I Punch the Tailed Beast Ball

The two of them bid farewell to Kushina and continued their date.

On the way, Nono said, ”How did you get to know Kushina and the Fourth Hokage? You sure know some really important people somehow.”

”It was a long time ago. We were classmates in the Academy. We’ve been in touch from time to time, even after graduation, so yeah, that makes us quite close with each other.

”That’s good.” Nono sighed. She did not have a friend like Nagasawa.

”It’s okay. Now that you have me, you have nothing to envy anymore.” Nagasawa caressed Nono’s soft blond hair.

”After all, you got the man that all women in Konoha are after.” Nagasawa said seriously.

Seeing Nagasawa so narcissistic, Nono immediately denied, ”I’m not as fragile as I need to be consoled. I just feel a little emotional.”

As they walked, the two found the bookstore. Nagasawa had some impression of this bookstore.

He remembered that Kakashi bought a book about suicide during his depression.

He didn’t know if Kakashi had thrown the book away now. At that time, Kakashi was depressed all the time, and he almost resigned to his fate during their mission to retrieve information. It was definitely a dark past.

However, compared to this, Nagasawa was more concerned about the fact that Watanabe’s Dango store was pretty close to the bookstore.

It was around three o’clock in the afternoon, and there was no one in the store. Nagasawa immediately took Nono into Dango store.

When owner Watanabe saw Nagasawa, he was about to greet him, but when he saw Nagasawa holding hands with Nono, he was shocked.

After knowing Nagasawa for so long, this was the first time he saw Nagasawa bring a woman to his store.

However, owner Watanabe quickly regained his composure and asked with a smile, ”the usual?”

Nagasawa nodded and said, ”yes, but plus a normal Dango.”

”Okay, I’ll make it for you right away.” Owner Watanabe entered the kitchen.

Nono looked around and asked softly, ”Is this where you usually buy Dango for Kabuto and the others?”

Nagasawa nodded and smiled, ”Yes, this it. Watanabe-san’s Dango is definitely the best in Konoha.”

”That’s because it’s sweeter and suitable for your taste,” Nono complained. She could not understand Nagasawa’s obsession with sugar.

”Sweetness makes me happy.” Nagasawa did not deny it.

After a while, owner Watanabe brought Nagasawa’s special Dango and Nono’s normal Dango. He even thoughtfully brought two cups of water.

Nono picked up a skewer of Dango and gently took a bite. It was quite sticky and not as sweet as she had imagined. Overall, it tasted good.

Nagasawa certainly would not buy it if the owner was simply adding sugar. This Owner Watanabe must’ve had his own trademark.

After a simple meal, Nagasawa said goodbye to owner Watanabe and continued to stroll around Konoha with Nono.

In the middle of the way, Nagasawa conjured a shadow clone to take a commemorative photo of as a souvenir.

They went to the Hokage Rock and took a photo together with the Rock Statue of the Hokage in the background.

They were also lying on the grass in the forest, becoming one with nature.

The two even visited the Valley of the End...

The two of them walked through every place in Konoha, and when they were about to return to the orphanage, it was already night when the moon was high in the sky.

”Don’t be in such a hurry, I still have a surprise for you.” On the street, Nagasawa held Nono’s arm.

”What surprise?” Nono asked curiously.

In fact, she was already very satisfied and happy today. She felt that this was the happiest day of her life.

”Is it still a surprise if I tell you?” Nagasawa messed with Nono instead of telling her while leading her to Konoha’s shopping district.

Although it was night, it was not too late. It was around eight o’clock, and there were still many people in the shopping district.

Nono looked around silently. When she arrived at the shopping district, she thought that Nagasawa was going to buy her a gift.

However, Nagasawa did not bring her into the store. Instead, he brought her to an empty space with a better view. This made Nono a little confused.

Just as Nono was wondering what Nagasawa was up to, Nagasawa suddenly took off her glasses with lightning speed and covered her eyes at the same time.

Nagasawa said, ”The surprise is coming soon. Do you want to guess?”

”A new yukata?” Nono guessed randomly.

Nagasawa shook his head. ”No.”

Nono thought for a while and could not guess what Nagasawa’s surprise was.

But not long after, Nagasawa put down his hand and said with a smile, ”Take a look at the sky.”

Only then did Nono realize that the surroundings seemed to have been dyed red. The dazzling red light shone down from the sky.

The passerby on the street also noticed this abnormality. They looked up at the sky and sighed,

”This person called Nono must be very happy. Her boyfriend is so romantic.”

There was a huge flame in the sky forming several words. It was read, ”Nono is the cutest in the world”.

Even if Nono was short-sighted, she could clearly see the words made of flames in the sky.

It was visible not only from the shopping district but also from the entire Konoha, and it even alarmed many Shinobi.

However, Nagasawa had already ordered his shadow clone to report to Anbu Base, so it did not cause any disturbance.

Kushina, who was taking a walk with Minato, also saw this scene. Her eyes lit up as she said,

”I didn’t expect Nagasawa to be so romantic. Minato, can you make one for me?”

Minato scratched his head and said, ”I’m not very good at Fire Release.”

”I was just joking. We don’t need that kind of thing.” Kushina giggled.

More and more people looked up at the sky, sighing that Shinobi sure had it good for being able to do something like this, and envied the girl named Nono.

Nono looked at the huge line of fire in the sky and was stunned for a moment.

Only she, as Shinobi, knew how difficult it was to accomplish this feat and how much Chakra was needed.

Nagasawa hugged Nono in his arms with his right hand and whispered in Nono’s ear,

”How is it? Are you impressed?”

Nono answered with action instead of with words. She gave Nagasawa a passionate kiss.

At this time, there were some tears in the corner of Nono’s eyes, but she was certain that she was smiling. She asked Nagasawa, ”Why are you so kind to me? That must’ve taken a lot of effort and consumed a lot of Chakra. Moreover, the village will punish you if they find out. It was not worth it just to make me happy.

Nono felt that she was not worthy of Nagasawa’s kindness.

She had not done anything for Nagasawa, nor was she a good person worthy of respect.

Nagasawa stroked Nono’s blonde hair and smiled. ”I think you are worth it. That’s all.”
