I Punch the Tailed Beast Ball

In response to the requests for assistance from Iwagakure and Sunagakure, Konoha quickly responded. For Iwagakure, Kakashi and Might Guy, the two good friends, were sent to lead a Shinobi force to provide assistance.

For Sunagakure, Nagasawa had Shisui lead Itachi, Kabuto, and some Shinobi forces to provide support.

Nagasawa even made some preparations so that if Kumogakure or Kirigakure encountered problems, he could end the war as quickly as possible.

After arranging everything, Nagasawa left a Shadow Clone in Konoha before heading out himself.

After walking out of Konoha, Nagasawa looked at the scenery outside and felt somewhat emotional. His true body rarely left Konoha. Usually, his Shadow Clones were the ones who went out. The last time his true body had left Konoha seemed to have been when he went to capture Obito.

......

After capturing Onoki, Nagato lost interest in Iwagakure. He had Sasori and Hiruko enter the Land of Earth to continue attacking until they conquered Iwagakure and captured the Jinchuriki.

After leaving the Iwagakure battlefield, Nagato used his powerful strength to rapidly reach the Kumogakure battlefield.

The three Shinobi villages of Takigakure, Shimogakure, and Yugakure could only be said to possess mediocre strength. If not for their advanced weapons, merely avoiding being crushed instantly when facing the Kumogakure forces was already an extraordinary performance.

The ones leading these three Shinobi villages in their attack on Kumogakure were Musashi and Biwa Juzo.

Musashi was obsessed with the sword. Having him lead the charge was fine, but asking him to command troops would simply be making things difficult for him.

Although Biwa Juzo was an experienced Shinobi, he was not exactly a commander-type either. He was more skilled at assassination.

Therefore, the two very straightforwardly gathered their forces and clashed head-on with Kumogakure, going for a true battle between men.

Having Iwagakure’s defeat as a precedent, the Fourth Raikage also personally led his forces to intercept them, and he even brought along his brother, the Eight-Tails Jinchuriki Killer B.

Among the lower and middle-level Shinobi, the two sides were evenly matched. Kumogakure Shinobi possessed powerful Lightning Release and Taijutsu, while Yugakure and the others had advanced weapons.

But once they reached the Jonin level, Kumogakure had the advantage.

And in the battle between the top-level powerhouses, Musashi and Biwa Juzo also fell into an unfavorable situation.

”As expected of the Fourth Raikage, you’re truly strong!” Musashi tightly gripped the two swords in his hands and gasped heavily.

He was no longer the inexperienced young warrior he had once been. Relying on the excellent platform provided by the Akatsuki, Musashi had fought against experts from all walks of life.

Even so, among everyone he had fought, the Fourth Raikage was probably the strongest besides Nagato.

His speed was so fast that even when Musashi sensed him, it was difficult to respond. His defense was so powerful that he could directly clash with Musashi’s two swords infused with Haki using his bare hands.

”If you know I’m strong, then hurry up and surrender.” The Fourth Raikage laughed twice before glaring at Musashi.

Musashi was amazed by the Fourth Raikage’s strength, while the Fourth Raikage was also surprised that the Shinobi World still had a powerful pure swordsman like Musashi. He did not use a single Ninjutsu, and basically only used Chakra to assist in releasing sword energy.

Musashi did not speak and responded to the Fourth Raikage’s words with several sharp sword energies.

Surrender was impossible. If he could not win, he would run, but he would never surrender.

The Fourth Raikage’s aura surged, and the lightning wrapped around his body intensified as he fully activated Lightning Release Chakra Mode.

Musashi’s situation was bad, but Biwa Juzo’s situation was even worse.

Killer B’s strength was not weak at all. Not only was he a perfect Jinchuriki who could freely borrow the power of the Tailed Beast, but Killer B’s own strength was also extremely impressive.

Although Biwa Juzo was also a renowned expert in the Shinobi World, he was simply no match for a powerful Jinchuriki like Killer B.

While Musashi was still struggling to withstand the Fourth Raikage’s fierce attacks, Biwa Juzo was sent flying after Killer B used Tailed Beast Chakra, crashing heavily into the ground.

After defeating his enemy, Killer B immediately broke into a rap to celebrate.

While rapping, he prepared to finish off Biwa Juzo completely.

Seeing Biwa Juzo in danger, Musashi had a sudden inspiration. He adjusted his position and deliberately took a hit from the Fourth Raikage, then used the Fourth Raikage’s force to slash toward Killer B, preventing Killer B from successfully finishing off Biwa Juzo.

”You don’t think I’ll be grateful just because you saved me like this, do you? Dying on the battlefield is the destiny of a Shinobi.” The rescued Biwa Juzo said indifferently.

”Getting injured on the battlefield just to save someone else is utterly foolish. Your naivety will kill you sooner or later.”

Biwa Juzo spoke extremely cold words like an emotionless assassin, yet at the same time, he quickly got back up and helped Musashi deal with the incoming Fourth Raikage.

Musashi and Biwa Juzo had been together for quite some time. Hearing his words, Musashi was not angry and instead laughed cheerfully.

Musashi knew that Biwa Juzo’s personality was simply awkward like this. At times like this, he only needed to interpret his words in reverse.

The general meaning was: You saved me, so I’m incredibly grateful. Since you were injured to save me, I’ll protect you with my life from now on.

”Big Bro, back up a little. I’ll end the battle with a Tailed Beast Ball!” At this moment, Killer B had already entered a partial Tailed Beast Transformation. His entire body was covered in dark red Chakra filled with a violent aura, while eight huge tails waved behind him.

Killer B opened his enormous mouth. In an instant, a large amount of dark red Chakra gathered in front of his mouth, rapidly forming a dark sphere that shot toward Biwa Juzo and Musashi.

The Fourth Raikage silently blocked the two men’s escape route. They would have to take either the Tailed Beast Ball or his Lightning Release Iron Fist.

Looking at the rapidly approaching Tailed Beast Ball, Biwa Juzo took a deep breath. A bold idea suddenly flashed through his mind, and he quickly moved in front of Musashi, shielding him.

However, just as Biwa Juzo prepared to take the Tailed Beast Ball head-on with his body, he suddenly discovered that the Tailed Beast Ball had actually stopped in midair.

Biwa Juzo also suddenly felt a powerful suction force, and immediately afterward, he was pulled into the sky.

Boom!!!

The Tailed Beast Ball erupted with terrifying energy, triggering a violent explosion. The dazzling white light turned the battlefield white for an instant, and the ground violently trembled. A huge crater was left where the Tailed Beast Ball had struck.

”The leader of the Light Shinobi Village, what are you doing here?” The Fourth Raikage frowned and looked at the figure floating in the sky.

According to the intelligence, this Yahiko should have been in the Land of Earth. How had he appeared on the Kumogakure battlefield?

Just as the Tailed Beast Ball was about to hit Biwa Juzo, Nagato had intervened, using Bansho Ten’in to pull Musashi and Biwa Juzo into the sky.

”To defeat Kumogakure.” Nagato said indifferently, withdrawing Bansho Ten’in and releasing his control over Musashi and Biwa Juzo.

There were quite a few people in the Akatsuki harboring ulterior motives, and Nagato knew them all very well.

Not to mention people like Obito and Zetsu, who were no longer members of the Akatsuki, even Hiruko and Sasori had plenty of schemes of their own.

There were not many pure-hearted people like Musashi and Biwa Juzo. Musashi simply wanted to challenge strong opponents and increase his strength, while Biwa Juzo simply wanted a place to live.

Therefore, Nagato had a good impression of this pair and decisively intervened to help them at a critical moment.

”What a big mouth. Kumogakure isn’t some group of old, weak, and crippled people like Iwagakure!” The Fourth Raikage’s eyes widened as he glared angrily at Nagato, immediately taking a jab at Iwagakure while praising Kumogakure. 𝒻𝑟ℯℯ

Of course, although he said that, the Fourth Raikage instantly became vigilant and prepared to unleash a thunderous assault on Nagato at any moment.

Regardless of anything else, the achievement of capturing the Third Tsuchikage was real. The Fourth Raikage would not underestimate Nagato.

”Pointless struggle. You will witness what a true powerhouse is.” Nagato floated in the sky and looked down as he spoke.

The Fourth Raikage had a notoriously explosive temper. Seeing Nagato looking down on him like this, the Fourth Raikage instantly pushed his Lightning Release Chakra Mode to its limit, even causing his hair to stand on end. It was obvious that he was about to explode with power.

Bang!

The Fourth Raikage bent his knees slightly, concentrating all his strength into his legs. His Chakra erupted, and he suddenly unleashed terrifying force as he leaped toward Nagato, reaching out to grab him. He did not like being looked down upon while someone talked to him.

The Fourth Raikage’s movements were incredibly fast. Even Musashi, who possessed Haki sensing, could only sense the Fourth Raikage’s aura moving. His eyes could not keep up, and it was difficult for him to react.

But how powerful was Nagato’s perception? He now possessed his own Six-Tomoe Rinnegan. In his eyes, the Raikage’s speed was nothing remarkable and could not even be described as fast.

After all, the Fourth Raikage was not facing a Deva Path Puppet right now, but Nagato’s true body—the true body that had absorbed the Gedo Mazo’s chakra and awakened the Six-Tomoe Rinnegan.

However, because of the Transformation Technique, he still appeared as Yahiko to everyone else.

During the battle with Onoki, Yahiko’s corpse had almost been destroyed by Onoki’s Particle Style, so Nagato simply stopped using the puppet.

He had previously used the Six Paths of Pain to act in place of his true body because his true body’s legs had been injured and movement was inconvenient. It was not because using puppets made him stronger.

Now that his true body was incredibly powerful, using Yahiko’s corpse to fight Iwagakure had merely been a way to commemorate his deceased friend Yahiko.

Now that he had already paid tribute to him, Nagato simply brought out his true body to prevent anything from happening to Yahiko’s corpse.

”Shinra Tensei!” Nagato extended his hand. His Rinnegan trembled violently, and terrifying repulsive force surged toward the incoming Fourth Raikage.

The Fourth Raikage had already planned to grab Nagato and immediately use the Double Lariat with Killer B to give Nagato a vicious blow.

But he had not expected that the moment he leaped into the air, an indescribably terrifying force suddenly pressed down on his body, as if a gigantic mountain had fallen from the sky and was crushing him.

Boom! Boom! Boom!!!

A deafening roar rang out. A crater even larger than the one created by the Tailed Beast Ball explosion appeared on the ground. Sand filled the sky, the ground was in complete disarray, cracks spread across the earth, and trees shattered.

”Big Bro!” The sudden change caught Killer B off guard. He hurriedly shouted ”Big Bro!” and rushed toward the Fourth Raikage.

Nagato’s attack had been too fast. With just a raise of his hand, he had instantly slammed the Fourth Raikage into the huge crater, leaving Killer B completely unable to react.

”Big Bro, are you all right?” Killer B looked at the Fourth Raikage in the crater with a distressed expression.

Even though the Fourth Raikage possessed extremely strong defensive power while in Lightning Release Chakra Mode, he was instantly injured by Nagato’s attack, with numerous wounds appearing across his body.

”I can still fight.” The Fourth Raikage inhaled and continuously squeezed out his Chakra, using Lightning Release Chakra Mode at a deeper level to recover from his injuries.

Lightning Release Chakra Mode not only provided powerful defensive capabilities, but also greatly enhanced recovery while active.

”You can still fight? What meaning does that have?” Nagato was somewhat surprised to see that the Fourth Raikage still had the ability to fight. The attack just now was completely different from the one he had used through the puppet before.

The Raikage repeatedly inhaled and exhaled. Facing the terrifying pressure from Nagato, he thought of the man who had once brought peace to the Shinobi World again, Fujiwara Nagasawa.

Nagasawa was also ridiculously powerful, capable of causing enormous destruction with any casual move.

’No wonder the Shinobi World has fallen into such chaos. So the leader of that so-called Light Shinobi Village is actually this powerful.’ The Fourth Raikage could not help worrying about Kumogakure.

No matter how proud he was, he had to admit that after Nagato appeared, Kumogakure had already lost.

The Fourth Raikage was someone who did not like to admit defeat. If he merely lost by one or two moves, he would absolutely not feel that he was inferior to his opponent.

But facing a terrifying monster like Nagato, who had injured him with a single move while he was in Lightning Release Chakra Mode, it was difficult for the Fourth Raikage not to admit defeat. How could he even compare?

Of course, being weaker than someone else did not mean that the Fourth Raikage would lower his head to Nagato.

Even if Nagato killed him, he still would not submit.

”If you want to hurt Big Bro, you’ll have to get through me first.” After discussing things with the Eight-Tails inside him, Killer B directly entered complete Tailed Beast Transformation, transforming into the gigantic Eight-Tails, Gyuki.

”B, be careful. For some reason, this guy gives me a feeling somewhat similar to the Sage of Six Paths from back then.” The Eight-Tails reminded Killer B.

From the Eight-Tails’ perception, Nagato was truly not an opponent that could be easily dealt with.

Killer B nodded, then opened his mouth and began condensing a Tailed Beast Ball.

Although the Tailed Beast Ball was a common technique that every Tailed Beast could use, it was indeed useful and extremely powerful.

Moreover, there were differences between Tailed Beast Balls. A Tailed Beast Ball released by a powerful Tailed Beast could not be compared with one released by an ordinary Tailed Beast.

This time, Killer B was using a Tailed Beast Ball while in complete Tailed Beast Transformation, making it much stronger than the Tailed Beast Ball he had used while partially transformed.

Its size alone looked completely different. The Tailed Beast Ball released by a fully transformed Tailed Beast was more than five times larger than one released during partial Tailed Beast Transformation.

But what Killer B did not expect was that Nagato did not dodge or evade and instead directly took his Tailed Beast Ball head-on.

However, just as the Tailed Beast Ball was about to strike Nagato, another Rinnegan opened in the center of Nagato’s forehead, and it was also a Rinnegan with six tomoe.

”Shinra Tensei!” Nagato directly activated the special ability of his Six-Tomoe Rinnegan, absorbing the incoming Tailed Beast Ball.

Watching the enormous Tailed Beast Ball simply disappear in midair, Killer B below was dumbfounded.

Where had his Tailed Beast Ball gone? Where had such a huge Tailed Beast Ball disappeared to?

”How about tasting your own attack?” Nagato activated his ability again and launched the enhanced Eight-Tails Tailed Beast Ball toward Killer B and the Fourth Raikage.

The Tailed Beast Ball enhanced by the Rinnegan’s ability was even larger than the one the Eight-Tails had fired moments ago, and its momentum was astonishing.

Killer B had completely failed to expect Nagato to possess such a method. For a moment, he did not know how to respond and could only shield the Fourth Raikage behind him.
