I Punch the Tailed Beast Ball

The three big mouths of the ultimate summoning beast let out a screeching scream at the same time. This attack was more terrifying than before, causing continuous explosions on the ground, with the ultimate summoning beast at the center.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

Loud and intense explosions echoed, and dazzling white lights scattered like confetti. Numerous craters appeared on the ground, as if it had been bombarded by meteorites.

Even for those who couldn’t hear the explosions due to equipment issues, the tremendous destructive power of the scene was evident.

The shockwaves from the explosions gave rise to smoke and dust over a hundred meters into the air, creating a spectacular sight.

”This monster is so powerful; its roar alone can cause such a terrifying destruction,” the Shinobi in the audience said.

There weren’t that many experienced Shinobi, and even those seasoned Shinobi might not witness such a grand scene unless they stumble across a battle between Tailed Beasts.

For the Genin and civilians, this was nothing short of a miracle.

It could create such a terrifying explosion with its roar alone. Could Shinobi really deal with such a terrifying creature? Weapons like kunai or Explosive Tags might be utterly useless against such a creature.

”I knew I shouldn’t have come. This is too dangerous. What if that Shinobi loses?” a wealthy and well-dressed person wiped the sweat off his forehead, regretting his decision.

Why bother coming all the way to a dangerous place like Konoha to watch a Chunin exam?

Now his life was in danger. Was it possible for humans to deal with such a terrifying monster?

”Such destructive power, this monster is not to be underestimated,” Onoki exclaimed as he witnessed the ultimate summoning beast caused that much damage with just one move.

However, at this moment, Onoki was more concerned about the person who brought this monster in.

With such a tight security and Konoha’s excellent Barrier Technique, it was hard to imagine someone managed to sneak in such a powerful monster unnoticed.

Konoha was the strongest Shinobi village, and its defense was unquestionable, yet this situation still occurred.

If that person used the same method on a village less prepared than Konoha, like Iwagakure, the results would undoubtedly be catastrophic.

Onoki cast away such thoughts and shifted his focus back to the live broadcast. This was the best opportunity to assess Nagasawa’s strength, and he couldn’t afford to miss it.

Seeing the ultimate summoning beast attempting to steal his spotlight, Nagasawa’s left palm was covered with blue quake bubble.

”Air Quake!” Nagasawa’s immense power erupted. He stepped forward with his right foot, causing the ground to tremble slightly. Then, he clawed down the air with Tremor-Tremor Fruit ability.

Crack! Crack!

The sound of glass shattering echoed. The sky within the barrier seemed to transform into a pristine glass mirror, torn apart by Nagasawa’s tremendous strength.

Crack! Crack!

Numerous white, fine cracks were spreading, eventually reaching the sky and touching the clouds.

”What is this... what the hell is happening!” The Shinobi among the audience were once again baffled, questioning if they were dreaming. It wasn’t that they were mentally weak, but the scene before them simply defied the logic. The cracks, resembling shattered glass, were extending into the clouds, as if the space itself was tearing apart, signaling the impending apocalypse.

”Kekkei Genkai? Or perhaps an S-rank Forbidden Technique?” A Shinobi tried to rationalize and analyze the situation as he wiped the cold sweat from his forehead.

Of course, some of them had encountered this scene before, such as Kumogakure Shinobi. However, even those who had experienced it still found this hard to believe. Firstly, the magnitude was even more terrifying than before, and secondly, no matter how many times you witnessed a scene, it was impossible not to be amazed. Could human truly do something like this?

”That guy has become even stronger.” The Fourth Raikage’s expression grew grimmer and grimmer. When he first entered Konoha, he was overwhelmed by Nagasawa’s aura. Since then, he had been wondering if Nagasawa had become stronger, and the answer was apparent!

Undoubtedly, this was terrible news for the Fourth Raikage.

Having experienced powerlessness in front of Nagasawa, the Fourth Raikage felt the sorrow of the weak. Thus, upon returning, he devised a brutal training regimen for himself with the goal of becoming powerful enough to defeat Nagasawa someday.

The flame of pride in his heart as the Raikage was ignited once again.

At this moment, that burning willpower seemed to be on the verge of being extinguished.

Because Nagasawa’s strength was simply inhuman! Despite being so powerful, why did he become stronger so much faster than the Fourth Raikage?

In other words, the Fourth Raikage was feeling a bit insecure because of Nagasawa.

Finally, amidst the shocked gazes of everyone, veins bulged on the back of Nagasawa’s handk as if he had grabbed and shattered the spatial mirror full of white cracks in this area.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

The violent shockwaves relentlessly struck everything within the barrier, shaking the land and sky with various tremors.

The ground cracked open, deep fissures appeared, easily neutralizing the impact of the ultimate summoning beast’s scream.

The sky split open, the clouds were divided in half, and the ear-piercing scream suddenly disappeared.

Even though the ultimate summoning beast lacked intelligence, the creature’s instinct was screaming that Nagasawa was an unprecedented danger!

The bloated body of the ultimate summoning beast began to surge continuously, unexpectedly growing two pairs of elongated wings.

However, just as the ultimate summoning beast attempted to spread its wings and fly to avoid this dangerous shockwave, it suddenly realized....

It couldn’t fly!

Not because it was too heavy; it could fly even with just one pair of wings, let alone the two additional ones it had created to fly faster. It was because Nagasawa simply scared him. The powerful shockwave and the somewhat negligible mental suppression made it difficult for the ultimate summoning beast to move even an inch, rendering it incapable of flying.

The body of the ultimate summoning beast wriggled again. This time, it took out the turtle shell to protect its entire body, causing it to shrink considerably.

Initially, when everyone saw the ultimate summoning beast’s destructive power, they thought it was a dangerous. However, after witnessing Nagasawa made his move, they realized that the ultimate summoning beast was nothing special.

The tension in the audience eased, knowing that they didn’t have to worry about Nagasawa failing and putting them in danger.

Some even made jokes, saying that the ultimate summoning beast, which had become a shrinking turtle, was now afraid.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

The relentless shockwaves submerged both ultimate summoning beast and everything around it. If it weren’t for the Four Crimson Ray Formation, the force of the impact could have destroyed the entire Konoha.

”Roar! Roar!” The moment the impact hit the ultimate summoning beast, it let out a wail. However, no one sympathized with it.

Spurt!

A large amount of murky green blood gushed out from the ultimate summoning beast!

Upon falling to the ground, the murky green blood gave rise to white smoke. Surprisingly, the blood was corrosive.

At this moment, the ultimate summoning beast looked completely powerless. Its once sturdy-looking shell was mostly shattered, with only a few fragments intact, and they looked like they could fall off at any moment.

The two new heads that the ultimate summoning beast had grown were directly crushed into pieces and disappeared with the impact. The original head was also barely intact, and the right side of its body was mostly gone. The entire creature looked like a tattered puppet.

”Assistant Nagasawa is too strong. With him around, we’re definitely safe in Konoha,” a female Shinobi wearing the Konoha forehead protector commented.

While everyone knew that Nagasawa was powerful, not all of them had seen him in action. Most of them had only heard about stories about Nagasawa from other people. So, many were curious to witness Nagasawa’s combat scene to satisfy their curiosity.

”Given such severe injuries, it should be dead, right?” Seeing how badly wounded the ultimate summoning beast was, some people revealed a relieved smile. Although the grand spectacle was enjoyable, watching the candidates in the Chunin exam fight felt safer.

However, the ultimate summoning beast was not as fragile as they thought.

With a roar, the ultimate summoning beast emitted a fierce green light, and its injuries were healed before everyone’s eyes. The missing half of its body also grew back.

”This recovery ability... It’s just absurd...” The person who had just said the ultimate summoning beast should be dead was dumbfounded. This creature did not only possess tremendous destructive power and defense but also had such a potent recovery ability.

”Don’t worry, Assistant Nagasawa almost killed it with just one punch. It doesn’t matter if it recovers a little; one more punch will do it,” a Shinobi analyzed.

Some were optimistic, some were pessimistic, and some thought the monster was too terrifying and dangerous.

”What’s the point of throwing another punch? Considering how potent the monster’s recovery capability is, it will just heal again. It will become a battle of attrition, and humans can’t match monsters in that aspect.”

What this person said indeed made sense. Unfortunately, he overestimated the monster and underestimated Nagasawa.

After healing its body, Nagasawa keenly sensed that the creature’s aura had somewhat weakened. It seemed that this kind of recovery also came at a cost for the monster.

However, Nagasawa didn’t plan to waste his time on the monster. Two attacks were enough for such a grand spectacle. He would kill it on his next attack!

Nagasawa exhaled the air from his body. The accumulated power of the Sage Breathing Style burst forth instantly and he entered the Sun Breathing Sage Mode. Due to the Sun Breathing Sage Mode, the Radiang Sun Mode was activated.

With the Radiant Sun Mode active, Nagasawa’s momentum instantly changed. Bright golden flames emerged, surrounding Nagasawa and eventually turning into a golden cloak.

At this moment, the sun was setting in the west. However, as Nagasawa, covered in a bright golden cloak with flames swirling around him, everyone was mesmerized.

”The sun has risen again as it sets in the west,” was the sentiment shared among the crowd when they witnessed this scene.

”Nagasawa...” Minato, staring with a solemn expression at Nagasawa.

Minato understood Nagasawa’s power more than anyone at this moment. To put it bluntly, even if everyone present in Konoha combined their strength, it still wouldn’t match Nagasawa’s current power.

Minato had thought he had already given Nagasawa’s strength the highest estimation possible, but he had underestimated him. This level of power was not that of a Shinobi God; it was that of a true deity.

In Minato’s mind, the only one who could rival Nagasawa’s strength might be the legendary Sage of the Six Paths. However, it was merely a legend, and no one could say for sure if the Sage of the Six Paths truly existed.

Now, Minato finally understood why Nagasawa had been evasive when asked about his strength before. Nagasawa probably feared that revealing the truth might crush his confidence.

Nagasawa clenched his right hand, and instantly, the golden flame took the shape of a sword and immediately placed itself on Nagasawa’s hand.

” Heavenly Sun!” Nagasawa raised the golden flame sword high. Bright golden light burst forth, illuminating the sky that darkened because the sun was about to set again. It seemed like noon as the sun shone so brightly.

This bright light reached even the Forest of Death, illuminating the whole venue.

”What is this?” The Chunin Exam participants who were still trying to find Tags looked baffled. Wasn’t the sun supposed to have set? Why was it even brighter than noon?

The ultimate summoning beast could immediately sense the terrifying heat emitted by the golden flames.

’I will die! If that golden flame hits me, I will die for sure!’ That was what the creature’s instinct told it.

Its green tentacles rushed towards Nagasawa, making a final desperate attempt.

However, Nagasawa’s Heavenly Sun was a powerful technique that could severely injure even Six Paths-level Shinobi. Using it against the ultimate summoning beast was like using a cannon to kill a mosquito.

Therefore, Nagasawa didn’t accumulate too much power. He just raised his hand, and then swiftly swung it down towards the ultimate summoning beast.

A huge compressed air blade composed of faint golden flames flew out instantly, hitting the ultimate summoning beast.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

The fierce golden flame instantly engulfed the green tentacles, leaving nothing behind. The terrifying heat even turned a massive area red.

This terrifying scene made the four people maintaining the Four Crimson Ray Formation shudder. If the barrier hadn’t blocked it, they might have perished along with the ultimate summoning beast.

The ultimate summoning beast’s massive and bloated body wriggled again, creating another thick and wide turtle shell.

However, this attack was on a different level compared to the previous one.

The intense golden flames instantly engulfed the body of the ultimate summoning beast. The thick turtle shell was as fragile as ordinary paper when it came into contact with the flame slash, instantly burning to ashes.

Its massive and bloated body was no match for the fierce golden flame. In an instant, the ultimate summoning beast disappeared from everyone’s sight.

The final close-up was on Nagasawa. He stood tall with a golden cloak indifferently. It was as if he had just eliminated an ordinary bandit instead of a monster with the power to destroy a small country.
