What Do You Mean I'm The Captain Of A Yandere Mercenary Company?

The pirate lord turned to us and though his face was covered by the power armour, I could tell he was glaring at us.

”I’m gonna smash the both of you up and fucking rape your dead bodies, you hear me?!”

What the fuck? Ewww.

Then again, considering the fact that all the pirates I’ve seen so far are males, they might be completely starved for pussy so I guess he’s just trying to take whatever he could get.

He raised his sledgehammer and I immediately pulled the trigger on my shotgun from the hip, blasting his shield with a normal buckshot round.

Obviously that did nothing to him as his shield tanked the round without a scratch.

But that was not what I was aiming for as I brought my shotgun up to aim down the sights and fired the shield buster round that was loaded in next.

His shield crackled and visibly pulsed from the impact but it still remained. Seems like just one shot of it was not enough to take it down.

He swung his sledgehammer back in preparation to swing it at me but I dove out of the way before he could hit me with it, the weapon swinging through where my torso had been moments ago.

I took the chance to fire off another shield buster shot but the shield still held, though it was clear that it was definitely struggling right now.

Amber then fired her pistols at the pirate, her bullets doing nothing to his shields of course but it took his attention away from me for the moment.

That gave me enough time to shoot my third shield buster shot at him, this time completely shattering it.

He was obviously pissed at that as he raised his sledgehammer into the air before smashing it down on the ground, creating an electrical shockwave that blew away everything around him.

Unfortunately, that included me as I found myself tumbling away from the force and crashing into the wall.

”Tera!!” Amber shouted out in concern before turning to the pirate lord. ”You bastard!! You’ll pay for that!!”

The pirate lord turned and growled at her, ”Come make me, you bitch!”

My ears were still ringing as I climbed back up to my feet, only to see Amber jumping around the pirate and shooting at him with her pistols.

One might think her pistols weren’t doing much to him but either she was specifically targeting the power armour’s weak spots or she had upgraded her guns because I could see scratches and even dents appearing on the armour itself.

I took the chance to start loading in armour piercing slug rounds into my shotgun, ready to rejoin the fight.

”You bitch!! Stay still and let me smash you!!” The pirate lord roared, swinging his sledgehammer wildly and barely even touching her.

Amber said nothing as she leapt several feet into the air and reloaded her pistols with a flourish before continuing to rain down shots on the pirate lord.

He tried to charge towards her as she landed and swung his sledgehammer horizontally at her side.

Amber merely bent her waist ninety degrees and let the weapon sail past her, the sledgehammer’s pole barely brushing past her chest.

She even took another shot at him from that angle, the ballistic projectile bouncing off the pirate lord’s head and causing him to stumble back a step.

Even though the armour was protecting him from the rounds, he was still affected by the impact.

Amber then flipped over and used her hands to push herself off the ground, creating distance between her and the pirate lord and emptying her magazine on him.

”Amber!!” I warned her, right as I pointed the barrel of my gun at the pirate lord’s right knee.

She got the message and dove for cover, which also gave her the opportunity to reload while I fired my slug round directly at my target.

The round ricocheted off the armour, failing to pierce through it. Fortunately, the impact forced his knee to the side which caused him to fall onto the ground on his knee, his right hand releasing his grip on the sledgehammer to steady himself.

I rushed up to him and directed my aim to his other leg, firing the slug round at a closer range than the first one.

This time, there was a loud metallic ’ping’ sound as the slug penetrated the armour plating and blew through his knee.

He let out a wail of pain as the leg gave way and he collapsed onto his side, losing his grip on the sledgehammer in the process.

I did not hesitate and leapt onto his chest, firing another round into his shoulder and blasting a hole there as well.

”Ahhhhh!! You fucking bitch!! You mother fucking biiiiiitch!!”

I shifted my shotgun to point at his head, ”Stand down. Power down your armour right now.”

”Fuck you!!”

I felt something hit me in the side and I was flung away, barely holding on to my weapon as I crashed into the wall and my world spinning around me.

I heard a scream, then some kind of metallic groan before it was followed by a loud crash.

Then after that was an inhumanly loud roar of pain followed by another metallic crash.

When I finally pushed myself off the ground, I found Amber dragging the pirate lord out of a half destroyed power armour that had its bottom half crushed by a few of the barricades.

The top half of it looked like it had been forced open and parts of it was still spewing out electrical sparks, almost like some kind of monster had ripped it open.

Then my eyes landed on the pirate lord, only to find his legs and arms completely crushed and the pirate himself in a state of shock as my lover pulled him free from the destroyed armour.

Holy crap… Did she actually manage to lift up those heavy looking barricades and smash it down on him? Just how strong is Amber?

Oh wait… I forgot that people can get gene and cybernetic mods done to their bodies so Amber could have a mod that increased her strength by several folds.

I pushed myself up to my feet and let out a groan as I felt pain in my side.

The pirate lord must have used his other hand to punch me flying away from him, but at least it didn’t feel like I had broken anything.

When Amber saw me stand up, she immediately dropped the pirate lord and rushed towards me, ”Teraaaaa! Are you alright?! Are you hurt?! Should I get you to the medical bay?! The military must have medics, we can get them to take a look at you!”

I waved at her, ”I’m fine. I think it’s just bruises, nothing that won’t heal by itself.”

”Are you sure? Maybe you should lie down for a bit? No… How about going for a checkup anyway?”

”Seriously Amber, I’m fine. Don’t worry.”

Despite me reassuring her, she was patting me all over and fussing all over me like a mother hen. It was actually really cute.

So I wrapped my arms around her and pulled her in to give her a kiss on the lips.

She was surprised at first but her eyes slowly closed and she leaned into the kiss, even adding her tongue in after a moment.

We kissed for at least a minute before we pulled back, Amber looking quite flushed just from that.

”I am fine, Amber. Really. Relax.”

”Nggh… Ok.”

So cute.

I turned my attention to the pirate lord who could barely move but was still alive.

”A little excessive, don’t you think?” I asked.

She looked back at the pirate lord and her face scrunched up like she was looking at a piece of trash, ”Not at all. Pieces of shit like him deserve everything he gets. In fact, I was going to beat him up a little more just for being such a pain in the ass.”

”Err… Let’s not… I’m already afraid that he might not make it with all those wounds… We need him alive, remember? I think he’s going to bleed out at this rate…”

”Hmm? That’s easy. Give me a moment.”

She looked around before picking up what looked like a light machine gun and pointed it at the wall before pulling the trigger, burning through the ammo quickly which made me wonder what she was trying to do.

When the entire mag was empty, she brought over the weapon and pressed the barrel of the gun to his wounds, the head from the barrel burning his skin.

The pirate lord cried out in pain and tried to twist away but Amber placed a knee on his chest to stop him from moving and continued to use the red hot barrel to cauterise the wounds.

Ouch… I guess normally you would be afraid of the wounds getting infected but… Neither of us care about this pirate lord and would rather he just die so it doesn’t really matter to us if he gets to live longer as long as we get to hand him over to the military alive.

Welp… I’ll just wait here until she’s done and we’ll take him to the military then…
