent flying, crashing into the shelves around the auction house.

“That kid’s strength is no joke. Without even channeling True Yuan, he sent a dozen guards flying in just a couple of blows!”

“Quite the nerve to stir up trouble in the auction house! This kid is unlikely to live much longer!”

“These four are unfamiliar faces; never seen them before, yet bold enough to strike in the auction house. Could they be of significant standing?”

“Significant standing? Apart from the geniuses of the Zhang family and the Immortal Tool Pavilion, who in the Wuji Domain dares to create chaos in the auction house? Not even the Young Sect Master of the Tiandao Sect has such nerve!”

In the hall, numerous cultivators whispered among themselves.

“`

“Outrageous! Slaughter them for me!” Wu Yu Mountain roared furiously, his killing intent reaching the sky.

More and more guards rushed in, but their levels were not as strong, all of them merely at the Yuandan Realm and utterly incapable of stopping Feng Wuchen.

One came flying at him, Feng Wuchen sent one flying; two came at him, two were sent flying.

Liu Qingyang and his two companions were just smashing away, viciously smashing!

In a matter of minutes, the auction hall was in total disarray, with treasures scattered all over the floor.

The many cultivators in the hall were dumbfounded. Just how big was the courage of Feng Wuchen and his group?

“All a bunch of good-for-nothings!” Wu Yu Mountain bellowed, his face twisted with rage, unable to contain himself anymore.

The furiously angry Wu Yu Mountain, with a fierce glare locking on Feng Wuchen, instantly flashed towards him, bristling with killing intent.

“Instantaneous movement!”

“Whoosh whoosh whoosh!”

“Boom boom boom!”

Feng Wuchen knew he was no match for Wu Yu Mountain, decisively using instantaneous movement, his figure mysteriously and magically disappearing, reappearing, then disappearing and reappearing again, sending a swath of guards flying.

With the mysterious and magical instantaneous movement, Wu Yu Mountain simply had no way to deal with Feng Wuchen, angering him to the point of almost exploding.

In less than five minutes, the auction hall had been destroyed beyond recognition, with many precious treasures ruined.

“Stop!” A hoarse and authoritative angry shout suddenly resounded in the hall, like thunder, scaring everyone to tremble with fear.

A white-robed elder flashed into appearance, his extremely terrifying aura sweeping forth, suppressing the whole scene, almost suffocating everyone present.

The Heavenly Human Realm Eightfold!

With the elder’s arrival, the whole place instantly quieted down.

Feng Wuchen ceased his attack, Liu Qingyang and the other two stopped smashing things, and all eyes turned to the elder.

“Second Elder! You came just in time; these four are causing chaos at the auction!” Wu Yu Mountain, upon seeing the elder, joyously pointed at Feng Wuchen and the others and yelled angrily.

The elder was none other than the Second Elder of the Immortal Tool Pavilion, Nie Fengyun, with Heavenly Human Realm Eightfold cultivation, and also a Sixth Grade Alchemist!

Nie Fengyun held considerable prestige within the Wuji Domain, and as a Sixth-Grade Alchemist, his sublime status was revered by all.

Looking at the ruined state of the auction hall, Nie Fengyun’s old face darkened with rage, seething with fury.

His deep and terrifying gaze swept towards Feng Wuchen. Nie Fengyun said darkly, “You have some nerve! How dare you smash and wreck so many treasures at the auction!”

“Boom!”

Upon hearing Nie Fengyun’s words, Feng Wuchen without hesitation launched a palm strike across the air, with a boom, destroying another display rack.

This is what it means to be wild! Feng Wuchen exemplified it!

Feng Wuchen had the audacity to destroy the precious treasures on the display rack right in front of the Immortal Tool Pavilion’s Second Elder!

Many of the strong figures in the entire auction hall were stunned by Feng Wuchen’s bold move, each of them dumbstruck.

None of them knew where Feng Wuchen got the courage to act in front of Nie Fengyun. Was the courage given by Fish Leong even enough?

“You should ask the auction’s manager first,” Feng Wuchen said indifferently, showing no fear of Nie Fengyun.

Seeing Feng Wuchen so confident and unafraid of him, the Second Elder of the auction, Nie Fengyun’s brows furrowed slightly.

Feng Wuchen did not seem like a fool.

“Second Elder, they wanted to buy the Blood Jade Bodhi, but the Blood Jade Bodhi has already been reserved by Young Master Yun. No matter what I said, they were unwilling to listen, and they clearly couldn’t come up with seventy billion Gold Coins. Clearly, they came to create trouble. That’s why I called people to blast them out, and then they started smashing things!” Wu Yu Mountain hurriedly explained, growing more angry as he spoke.

Liu Qingyang said coldly, “When we wanted to buy it, you didn’t say it was reserved. When buying something, isn’t it common to respect first come, first served? As the auction’s manager, you don’t even know this? You still call yourself a manager? It is a letdown that this is the largest auction house in the Wuji Domain.”

“Even if Manager Wu is at fault, you shouldn’t have smashed the treasures of the auction! You have broken the rules of the auction house!” Nie Fengyun shouted angrily, clearly standing up for his own!

Upon hearing this, Feng Wuchen replied coldly, “Doesn’t the Wuji Auction House have a rule of first come, first served? If not, then fine. Since the Blood Jade Bodhi has been reserved by someone else and the auction house doesn’t have a first-come, first-served rule, then I am now getting in line to buy after him!”

With a cold gaze sweeping towards Nie Fengyun, Feng Wuchen asked, “Right, Second Elder? Who do you plan to sell to? Are you going to sell to Yun Chong, the number one genius of Xingjie City, or are you going to sell to me?”

Feng Wuchen’s audacious stance, utterly disregarding Nie Fengyun, sent a wave of panic through the onlookers.

“This kid is simply seeking death!” Everyone thought to themselves.

“Humph! Of course, I’m selling to Young Master Yun! Who do you think you are?” Wu Yu Mountain said contemptuously.

“Shut up!” Nie Fengyun reprimanded Wu Yu Mountain and asked Feng Wuchen, “Who are you?”

Feng Wuchen’s wildness, confidence, and lack of fear for the auction; all made Nie Fengyun more solemn.

If it were an ordinary person, they would never dare to run amok at the auction.

But Feng Wuchen did not appear to be an ordinary person!
