What Do You Mean I'm The Captain Of A Yandere Mercenary Company?

Chapter 787: Shapeshifting

I squeezed on my boobs before letting go, watching them bounce for a moment before looking at the screen in front of me that showed my reflection.

I was standing in front of it in the nude to check the extent of my physical changes and I don’t know how to feel about what I saw.

Not only did my boobs get bigger, my legs have also gotten longer and my thighs a little thicker. My dick was also noticeably bigger and longer and it was currently erect and pointed up towards the ceiling.

Turning around, I bounced a little on my feet to watch my ass jiggle and I shuddered a little when I had to force myself not to do that again.

This might sound a little narcissistic but... I think I look even better now.

”Daddy~ You look sexy~” Renata giggled from the side, my eldritch maid ogling me openly.

”Is this what happens when I grow stronger Psionically?” I asked.

”Mm... I think Daddy just has a body that adapts to the power that you receive?”

”Huh? What does that have to do with anything? I thought Psionic energy is in the mind or something? Not that I want my head to get bigger or anything...”

”Ehehehe~ That’s not how it works Daddy~ Your entire body holds the Psionic Energy~ So when you gain more energy that quickly, your body will also have to adapt to it~”

Wait... Adapt? Don’t tell me...

This is all because of my Super Adaptability skill?! This would explain everything then!

I let out a sigh before gesturing to Renata, prompting her to melt into a puddle before she slid over to me to reform into my clothes.

I frowned when I realised that my clothes felt tight and I looked down at my chest.

”Renata...”

”Ehehe~ I need some time to adjust to your new sizes, Daddy!” She giggled, squeezing my body all over.

I decided to just let her have her fun while I focused on my mind to see if anything changed after I absorbed that Psionic Crystal.

The first thing I noticed was that it definitely felt like there was more Psionic energy surrounding me as compared to before.

There was also the feeling of power surrounding me like some kind of veil, though I assume that was just me releasing my Psionic energy earlier.

The second thing I noticed was that there was some kind of energy that seemed to be stuck in my core when I focused my senses within myself.

But whenever I tried to reach for that feeling with my mind, it just moved slightly out of reach.

The feeling was akin to having something stuck on your teeth that you could feel with your tongue but you’re unable to get it with your fingers.

I tried to focus on it again but the result was still the same.

Hmm... Do I need to consume another Psionic Crystal? But I don’t really want my body to change anymore...

Hmm... Maybe I should ask Amber or Mara about this first... Or maybe even ask Mara if I could just get myself gene modded to change my body if I need to...

Right then, Renata spoke up again, ”Daddy? We reached the coordinates~ There’s another ship there that’s hailing us. Should I patch their call here?”

I nodded, ”That must be the people from Crusaders Inc. Answer their hail then.”

A small projector popped out from in between my chest and a screen was projected in front of me, the screen coming to life and showing me Theresa on the other side of the screen.

”Miss Tera! I’m so glad you can make it! You have a really impressive ship, Miss Tera!”

”Umu... Thank you. So where are we headed to now?”

”We will guide you there, Miss Tera! Do we have permission to dock our ship with yours? Once we’ve done so, we can just fire up our engines and our ship will handle the direction of travel for us.”

I suppose this was easier than having us get lost trying to find the place.

”Go ahead then. We’ll leave the navigation to you,” I told her.

The call was then ended and the other ship should be moving to dock with our ship as we speak.

Sure enough, I could feel the ship move once again as we sped off in the direction of the testing area belonging to that company.

Amber should be at the bridge watching over the map so I decided to head towards the medical room to talk to Mara about this instead.

And by ’this’, I meant the fact that I apparently get bigger when I absorb the Psionic energy from Eleanour’s crystals.

The door slid open and I stepped inside the medical room, finding Mara in the same place as usual where she was hunched over her workstation.

She looked busy so I didn’t call out to her right away and just stood behind and to the side of her waiting for the opportunity to let my presence be known.

Eventually, she let out a sigh and leaned back on her chair, jerking slightly in surprise when she spotted me out of the corner of her eye.

”Captain? You surprised me. Is there something you need?”

I was about to answer her when she narrowed her eyes at me and lifted a finger to point at me, ”Did your boobs get bigger? Wait... Even your dick got bigger?”

Leaving aside the fact that she immediately noticed that... How the heck did she even know that my dick got bigger?!

I looked down and... Oh... I see...

I don’t know how I missed it but Renata had shifted my clothes into a skin tight bodysuit and the thing between my legs could clearly be seen outlined on the suit and pressing against my abdomen.

As though to show that she planned this from the very start, I felt a little vibration along my length before the sensation of something wet flicked against the tip, causing me to let out a hiss of pleasure.

Renata... Bad girl. Not now.

I cleared my throat, ”Ahem... You’re not wrong. It seems like I may have realised a few things.”

Mara turned to face me with a frown on her face, ”What is it? Are you going to tell me that the gene mod I gave you also granted you shapeshifting powers too?”

I opened my mouth before snapping it shut.

I... Actually never tried that.

I mean... We all know that I could transform my tentacles but could I actually change myself? What if the ability of shaping the tentacle didn’t come from the tentacle but from myself instead?

Hmmm... Let’s try this then.

I looked down at my chest and tried to imagine it shrinking in size.

My chest wobbled a little but... Nothing changed.

Damnit... Here I thought I could actually make my boobs shrink back to its normal size...

All of a sudden, a really itchy feeling came from my boobs and I looked down again to see my boobs vibrating pretty obviously.

Very slowly, it started to shrink and I watched it change back to the size from before it had expanded after I absorbed Eleanor’s Psionic energy.

Just as I was about to relax, I suddenly felt my butt wiggle on its own and I looked behind to see it vibrating just like how my boobs had been earlier.

Wait... No, no, no...

My butt started to expand in size until the amount that my boobs had shrunk was added to my butt instead.

Damnit... So this is how it works huh...

Mara also figured it out as she came over and started inspecting me with a critical eye.

”How interesting... So you do have shapeshifting abilities now... But it seems like you are limited to your body mass... Or maybe the more accurate term would be biomass. Whatever you take and give has to come from somewhere and you can’t just make something out of nothing.”

I tried to shrink my butt back to normal as well and this time I felt myself grow taller, adding the mass of the shrunken assets to my height.

While I might have been around comparable height to Mara before, I now had to tilt my head down a little when I wanted to look her in the eyes.

Mara nodded, ”How interesting indeed... Where did you get the additional biomass from then? Because you definitely got more than before right?”

”I absorbed Eleanor’s Psionic Crystal...” I admitted.

She blinked at me for a moment, ”What about the giant eye?”

”It didn’t appear... So I guess using refined Psionic Crystals should be fine?”

Mara thought about it for a moment before pointing at me, ”I think... You should start refining Psionic Crystals on your own as well... Take a few and start refining them, Captain.”

I narrowed my eyes at her, ”This isn’t so that you can make me have more biomass to transform myself with... Is it?”

The fact that she smiled knowingly at me told me all that I needed to know.

This doctor...
