Awakening The Only SSS-Rank Class! Now Even Dragons Obey Me

Chapter 824: Returning Home After Three Month

Daniel stood before the tower for a few seconds. A gentle wind blew between the massive stone pillars, moving his white hair, but his gaze was still fixed on the sky.

As if he could still see that massive fissure, that sky torn in half, that being who stepped from beyond the world, and that hand which extinguished all his laws with just one movement.

Daniel quietly closed his eyes. He didn’t know how much time he had until that monster descended upon this world, but he knew it wasn’t far. His intuition warned him that the disaster was closer than he thought.

And with his current power, he knew his intuition wasn’t wrong or lying.

Then just one thought crossed his mind: he needed to reach the ceiling of this world’s power as soon as possible. A Demi-God. Perhaps then he would have a chance to prevent the disaster.

The space around him didn’t even have time to tremble. No magic was released, no fissure was created in space.

In one moment, he was standing before the tower. The next moment, he was before his house. A house he hadn’t seen for three months.

Daniel was silent for a few seconds, then released his divine sense.

In an instant, the entire capital was mapped in his mind. Millions of humans, hundreds of thousands of Awakened, and flows of mana moving like invisible rivers through the streets.

Guilds, commanders, even the movement of birds in the sky. He could see everything.

The power and ability of his divine sense had become terrifyingly stronger after devouring that divine fruit. He could see anything in this city, and nothing could stop him.

He was a little curious about how far his divine sense could reach. Half the country? Or perhaps the entire country?

But he didn’t have the patience to check that right now. His gaze stopped on just one point.

The house. And it was empty. He couldn’t sense his mother’s presence, nor Alice’s, nor Tiana’s. He examined the surroundings for a few more seconds.

The result did not change. Daniel quietly opened the door. The inside of the house was exactly as before. No changes had been made to their home. But the house was clean, and even some traces of dust could be seen.

That meant it had been a while since this house was completely empty.

He quietly entered his room and lay down on the bed without a word. His body no longer knew fatigue,

but he was somewhat mentally exhausted and needed to lie down for a while. At that moment, the space in the room rippled quietly.

A shadow emerged from the darkness, and a galactic purple being knelt before the bed.

It lowered its head.

”Greetings, Lord.”

Daniel didn’t even lift his head.

”How was the situation during my absence?” He asked quietly.

The Fallen answered immediately.

”The lady of the house returned to the city of Santcis for some personal matters.”

”According to investigations, she likely will not return for at least another week.”

Daniel remained silent. Fortunately, his mother was well, and there was no need to worry about that. But it was interesting to know why his mother had returned to their previous city.

As far as he knew, they had no business there. So what reason could there be? Had something come up?

”Lady Alice and Lady Tiana spent most of the past three months inside the Celestial Domain.”

”They successfully reached the peak of C-rank.”

”They intended to challenge the second floor of the tower after your return.”

”But three days after your mother left, seeing that they had nothing else to do, they entered the tower.”

”At least they weren’t lazy.” Daniel nodded quietly. His sisters’ progress was remarkable, and now they had challenged the second floor.

So they would reach B-rank soon, huh? At this rate, they would certainly reach A-rank before turning twenty, and with a little more effort, they might be able to reach S-rank at 21 or 22.

In fact, this rate of growth was terrifying, because reaching S-rank sometimes takes ten or even twenty years, even for the best geniuses.

But his two sisters, through their own efforts and of course his significant help, had reduced that time by 90 percent.

”When did my mother leave?”

”Five days ago, Lord.”

This time, a faint frown settled on his face, like someone who had lost a piece of an equation. His mother had no reason to go to Santcis, and that bothered him.

Daniel put his hand in his pocket and took out his phone. He dialed his mother’s number.

Beep...

Once.

Twice.

Three times.

But no answer came. The room fell silent again, and Daniel closed his eyes. Through the Fallen connection, his mind connected to another one of his Fallen.

The one assigned to protect his mother.

A few seconds later, the answer came.

”The lady is safe.”

Daniel quietly exhaled, but his frown did not disappear.

If there was no danger, then why wasn’t she answering the phone? She was probably busy. He would call her again later.

He opened his eyes and looked at the Fallen before him.

”The country?”

That being answered immediately.

”No major wars have occurred in the past three months.”

”No extraordinary fissures have opened.”

”The capital is in complete peace.”

”The central headquarters of the Everlight Moon guild has been completely rebuilt.”

”Also, after your disappearance, widespread rumors formed about you. More precisely, about your online identity, The Fallen.”

Daniel just nodded. The world had not stopped without him. Three months had passed, and life had continued.

But he hadn’t expected his Fallen identity to still be causing trouble. According to what he understood, it seemed many people blamed him for the destruction of much of the capital and the deaths of many.

He didn’t care much, though. Rumors would disappear sooner or later anyway, and it’s not like people’s opinions and perceptions mattered.

”You may go.” Then he said quietly.

The Fallen bowed again.

”It shall be done, Lord.”

And a moment later, it faded into the shadows.

The room emptied again. Daniel picked up his phone and stared at Lana’s name for a few seconds.

Three months... if everything had gone as expected, she should have cleared the fifth floor by now.

His finger moved across the screen.

”I’m back.”

A few seconds later, he sent a second message.

”I want to see you.”

He put the phone in his pocket and got up from the bed. He cast one last look at the empty house.

”After seeing Lana, I need to go to the Celestial Domain.” Then he quietly muttered to himself. There were many things there that required his attention as well.

He was sure nothing had happened to Evangelin and that girl knew well what she needed to do. But still, dealing with the demons and the Divine Church was not something that could be handled so easily.

If not handled properly, it could lead to a religious war. And right now, with all the obligations he had, that was the last thing he wanted.

At that moment, his phone vibrated. Daniel turned on the screen.

Sender: Lana.

The message contained only two words.

”Come quickly.”
