Primordial Villain with a Slave Harem

Chapter 1310  Thank You, Feng Jiai

…

Minutes passed without anything happening.

But the two male guards had grown restless. Their boots tapped. Their shoulders twitched. One kept glancing toward the sealed doors as if waiting for someone to arrive.

Ria exhaled softly. ”You know… one of the Primordial Villainʼs lovers is an elf. They say sheʼs unbelievably beautiful.”

Four sets of eyes shifted toward her.

Four extremely dry stares.

Felicity, Feng, Lyra, and Iris, all knowing exactly who she meant, held the same expression that said: Not this again. Girl, stop your simping at least when weʼre bound in an undead syndicateʼs moving fortress.

Ria brightened, undeterred. ”Do you think we might meet him here?”

Feng blinked. Then answered in a tone so flat it couldʼve been a wall. ”I donʼt follow your logic. Quinlan Elysiar has never been seen in Elvardia. And the rumor says he bought the elf in human territory. She didnʼt return hand in hand with the man from some excursion in her homeland.”

Ria puffed her cheeks. ”I know…! I know. But rumors also say sheʼs a noble elf; she is far too gorgeous to be anything but that. If she has family with power here, then maybe he might visit them. And since weʼre also in the same nation… You know… Maybe…?”

Felicity giggled, unable to help herself. ”You realize weʼre here to be questioned, right? Weʼre not exactly treated as esteemed guests.”

She tilted her head toward the bars. Then, the two guards, getting more agitated by the second for some reason.

Riaʼs pout deepened in full force. It was almost distractingly cute. ”Youʼre such a party pooper, young lady. I hope you know that.”

”Sorry…” Felicity said, still giggling.

But as her gaze drifted back to their captors, the skeletal sentinels, the runed bars sealing them in, her brief spark of cheer faded.

Her jaw tightened.

Whatever waited outside this chamber, it wasnʼt friendly.

The menʼs tapping boots grew faster, their movements more jerky. ”She underestimates the resilience of mortals…” the older man muttered, low enough that his words were meant only for his partner, but clear enough in the quiet place to carry into the cell.

The younger man nodded with his jaw clenched. ”Lady Weaver fears they will die before they can be studied, even at the slightest harm. But we know that mortals wonʼt be harmed so easily.”

A cruel light flickered in the older manʼs eyes as he lowered his voice further, leaning in conspiratorially. ”The order was not to damage them.” He emphasized the last two words with chilling deliberation.

”Yeah…” the younger one whispered back as a slow, predatory grin stretched his lips.

”We could exact vengeance without breaking our orders,” the first continued, his gaze drifting over the women inside the cell, lingering on Iris. ”Itʼs not like they can protect themselves with those bindings. And if they donʼt defend, they wonʼt be physically harmed…”

His partner nodded. His agitation was now replaced by sick excitement. ”This is our last moment to exact vengeance. We must do it quickly. But perhaps outright penetration would fall into the ʼharmedʼ category…”

”Hmm, yeah, thatʼs risky,” the older man conceded. ”What if we do their throats…”

The youngerʼs eyes widened in panic. ”Theyʼll bite our cocks off, you crazy!”

”No, weʼll use a gag for them,” the older man dismissed the notion with a wave of his hand.

”Hah? And where will we find such a thing?”

The older man smirked while his hand went to a pouch at his waist. ”You think Iʼm a rookie? I carry a woman suppressant with me at all times. You never know when Lady Luck shines on you.”

Inside the cell, the air had turned icy.

The girls had heard every word.

”Your orders strictly prohibit physical contact!” Feng spat.

The men ignored her, still whispering excitedly as the older man rummaged in his pouch.

Ria took a step forward. ”You heard the Oracle! You touch us, and you ignore Lady Weaverʼs orders!” She didnʼt know quite who that was, but it did not matter.

The older man glanced at them. ”Shut it. Weʼre discussing strategy. Your opinion is irrelevant.”

The younger man snickered.

The tall skeletal enforcers lining the walls remained motionless, their presence doing nothing to deter the guards, nor did they show any sign of intervention. They were sentries to deter hostilities, not police to manage Covenant members.

The tension became a physical thing, taut and agonizing. Fengʼs heart hammered against her ribs, her breath catching in her throat as the older man pulled a crude metal thing with straps that disgusted her to the very core.

It was in this desperate, suffocating silence that Feng heard a new voice. High-pitched, undeniably girly, and yet somehow... closer than anyone else.

”You know, Feng Jiai, I owe you my gratitude.”

Feng gasped, whipping her head around. ”Huh?” She scanned the cell, the corridor, the corners. Nothing. A small, verdant stem, barely thicker than a piece of thread, sprouted impossibly from the joint where two metal plates of the fortressʼs floor met between Fengʼs legs. It curled up, and atop it, a tiny, perfect, dark-red rose bloomed.

”?!” Feng was utterly bewildered.

While Ria kept barking hateful comments at the guards from the cellʼs entrance, the three girls - Felicity, Iris, and Lyra - instantly activated themselves, creating a protective human wall in hopes of hiding what was going on here from the sentries. They even loudly joined the arguing, ensuring Rosieʼs voice couldnʼt be heard easily.

The two men were no concern, thanks partly to Ria standing in a way that accidentally shielded Feng from their eyes and partly to their own perversion, but if the undead noticed the newcomer, things would be vastly different.

”W-what are you doing here?!”

The tiny rosebud wobbled as if giggling. ”I thought this would happen sooner or later. You were not ready for an adventure on your own. And, of course, Father knew it too. Iʼve been following you all this time on his orders.”

Fengʼs eyes widened with her entire body freezing in shock. Quinlan had severed the link of [Subjugation] at her own request, a request which in hindsight was the most naive thing sheʼs ever done in her life, and that was saying something. As a result of her request and his acceptance of it, she was free of his presence. Yet, here was the physical manifestation of Quinlanʼs daughter, making it clear he did not care to honor her desire, only doing it on the surface.

However, instead of getting angry, deep and emotional tears of relief swelled in her eyes, far too happy to hear that she was still treated as a brat.

In this moment, she felt like she could leap for joy.

”C-can you help us…? Weʼre about to be handed over.”

Rosieʼs voice, though still high, was devoid of the childish glee Feng remembered. She didnʼt even use her usual speech pattern…

”Why do you think Iʼm here? To chat with you while you get violated? No, thanks. I have better things to do.”

The change in her tone struck Feng nearly harder than the situation itself. This wasnʼt the cheery, ʼDaddyʼs little princessʼ tone she was used to. Not at all. In fact, Rosie had a lot of bite to her right now.

”Wait,” Feng whispered, barely moving her lips, ”You owe me gratitude? Why?”

The tiny voice turned sly, smug even. ”Well, you know, Daddy has a weak heart! He didnʼt want to enslave his own daughter, feeling weird about it for some odd reason Iʼll never understand! But you forced his hand. Iʼm finally his slave, all thanks to you!”

The logic twisted Fengʼs mind until it snapped into place. Being his slave carried immense implications with it. The [Masterʼs Link]… The [Overlordʼs Eyes]…

The…

An ominous presence entered the fortress.

It didnʼt slide; it didnʼt open a door. The air simply thickened, becoming heavy and suffocating. A swirling portal, the color of bruised shadow, tore open in the middle of the corridor, silent as a vacuum.

A tall, muscular, and bloodthirsty figure stepped through, landing directly behind the two strategizing men sporting vile smirks.

He was here.

And he was not happy.
