What Do You Mean I'm The Captain Of A Yandere Mercenary Company?

I quickly got used to a pattern of events.

We would be walking along trying to find a corner where we could just hide from everyone and then some guy would approach us and try to hit on us.

Then Amber would immediately punch that person in the face without hesitation.

Sometimes we would be stopped by guards and Midori would stop them from doing anything. Other times the person Amber punched might try to fight back and Amber would just punch them again until they were unconscious.

She didn’t even hold back when girls tried to approach us as well. In fact, she seemed more happy to be punching the girls than the guys, though I think it was more because she had a sense of superiority while punching the girls. Like she was looking down on them for not being allowed to approach me or something.

We’ve been walking for a while now and I tried asking Midori where the nearest corner was but she refused to tell me.

Also, it felt like they didn’t turn on the air conditioning here because I was already feeling quite warm after walking for a while.

They might have done this intentionally so that you were incentivised to wear as little as possible.

Heck, just look at Ries, she’s practically sweating while huffing from the exertion.

”B… Boss…”

I stopped, turning back to look at the cat girl that called out to me.

”Sorry, am I moving too fast?” I asked.

”I… I feel hot… Feels weird…”

Weird?

Wait…

I know this trope… Don’t tell me…

Lea sniffed the air, ”They are using mild aphrodisiacs.”

Amber turned to look at Ries who seemed to have trouble walking straight now, ”Maochattes have a better sense of smell than we do, so it’s affecting her more than us.”

I frowned and turned to Midori, ”Was this done to make us lose?”

”No,” She answered immediately.

”How is that a no? Wouldn’t this aphrodisiac make us more susceptible to doing lewd stuff?”

”The aphrodisiac has always been a constant fixture in this section of the station.”

Tch… That means this bet was already rigged from the start…

But I guess it was not potent enough to get you to start fucking everything you see right from the very start. The only problem is that the longer we stay here, it might also start influencing us.

That’s probably why no one here was even embarrassed about all the public sex that was happening around them.

I guess the only difference was for non-human participants who were more susceptible to it, which is why Ries is acting like that now.

Ok, this might be a problem.

”Ries, are you ok?” I asked, wondering just how much the aphrodisiac was affecting her.

She shuddered and it looked like she didn’t even hear my question.

Damn… This is even worse than I thought… I’m going to guess that we might end up like her the longer we spend here.

Linc most likely chose the four hour time period because he knew that the amount of time would have sufficiently lowered our inhibitions that we might start fucking other people.

Ries must already be in that stage now so I guess it would be a good idea to move her away from everyone else before she jumps on their nearest cock or pussy.

”Ries, can you walk?”

”Mnnghh… Ye… Yes, Boss. I can walk,” She finally answered through laboured breaths.

I turned to the other girls, ”We need to find somewhere away from the crowd…”

Amber and Lea agreed.

I took position behind Ries to catch her in case she veers away while we looked for somewhere deserted where we could get away from the crowd.

Unfortunately, the aphrodisiac was definitely affecting Ries faster than I feared because she started to take off her clothes. More specifically, her cloak, revealing that she was a Maochatte.

I managed to catch her cloak before she tossed it aside but I couldn’t cover her up in time before others saw her ears.

Midori showed no reaction to it but the others around us definitely took notice.

”A Maochatte?”

”All the way here?”

”Nice. I didn’t think I would meet one here but that’s good isn’t it?”

”Heh~ Just look at her. For her to come here, that means we can approach her right?”

Do we have to start punching people again?

”Hey there, you look like you could use some help,” Someone called out, approaching us from the side. ”You want to follow me?”

I looked to the side to see a literally naked dude standing there with his hand held towards Ries. He wasn’t even trying to hide his arousal as his cock was standing up at attention.

Ries turned to look at him and she had just opened her mouth to answer him when I stepped forward and punched him away. Your adventure continues at freewebnovel

No! Don’t you dare try to take my cat girl away, bastard! Don’t even look at her!

Ries blinked, looking as though she was confused that the guy got sent flying away before she shook her head like she was trying to clear her mind before continuing to walk forward again.

Not good… It really does look like she’s losing her sense of reasoning already.

As though to confirm my suspicions, she started mumbling to herself.

”So… So hot… Need… Need to cool down… Need… Need some… I… I need it!”

She suddenly turned around and gave me a serious look, ”Boss! I… I can’t take it anymore!”

Oh no, she’s going to jump on me! I have to stop her!

”I lov--”

She was about to say something before Lea suddenly appeared behind her and struck her across the back of her neck, knocking Ries out.

Before the cat girl fell onto the ground, she had already picked up the smaller sized girl in her arms in a princess carry and nodded at me.

”Do not worry, Captain. I have her.”

Err… Ok… I guess that works?

Linc did not say we have to be conscious for the entire four hours to count anyway so this shouldn’t be against the rules.

But I felt like Ries was about to say something before she got knocked out? I was so focused on trying to stop her that I didn’t catch what she said…

I was about to move forward again when I felt someone grab me on the shoulder to stop me.

I spun around to see the guy I had punched earlier glaring at me.

”Hey?! You bitch! You just hit me! You think you can just run off after hitting me?! Security! Someone here just punched me!”

”You might want to just let this go, dude…” I warned him, pulling my shoulder out of his grasp. ”You really want to walk away from this because security would not be on your side for this.”

I was hoping he would listen but obviously that did not work as he pulled back his fist, ”Oh yeah? In that case I guess I’ll just have to be my own security then you bitch!”

I wanted to raise my arms to block the blow but someone moved faster than I did.

An arm hooked over the guy’s neck and pulled him off of me to slam him onto the ground, knocking the wind out of him.

Midori stood over him, stepping a foot on his chest and preventing him from getting up.

She then tapped on her wrist which prompted a holographic screen to pop up, letting her type a message on it to send it out.

Not a few seconds passed before a few security personnel showed up.

The man saw them and quickly waved at them, ”You’re finally here! These people attacked me! Quickly deal with them damnit! I’ll be filing a complaint for the slow response here!”

The security guys didn’t even say anything and went directly towards the guy on the ground, picking him up as Midori stepped off of him.

The guy thought he was being helped up to his feet smirked at me, ”You’re in trouble now bitch. Don’t you know that using violence here would cause you to get kicked out of the station? For something like this, you could even get banned for-- Hey?! What are you doing?!”

He finally realised that the guards weren’t there to help him when they did not release their grip on him and even started to escort him away.

”Wait, where are you taking me?! Unhand me!” He shouted.

The guards said nothing which led him to understand that he was the one that was being kicked out.

He was clearly not happy with this and struggled in their grip which, surprisingly, he succeeded in prying himself free.

Instead of running away, he charged towards Midori, most likely thinking that she was the one responsible for his plight.

Anyone else and I might have jumped in to help but I already knew that Midori was clearly capable of defending herself.

What I did not expect however was for the top of her arm to pop open, allowing a blade to slide out and for her to stab it into his neck.

The man gurgled, his eyes widening as he realised he was going to die.

She then pulled her hand back, allowing his corpse to drop onto the ground with a dull thud.

… Ok… So that just happened…
